Regardless of what Togame said about Sakura’s strength, the image of the adorable Sakura who blushed at the drop of a hat in the presence of a vile being like Endo sparked a chilling anger within Suo.
[UPDATE]: It has been a while since I read Wind Breaker so along the way I turned this fic from Suo/Sakura to Sakura & Everyone. For fans of Suo/Sakura, there are crumbs here and there but I'm sorry for diverging from the initial pairing.

Summary
The screams get louder and as the fighter turns around there’s someone already having a stance, the fighters’ eyes widened, and the other person gets closer to do a fast uppercut to knock down the so called ‘Champion.’
Yato’s eyes widened in disbelief.
The crowd gasps and groans as some realized they lost their money.
In the mist of it all a man smiles proudly at his fighter.
The shock and disbelief quickly changed into roars of excitement and laughter.
A teen stands in the middle of the ring, his hair is full black, piercings on his ears. He has gnarly and slightly gruesome scars scattered across his back and his arms. The upper top of his body is bind with bandages and also his hands and wrists are too. He wears loose black pants with knee pads and he raises the hand he uppercutted the other fighter with.
He clenches it as his marble gray-blue eyes narrow and black paint is shown to be under his eyes and to the corners of his mouth.
No one ever said that having to rely on people & let them help you was going to be easy.

Summary
Sakura’s last and longest arrangement was with his uncle, aunt and cousin. He came to them at 12 and was immediately put in the shed, isolated from them and the rest of the neighborhood. Of course, whenever he did see them, he was subjected to the same treatment he was accustomed to by then. Hurtful words and sometimes a painful hand to his body for being ‘too much.’ Alone, abused, and unloved - he was use to it.
That’s why he wanted to stay in Makochi more than anything. Here he wasn’t alone, he had a whole class of friends who relied on him as their captain and a handful of senpai’s he could turn to if he ever needed help. Here he wasn’t abused and mistreated by the people who were supposed to care about him. Here he wasn’t unloved, because he’s learned, over time, that those he loved actually loved him back.
