As his daughter Sammy begins going through puberty John takes it as a sign that's she's a woman now and starts grooming her in an elaborate plan to make the girl his. Over time he becomes more and more obsessed with her and after Dean saves her and takes her away John vows to do ANYTHING to get the girl back and make her his again, even if he has to kidnap her and knock her up to accomplish it.

Sam wakes up naked and tied to a bed where he learns that he's been contaminated with Demon blood and that there is a way to cleanse him of this taint. This takes Sam on a journey through his feelings about what his father did to him as well as discovering his sexuality and a more than brotherly relationship with Dean soon follows. Sam also begins a journey to find a way to help all the other special kids without having to rape them to do it. But through it all there is still something building with his father that Sam will have to admit to and deal with.
