Izzy knows his scent is disgusting. He knows it.
He’s known it since he presented and his sister cared for him through his first heat with a rag held to her nose. He has spent his life hiding it, covering it up, drinking daily suppressant tea and chewing on ginger root.
It works, for the most part, but every so often his body won’t take it any more, needs to release his hormones and go through heat whether he likes it or not. He tries to get as far away from port as possible when he feels it starting. When he’s really desperate he’ll hire an Alpha and pay them extra to shut the fuck up. It isn’t ideal, but it’s fine.

Ed and Izzy go shopping for a strap so Izzy can finally make good on his promise to fuck Ed properly. Back home, they take their new toy for a test drive.
“Naked already,” Izzy observes as he dips his fingers into the dimples at the bottom of Ed’s spine.
