Summary
It was unexpected, sure, how people seemed to view the three of them once George and Dream started dating. It just hurt more when it was their friends doing the same thing.
It hurt when it was Quackity staring him down after Sapnap got a lazy one-armed hug from Dream after a lot of begging, it sent a strike of pain through Sapnap when it was Karl frowning when he played with George's hair, and Sapnap wanted to melt into the floor and stay there the first time he noticed the concerned glances Bad shot his way when he loudly catcalled Dream and George from across the (almost) empty shop only to receive pair of middle fingers in return.
Stangers reactions were unexpected, friends more so, but even still it made too much sense for Sapnap to be logically mad. He was mad, yes, but it was always stamped down with the reminder that he should know better.
He should have known better than to fall in love with his best friends when they were so in love with each other.
