“Stop!” Crowley begged. “Don’t…don’t come over here, angel. Please.”
The sound of slippered footsteps ceased, and Crowley heard Aziraphale rock in place, the floorboards creaking under his weight. He must have been less than a meter behind the sofa.
“May I ask why?”
Aziraphale’s voice was gentle; oh so gentle. Crowley didn’t deserve it, especially as he was; if Aziraphale saw him now….
“I don’t want you to see me,” he mumbled into the cushion. “I wouldn’t want to see me like this. Let me spare you.” He laughed wetly.
Aziraphale’s breathing faltered. He shuffled on the floorboards, but he didn’t approach.

Summary
Angels and demons are sexless unless they make the effort, and Crowley did that long ago. Aziraphale, on the other hand, did not and is adamant that he doesn’t want to.
Crowley has tried and failed many times to convince Aziraphale to try becoming sexual. This time however, Crowley opens up to the angel like he never has before, and finds that Aziraphale has a few things to get off his chest too.

“Look at this one dearest. Absolutely stunning.” Aziraphale’s eyes sparkled as he took in the changing colours, the inflatable reindeer, and the lit-up candy canes that were stuck in the ground. Children were running around pointing at the lights as they flickered into a new colour, and their parents were smiling brightly as they took it in.
Most couples were holding hands or had some form of skinship happening. It honestly made Aziraphale feel like he was missing out. Crowley was right there. Right next to him. But he wouldn’t want to hold the angel’s hand. That’d be absurd.While Aziraphale is setting up for Christmas in his bookshop, Crowley is making plans for a temptation. He'd like to get it over and done with, but it'd be easier with a helping hand. He turns to Aziraphale with a brief explanation, and the angel agrees without much hesitation. What could possibly go wrong?
