White Lily purses her lips, turning her head to fully face Pure Vanilla. “You’re lucky nothing came of that. If it was Shadow Milk, he would’ve eaten your heart. Wizards of deceit like him are the cunning and tricky type, Pure Vanilla.”
“Shadow Milk wouldn’t even go after me, I’m nothing special.” He replies back, voice going quiet towards the end.
“Don’t say that.” She sighs. “Listen, you need to be more careful. I won’t be here to watch you anymore.” Her voice is soft but stern, the worry so clear in her eyes as they make eye contact. He knows he should be careful, really he does.
“I’m fine, really. I’ll be careful next time, I promise.” Pure Vanilla speaks up, resting his hand on White Lily’s arm, trying to reassure her. It does get a small smile out of her at the very least.

Or, Shadow Milk Cookie decides weakening Pure Vanilla Cookie before their next encounter would be an excellent strategic maneuver. What better way than by turning all of his dreams to nightmares by his own hand?

Summary
Pure Vanilla visits White Lily to talk about his growing feelings for Shadow Milk. She doesn't understand but if he was willing to stand up to all of them and give the Beast a chance to change then she supposes she has no other choice but to support him. Unfortunately for them, her faerie subjects get the wrong idea of why the two Ancients are meeting more frequently and decide to take matters into their own hands.
A potion to bring forth hidden affections given to the one cookie that has some form of love for every single person he's ever known means now White Lily has to try and keep an increasingly cuddly Pure Vanilla from embarrassing himself in front of everyone he crosses paths with. And when Shadow Milk shows up, she needs to keep him from making a mistake that may just drive the jester away for good.
Pure Vanilla is lucky she's always been good at figuring out spell craft... and with an extremely reluctant Shadow Milk's help, maybe they can break this lovestruck haze that her friend is trapped in.
