An analysis and headcanon on the choices of the Half-elven. Including why I'm convinced based on the texts that all of Elrond's children chose mortality, and that Dior and his sons were mortal and had no choice. :(
But also that Elros' children had the choice! And my headcanon on that! And a whole lot of Nimloth and Elwing meta, based on the HoME XI "Tale of Years" where Nimloth doesn't die! :D

Summary
The entirety of Harry's year at Hogwarts is stuck in a timeloop. They've managed to make sure they all wake up on the same day, and dragged in people they loved and trusted as well. They've tried switching houses, fixing all the problems, getting rid of their dangers, learning magic all over the world, enrolling in muggle schools... finally, Harry has had enough.
It's time for a dark lord.
(And can someone figure out who the poor Unspeakable they've been dragging along for the ride is? They can't be having a good time.)
