Alejandro is a 40 some year old successful MSF colonel with no family, no friends and no relationship outside of work. And that's just fine with him. He's devoted to his life long mission: saving Las Almas from the clutches of the cartel. He's not looking for love at all, one night stands are enough. Or they were at least until he meets 'Rudy', a charming but deeply troubled 23 year old prostitute who claims to love him.
