Summary
The Arc has stopped producing Alphas and, the Council sees the Omega overpopulation as a threat. Extreme measures had been taken to stop the so called threat. Charged with treason Jake and Clarke Griffin were floated when they discovered the Arc schemes. With the a new 'Omega law’ Abby Griffin manages to keep alive her older daughter, Raven, and takes the risk of sending her to the ground. Even when she isn't sure if Earth is survivable.
