Summary
Shortly after the defeat of Syndrome at the hands of the Parr family, the Aeon Society, a shadowy cabal quietly guiding the world on a path of what they deemed "the greater good", decided to enact one of their major plans that would reshape the world into something they could control and cover their connection to Project Kronos. However, something went wrong, and Aeon's plans to bring the world into a new age went completely off the rails when their Galatea orbital facility exploded, dumping it's radioactive payload into the Earth's jet stream and causing a new wave of supers, dubbed novas by the media, to emerge around the world. Determined to make the best of a bad situation, Aeon decided to gather as many novas as possible and still try to bring the world into their version of a utopian paradise. What they didn't expect was resistance from the rest of the world who didn't blindly follow them.
