When the Queen of Hell became pregnant a second time, there were no reasons to worry. The two of them had made it through the ordeal once before, they could do it again. No one expected the child to be born an angel.
Lucifer hadn't expected the aftermath either. The avoidance. The divide. The cracks in their family. The Fall had left its marks on them both. Some physical. Some mental. Some of them were obvious from day one. Some only show themselves now.
