   Summary

   What if the Batman characters were in the Hunger Games Universe? Well, this is my take.
   The plot is basically, young Jason Todd going through his game, being mentored by former victor Dick Grayson, who after wining his game, was promptly adopted by Captiol citizen Bruce Wayne.
