Summary
Alternate look at how Season 1 Episodes 13 and 14, “Sick Mind” and “Out of his Head” could have played out. It doesn’t follow the structure of the episodes exactly, but I’m trying to keep it somewhat similar. After entering Megatron’s mind to find the cure for Optimus, Bumblebee realizes that the leader of the Deceptions somehow managed to escape and enter his mind. Before he can alert the others he is overpowered by the Deception leader. While Bee battles with the warlord internally, the rest of the Autobot team scramble to try and help him on the outside. They also grapple with various feelings of guilt. To make things worse, Megatron is using various nefarious tactics to keep Bee from gaining control again, and it’s starting to take a toll on the Autobot.

As he stood by the edge of the crater, looking down into its content, he heard Optimus’ words playing on a loop in his head.
As he watched the colourful metal flinch in pain trying to move, he remember the horror stories shared by Arcee.
As he saw the blue splashes of Energon on the arms, he thinks back… to looking at his poor brother every time he was in the hospital.
As he saw the pool of Energon under the broken up chassis, he understood.
He had never before understood his mom like he did now.

Noah, after rebuilding Mirage after the fight in Peru, starts learning about Cybertronians and how they work, effectively becoming their human medic. But one crash landing later, and all his new knowledge will be put to the test.

Summary
Whether he starts as Autobot or Decepticon, B-127 has one trait in common upon capture; avid refusal to say a word about his faction's plans.
It just happens that the Autobots’ plans to get him to open up involves a lot more childcare. And handholding. Oh, and Optimus Prime.

Summary
The Decepticons have overthrown the Primacy. To avoid civil war, Megatron marries the last of the Primes. He would have been content if his new conjunx tolerated him and helped his Decepticons stay safe. He doesn't quite know what to do with the fact that Optimus doesn't stop there.

Summary
“Still think I’ll push you?” Optimus asks pleasantly. Megatron does not move an inch, like he believes that if he stands as still as possible, time itself may freeze in his favor.
“I’ve never assumed you were gentle,” he sneers.
“I can be.”
Megatron deals with the guilt of the war. He finds himself drawn to a warmth he does not believe he deserves.
