Summary
Luz Noceda and her class were on a field trip in Central City to watch the new STAR Labs particle accelerator activate when it suddenly went awry. Luz was struck by lightning and put into a 9 month long coma. Upon awakening from her coma she found that she, and forensics scientist Barry Allen, who was also struck by lightning, was able to run faster than the blink of an eye. A year later Luz discovers a chaotic world of witches and demons in dire need of a superhero.

Summary
Luz Noceda lived with her mother Camila in Gotham city, but she was kidnapped at the age of 10 and experimented on, she was rescued by the new Batman, Terry McGinnis, but these experiments had already left their mark on her. Granting Luz the same powers and abilities as one of Terry’s most reoccurring foes, Inque.
