Summary
James Bond, Agent 007, thinks that he has been given a cushie assignment to look after a dull academic, one Henry Jones Jr., following a mission gone wrong. Instead he finds himself in the midst of a Soviet plot to steal several ancient English artifacts that Jones, and the Soviets, claim have magical powers. Bond may have bitten off more than he could chew, but he is going to ride this adventure out until the very end.
Henry “Indiana” Jones, has come to England at the request of MI6, which nicely dovetailed with a plea for help from a friend of his father’s. Magical artifacts are missing, artifacts from pre-Arthurian England, and Indy is bound and determined to find them, even if he has to deal with infuriating MI6 agents and near death experiences to do it.
