Summary
“I used to ask Judge every day what I did to deserve this,” King thunders. “Do you know what he finally told me?!”
Sanji’s chest wracks with something dangerously close to a sob. “He said it’s because you were born!”
And despite all his grace, King stumbles –– like an angel cast out of heaven, taking his first wobbly steps on mortal ground. It’s clear he thought the question was rhetorical from the way he wavers, “How did you know that?” like he hadn’t even expected an answer, let alone the right one.
Sanji tries to respond, but he looks at King and sees a twisted science experiment, and sees––god, fuck, himself. Sees a man who spent his childhood strapped to a surgical table, and it was the closest thing he had to being held.
This is it. He has nothing left to hide. Sanji reaches a precious hand into the Pandora’s box inside his soul and rips it open, lets the ruins fly.
“Because he said the same thing to me!”
---------
In an alternate universe, King fights Sanji instead of Zoro during the Raid on Onigashima. There, they discover how true the phrase 'I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy' can really be.

Summary
There were no words that wouldn’t sound like weakness, and no answers that would make a difference.
Either Zoro was scared or he wasn’t.
Either way, they were still walking. Sanji kept his mouth shut. Not because Zoro told him to, but because talking wouldn’t change the fact that every step felt like someone digging a hook deeper into his leg. His body would heal on its own. His body would handle it. It always had. Things healed. Wounds closed. Pain became memory.
or
Sanji and Zoro get separated from the crew on a strange, seemingly uninhabited island. The island harbors secrets, and the longer they stay, the more things slip out of place. Nothing feels quite right, and the weirdness only grows. As time stretches on, everything between them begins to slip out of place, too.

But how deep does it go when the lie no one knows becomes truth.
---
A very queer tale of family, healing, learning that an end is not the end, and sometimes what parents get up to when their kids aren't around.

Summary
“You’ve got spirit, kid!” The man declared, voice rich with amusement. “So what’s your name, hotshot? Mine’s Gol D. Roger!””
Ace blinked. For a second, everything slowed. “…Roger?” He blurted out.
Roger barked out a booming laugh. “HAH! Same name?! What are the odds?!”
Ace’s eyes went wide in horror. “N-No!” He stammered. “ I-I mean—You’re Roger! Not me! I just meant—uh—ROGERSON! ” he blurted out. “Yep. That’s it. Rogerson Ace! That’s my name!”
Rayleigh stared at him flatly. “That sounds fake.”
“That’s 100% fake.”
“Definitely fake.”

Ace dies, wakes up 20 years too early for his birth, and immediately starts wrecking history by accident.
Time travel sucks, and so does being the most desired fireball in the past.

Summary
Buggy the Star Clown was old and infamous. The third Pirate King title was practically within his grasp. But instead, he died at 74, only to wake up in a grimy apartment. Being a broke 25-year-old wasn’t exactly the afterlife he’d expected.
Then Buggy finds him - a tiny, ravenous boy, digging through a trash bin. This world’s Luffy doesn’t know him, but Buggy knows him. And like it or not, his reinvention now includes trying to feed a surprisingly resilient street child and figuring out how to keep his perpetually messy hair somewhat contained.
If there’s one thing Buggy knows, it’s how to survive.
Armed with a stolen second chance, a smartphone full of bizarre new rules and a kitchenette that’s seen better days, he’ll carve a new legacy - one chaotic livestream at a time.
(Or: Reincarnated Buggy decided to grace the internet with his presence, and, naturally, fame followed. Though, even he admits the sheer adoration is a bit much. And the real plot twist is becoming a single dad to a trash-goblin Luffy.)
This is not a grand adventure. There is no epic quest, but just the slow, awkward process of rebuilding a life.
