Summary
Clarke is the only one who knows the passphrase to access the Flame, and ALIE knows this. Roan, Clarke, and the others come up with a plan to use the Flame on Ontari, but it all goes wrong. In order to save her people, Clarke hurts herself to prevent ALIE from getting the Flame, but it backfires.

Summary
Gabriel Santiago has figured out a way to save Earth from ever having been destroyed in the first place. All it will take is for Bellamy and Clarke to use the Stone to travel back to 21st-century Earth. Unfortunately, this might involve some danger for all the Ark and Grounder survivors, and besides, Bellamy has some personal issues to take care of before he can go off on a mission with Clarke.
But then… the mission turns out to be not as straightforward as they’d thought. Not to mention the problem of both Bellamy and Clarke trying to save the world while also navigating their own unacknowledged feelings for one another.

Clarke has had to do a number of difficult things, but being forced to let Bellamy Blake, the man she loved, go to space without her was undoubtedly one of the hardest. Of course, she was happy and relieved that her friends would be safe. That they had a chance to live. But then, the Death Wave came, and she realized that maybe she wouldn't.
