Summary
In one universe, Shaak Ti discovered the practices of decommissioning and reconditioning once she was posted on Kamino. In that universe, the Council did what they could. It still wasn’t enough.
In this universe, someone slipped up, and the words decommissioning and reconditioning made it into a report sent to GAR High Command. Obi-Wan Kenobi was the first to see it, the first to question it. He was the first to decide it had to end, and he petitioned the Senate for an official ban. Unsurprisingly, he was refused.
Obi-Wan found that utterly unacceptable. If no one else could or would do it, then he would do whatever it took to protect the clones. But as it turned out…
All the clones had needed was a little nudge, some support, and a high-ranking officer who would look the other way. Once they had that, it grew from a fight for their lives into a fight for their freedom. And if the clones weren’t going to be given their freedom…
They were going to take it.
(Alternately: Cody and Obi-Wan Kenobi make the slow descent from dutiful leading members of the GAR to spearheading a rebellion against the very thing they once supported.)

Summary
The 'Separatist issue' was no longer an issue since Jango Fett's clones had conquered the Republic and politely but firmly removed the Chancellor from office. That was all the positive Obi-Wan could find in this situation after a year, and even so it would be generous.
Little did the hidden Jedi Master know at the time that he would fall in love with a clone.
Had he known, he would have gone with Anakin to Naboo. Because he could not, the warning was more than enough when backed by Destroyers: one week to leave the Temple and disappear into civilian life or die. Any Jedi caught doing Jedi things would now be killed without trial. What chance did they have against an army? None, so they had protected their young and watched.
Unfortunately, the Death Watch had not left him much choice to reveal himself. What could have been was just a dream, a hope that would probably end with his death, either at the hands of those who wanted to kill Boba and Omega or those who wanted to save them.
May the Light protect them.

Summary
“How dare you compare yourself to Ahsoka?” Anakin snarls, squeezing her throat tighter still.
“It's true,” Ventress gasps. “My master abandoned me, and that's exactly what you did to her— you and your precious Jedi Order—“
Anakin sees red. His fists clenches, on instinct more than anything else, but once it does he can’t stop. He indulges himself for one brief exquisite second. The delicate feeling of her throat crushing under the Force and his fingertips, the life trickling from her body. Fear, panic and pain all melding into one and then… nothingness.
***
In which Anakin kills Ventress during their confrontation in "The Wrong Jedi" and is unable to prove Ahsoka's innocence as a result. Ahsoka is convicted of treason, but to prevent her from being executed, Obi-Wan calls in a favor from the Duchess of Mandalore.Or: Ahsoka gets adopted by Satine Kryze, which inadvertently saves the galaxy from destruction (and also causes a lot of people to fall in love.)

Summary
Cody killed his General, so when death finally came for him and his mind was free, it made sense when he woke up all alone, without any of his brothers marching beside him.
Then he realises it’s not a punishment. He’s alive again, only in the past, years before he was decanted. It’s not a judgement from the force, but a second chance…one Cody doesn’t intend to waste.* * * * *
Jango wasn’t expecting to be abducted by someone wearing his face, someone who tells stories about an unbelievable future which horrifies him.
Nor could he have possibly predicted where it would all end up leading him…or to who.* * * * *
Obi-Wan feels the change in the galaxy years before he finds the cause of it, when he meets a man with two seemingly different force presences. One of which is oddly familiar.
They both draw him in, and he can only hope he’s not the moth about to be burnt by the flames of Mand’alor Fett. Whoever he really is…or whoever they both are.(Codywan & Jangobi. Time Travel Fix-It.)

Summary
Obi-Wan has lost nearly everyone he's ever loved and cared about within a short period of time. He played a part in his brothers end, and now the only ones he has is little Luke and Leia. If nothing else he will raise these two children. But Obi-Wan wants his men back, to help him with this task. He remembers a mention of inhibitor chips in the clones, that Fives had told Anakin about them but no further investigation was done. Maybe, he can save his men and in doing so, stop the Empire. Although Obi-Wan wasn't aiming to save the galaxy.
Or the one where in trying to save his men to put together his family again despite the loss of Anakin and Padme, Obi-Wan Kenobi stops the Empire from taking over the galaxy.
