Nico lazily peeked an eye open to gaze up at his boyfriend. He was stunning.
How could he be so absolutely lucky to have such an amazing boyfriend? Someone who loved him so unconditionally? Someone who was always there for him, ready to take care of him? Someone who would follow him to the ends of the Earth? Someone who jumped into Tartarus for him?
Percy, surprisingly, was right. While Tartarus was horrifying, to say the least, he never trusted Will more. They were so open with each other and he felt like he could tell him anything. Things were literally perfect.
Will interrupted his thoughts by pushing him off his lap into the damp grass next to him. Nico met his eyes, startled by the sudden movement. Something broken lingered on his face before his expression steeled into a symphathetic look.
“Nico we need to talk” Will inhaled, squeezing his eyes tight.

Nico do Angelo has been through hell. Literally and figuratively. Gods he hated everything about himself too, which didn’t help anything. So maybe a small cut on his thigh was worth it. But the small cut turned bigger. From one it became two. The three. Then five then twelve then suddenly his leg was littered in scars. Then people started to notice and suddenly he didn’t think it was worth it.
Will solace was a ray of sunshine. Helping anyone and everyone. He loved helping people. Honestly what was the big deal if one or two meals got skipped cus he was in the infirmary? Maybe three. Except it turned into four. Then five. Then 10. Then people started to notice and suddenly it was a huge deal

“Oh my gosh, Leo. This is what this is all about? You’ve got to be kidding me. Everyone in this stupid town knows that that’s just a story to scare little kids.”
“It’s not!” Leo argued. “If you look at the facts, it all leads back to her! The amount of mass murders that have happened in this town isn’t normal. They go crazy because they’re under the Oracle’s curse.”
“I don’t know what to say to you right now.”
