Summary
Not long after Kamino, a document was found on one of All for One's computers in the Nomu Manufacturing Lab.
"All for One’s Guide to Quirks and their Questionable Use" seemed promising but it left the Hero Public Safety Commission wanting more. They sent a copy to the Villain's Arch Nemesis and the former Symbol of Peace, but not even the Hero could make All for One talk in Tartarus. It was like they were talking two different languages, something that the Hero realised only after his Successor seemed to be talking on the only topic the Symbol of Evil is interested in. Quirks.
OR Izuku Midoriya is going down the rabbit hole of All for One's Quirks. Hopefully he won't be pulled down in the abyss that is the Villain's very soul.

Quirks are grouped into categories, either being seen as useful and useless, heroic and villainous. To have one in either category can affect you in more ways then you imagine. But no-one ever talks about how a quirk alters your sense of mind. Izuku is one of these people, and to him, fire and burning are nothing to worry about which the world doesn't accept, so he'll make it accept him and those that he calls friends.

All for One looked down at his phone, his eyeless gaze fixed on the screen, seeing not the display, but only what played out in his mind. He prepared a batch of Nomu expecting for UA to bring All Might with them, but it seemed they were too sure the “hidden and secure” location wouldn’t be found.
What’s even funnier? He knew the bus had arrived at the Wild Wild Pussycats’ location before he got the notification since Search was one of the Quirks he’d been eyeing. “It’s like shooting fish in a barrel…” 40 or so students and 7 Heroes. All with decent Quirks he’s been itching to try since the sports festival. “Kurogiri, change of plans. Tell Tomura to have Eraser Head knocked out at the earliest convenience so I can join in on the battle bus.” He ordered, the mist man nodding before warping away, knowing better than to ask why he would need to pick up a battle bus when he could just teleport everyone individually.
OR: Remember when the Summer Camp happened and the League of Villains attacked it and overwhelmed everyone? What if All for One just decided to tag along?
