Summary
‘You’ve got to fall in love again,’ that’s what everyone kept saying.
Meet new people, and have new experiences.
Love once more, even if it’s bloody terrifying.
But Jongseong had been hurt so badly that he didn’t know if he should give it one last shot before properly throwing in the towel on love for good.
He’d been let down and disappointed so many times that it was hard to ignore the rational part of his brain telling him to turn on his heel and forget the whole sodding thing.
[Or: Jongseong found it impossible, at least for him, to find love again]

Summary
Kim Sunoo feels stuck. He’s in a two-year relationship that’s lost its spark and working a job that drains him more each day. He’s convinced this is just how life goes, that settling is easier than risking the hope for something more.
Then Lee Heeseung walks in. Bold, confident, and far too charming for his own good, he sees right through Sunoo’s defenses. The flirting starts off as a joke, something Sunoo tells himself he can ignore. Until he can’t. No matter how hard he tries to push it away, Heeseung might be right about a lot of things. And maybe, just maybe, Sunoo is finally ready to stop settling and start listening.Bookmarked by kallyk

Summary
“Please, just forget all this.” Sunoo pleaded, “Thank you for your time.”
He began to walk away quickly, a sigh of relief about to escape his mouth as his hand closed around the doorknob of the building's rooftop. Before he could even get the door completely open, he felt a hand cup his elbow, pulling him back gently. “Are you really okay with that?”
The look on his face made the edge of Sunoo’s mouth tick up slightly. He looked towards the door in front of him, unwilling to look at the guy who was, in all honesty, making his life a living hell right now. “You look awfully concerned for someone who just rejected me Jay-ssi.”

Summary
It hurt, of course it did, but not nearly as much as the memory that bloomed behind his eyelids uninvited. Heeseung, hovering over him in the dark. The sheets warm and their breaths uneven. Heeseung’s voice rough with sleep as he pressed a kiss right there over the exact spot he was getting tattooed.
“Mine,” Heeseung had murmured then. Not possessive, just reverent. Like it was a promise. Sunoo blinked, and the room blurred. The tattoo artist didn’t notice, but Ni-ki did.
“Hey.” Ni-ki shifted closer, crouching beside him. His hand found Sunoo’s. “It’s okay. You’re okay.”
Sunoo nodded. His throat ached. Tears spilled anyway. Ni-ki wiped them gently with his sleeve and didn’t ask why. He didn’t press, just continued to hold his hand and just be there with him.
“You’re doing good,” he whispered, echoing the words Sunoo had said earlier. “It’s almost done.”
