Tim was benched for a week and got bored, a few clicks and a bit of hacking later he may have uncovered something Big. He just didn't have enough to go on. Thankfully, Dick's alias Neal Caffrey is in the perfect spot for Dick to go undercover and find out about the corruption in the New York's FBI, and what exactly Black Mask, Deathstroke and Nazi loot have to do with it.
