But then, Sam thinks, if Cas was here, they probably wouldn’t be in this situation at all. If Cas was here, he could’ve healed Dean. Could’ve saved him. And if Cas was here and not trapped in the Empty for eternity, maybe Dean would’ve tried a little bit harder to save himself.
