“What did you have in mind?” Brendol’s interest was suitably piqued.
“The boy,” the admiral smirked, cascading the cards against the tabletop. “Should I win this final round, you’ll send him to my quarters tomorrow, at the start of the delta shift.” His smirk widened into a particularly debauched grin, all glinting teeth and sharp edges. “I’d very much like to evaluate his performance myself.”
