William is not Glichtrap. Glichtrap name is Vincent Afton, who was a wengeful spirit, because he died during being born and possess William. He sabotaged Circus Baby to melfunction and kill Elizabeth. He was able to control William to kill the kids. Vincent no longer wengeful spirit and regret everything.
Pigtail girl name is Cindy. She was killed by Glichtrap and became Shadow Bonnie. Cassidy and Cindy both love Evan.
