Two years after the space time continuum was fixed, fifteen year old Wilbur Robinson was distracted as usual in his history class, until he hears a familiar name. Discovering it was his late godmother, and famous pilot Diane Skylar. Wanting to learn more, he took a trip to the past to meet her and her family, with little time spent, he learned so much from her and went back to his timeline.
The next day, there was a new transfer to his class, but he swore his eyes weren't fooling him. The new girl has a striking resemblance to Diane, the girl introduced herself as Kaitlyn Skylar, daughter of Diane.
Though the problem is, there are no documents of Diane having children...

Summary
Deep within HQ's science facility, a group of scientists, led by Professor Von Slickstein, has invented a serum that enhances the human physiology, however it can either enhance a good person's intentions or negative intentions. When the day arrives to test the serum on Agent Gary, MAD interrupts the experiment, causing both the agent and Inspector severe injuries, Penny steps up to take the back up serum, or it'll all go to waste.
Fortunately, the experiment worked, making Penny stronger, and faster. Now with her new enhanced body and abilities, she is now more determined than ever to help bring down MAD (and defeat Talon).
