Wade looked at him concerned and maybe a touch fearfully, "Peanut...are you upset they think that?"
Logan paused. Was he? He didn't think he was but honestly, he wasn't sure. "No..just..." he trailed off truly unsure of how to answer that.
Wade relaxed slightly before asking another question, "Then why does it upset you what they think?"

By the end, Logan is covered in blood, most of which is not his own with Stryker underneath him pinned by his claws. Mew is floating next to Logan blood splattered across its fur and tiny fangs on show matching Logan’s own snarl. Stryker looks terrified and Logan just laughs low and deep. “MEW!” Mew cries eyes glowing with anger and Logan understands easily for the first time in the past 24 hours.
“Yeah, your right he doesn’t deserve to live.” Logan agrees as he sinks his claws into the monster’s chest, and it feels good.
