The man blinked, a slow lopsided smile forming. Sirius felt like he was missing something but was very content watching the way the red, slightly swollen lips from the steaming tea slid into a toothy smile. “I think you can figure that out on your own,” he replied.

Summary
He didn’t look like the other boys at Hastings. Hastings boys had a polished look about them, even the ones who paraded around in ripped jeans and flannels every weekend—like the scuffs on their shoes were painted on, and the tears in their clothes were cut with scissors. There was a base level of poshness they couldn’t escape, and the harder they tried, the more they looked like dress-up dolls.
This guy looked real.
OR: Sirius is used to being adored. That’s probably why he can’t stop thinking about Remus Lupin, the new kid who somehow already hates him...right?

Summary
Both Black brothers have grown up in the spotlight, being the sons of the famous retired hockey player, Orion Black. It was inevitable that both of them ended up following in his footsteps and becoming hockey players themselves.
Eighteen year old Regulus finds himself signed on the same team as his older brother—and as if being a rookie isn't hard enough, being Sirius' brother and Orion's son makes everything a million times harder.
With attempts to keep his head down and stay out of the spotlight as much as physically possible, Regulus goes into his first year with the Lions praying to a higher power that he is able to hold up to the family name. His whole life has been dedicated to hockey like his father wanted, which meant no distractions. His plan for his rookie year is to get by without incidents or distractions: but he doesn't account for a team mate with a pair of honey brown eyes and a smile as blinding as the sun. James Potter himself.(Most likely a Regulus centered fic but we'll see where we end up. Enjoy!)
