    The thin cord of self control he'd been holding onto for most of this dinner–for most of this year, really–snaps.

    In two short strides, he has his hand fisted in Poe's shirt as he slams him up against the wall, and brings his face close enough to Poe's that he can feel Poe's breath fan over his face. 

    "Don't you dare talk about Rey that way. Call her that word one more fucking time and I'm not going to be afraid of making you eat shit, Dameron." 

    "You don't fucking scare me, Kylo Ren."
