Shinsou Hitoshi, after being taken in by pro heroes Eraserhead and Present Mic, wants to be able to save his soulmates.
Todoroki Shouto wishes he could meet his soulmates and apologize for the pain he's caused with his own situation.
Midoriya Izuku wants his soulmates to forget about him so he can defeat the his father (the villain to end all other villains) in peace, without feeling guilty for leaving them.
Or; Hitoshi, Shouto, and Izuku all have a soulmate pain sharing bond and all feel very differently about it.
Or, or; Shouto and Hitoshi are trying their best and Izuku makes a series of very interesting decisions.

Aizawa glared at the villain through the glass. His students deserved better. They deserved justice and retribution. Most of all they deserved to live the rest of their lives in peace, But this would have to do.
“He has to get the entirety of Class A to forgive him.”
OR
Dabi was granted a full pardon to his crimes. The problem being? He has to get class 1-A to like him first... despite having ruined most of their school activities and possibly causing some trauma along the way. But that also means he gets to see his little brother again. For better or for worse.

Summary
Shoto was born to be a hero in the most literal sense possible. It’s a fate he thought he escaped when he ran away from home some months ago. He’d chosen to forfeit a life in a manor, never wanting for anything material, to scrape the back alleys for even a hint of food. It was a worthy trade, in his opinion, for no luxury item or amenity was worth the expectations and heavy hands, the lack of love, of hope, of self-identity. If he had stayed, he’d lose his humanity, a notion that frightened him far more than death ever could.
He’d thought he had escaped the path laid out for him since before his conception.
Fate, however, does not like to be denied and his is a fate that seems intent on finding him.

Or: Shoto becomes an unwitting and exasperated vigilante after running away from home. Aizawa has several doubts about this.
