The masked man shrieked, immediately directing his gun towards her as his fingers brushed over the trigger. Everything felt like it was happening in slow motion, Moondae felt himself moving before he knew it. He let go of the hands holding him, pulling down his mask as he watched his friends' faces contort into one of horror as they realised what he was going to do. The gun resounded with a harsh bang, as Lee Sejin and Bae Sejin screamed out; unable to reach for their friend before it was too late.
“Moondae!”

Summary
Three brush strokes to the right. Two to the left. A hand smoothing over his forehead, sweeping his bangs aside.
Shadow Milk knows the pattern well. His hair is always brushed the same way, in movements that seem almost robotic in how perfectly they’ve mastered the repetition. The bristles of the brush always skim over his closed eyes with such care, nimbly avoiding anywhere they might prick or poke. It always ends with a few final touches, tucking any stray wisps back into place before the brush is set back down on the dresser before him.
Pure Vanilla’s hands smooth through Shadow Milk’s hair, coming to rest gently on his shoulders.
“There. Ready for the day?”
Shadow Milk does not answer.
Shadow Milk has not answered in a long, long time.

Summary
War is closing in upon Earthbread. The rise of the beasts and Dark Enchantress Cookie’s return is sparking chaos across the land, and putting pressure upon the ancients. Dark Cacao’s advisors believe marrying Pure Vanilla and uniting the two kingdoms could lead to some much needed stability. But Dark Cacao is conflicted. Will he never be able to marry for love, and just for political peace? What will this mean for him and Pure Vanilla’s relationship?
Meanwhile, tensions in the Vanilla Kingdom are at an all time high. For one reason. Pure Vanilla returned from the Spire of Deceit, with the very beast he had gone to defeat.
Shadow Milk claims to want redemption, but so far the only one to believe that claim is Pure Vanilla himself.
And among all this chaos, the threat of Dark Enchantress Cookie grows. After Shadow Milk abandoned her and the other beasts, Dark Enchantress’s anger has only grown. Especially after learning Shadow Milk left with her greatest foe???TLDR: Pure Vanilla is caught in a dangerous love triangle. All 3 cookies have their own mental problems to deal with, and Pure Vanilla is caught at the center of the turmoil. One wrong move could start a war.

The events of Beast-Yeast are long gone, a memory meant to be discarded.
Pure Vanilla Cookie has offered a guiding hand in rehabilitation to Shadow Milk Cookie, otherwise now known as ‘Blueberry Milk’, who has eventually improved, wishing to leave things in the past.
But perfection isn’t quite the word to put on him, and there is still a long process to be done. Unfortunately, the final decision of Blueberry Milk Cookie’s life is not quite up to Pure Vanilla, but the rest of the ancients.Rather unforgiving on their end, they do not accept the kindness that Pure Vanilla had so warmly granted the beast with such haste.
And maybe, just maybe the two of them will meet again one day. If only fate was something easily broken.
