Summary
Pure Vanilla grabs the cane with both hands now, forcing his way into his space. Shadow Milk looks like he might bite the dough off his face.
“You kept Truthless Recluse prisoner. You could have killed him at any time, crumbled him into dust and snatched the Soul Jam back. And you didn’t. He is essential to me- to who I am now. I’m offering the same conditions. You’ll have me all to yourself. I’m offering it, Shadow Milk. Take me with you.” -

Summary
Maybe it was safe to admit it now, before it got so bad that Grier couldn’t undo it. He wanted the attention from Emmrich. It was hard not to preen when Emmrich praised his moves in a fight, or to lean in when Emmrich got onto a topic he liked. Something about him radiated a familiar warmth, and Grier found himself seeking out that focus more and more.
He’d done something dangerously close to flirting, a couple times. Without realizing it, if he was honest. Compliments worded a bit more suggestively than he’d intended them to be. He was used to saying what he meant without a thought, but now he found himself considering his words, lest he admit such an embarrassing craving for praise.

Summary
Wolfwood digs into his jacket and pries open his pack of cigs, popping his second of the night into his mouth and lighting it. The movement is practiced, instinctive, habitual. He’s done it a hundred times, hell, a thousand times, just in the time he’s known Vash.
Which makes the way Vash is staring at him this evening particularly irritating.

Summary
See, the thing is, the lieutenant’s composure was more than impressive- it was currently holding a stellar track record. The stick up his ass was actually lodged much deeper than you originally imagined. While he can spare his straight-edge personality to engage you in silly jokes and entertain your questionable conversation at times, in bed it seems the embarrassment of getting much louder than a muffled moan against his hand was too much for him. It’s not unusual- years of being part of a subculture quite literally described as “underground” means operating under the same assumption of required secrecy. But here, in your shared bed and apartment, you have made enough noise for the both of you. Said secrecy was out the window at this point.
The ultimate question remained, how long would it take you to pull the metaphorical stick out of him?

Summary
"Lucky for me that you lived through all that, or it would've been my duty to vengefully murder Solas. And given his newfound talents, that might have been..." Dorian paused thoughtfully. "Though, I have always thought I would make a marvellous statue."
"You'd be the pride of any garden, I'm certain."
"Garden? Please. I'm dramatically staged in a fountain or I'm nowhere at all."
A lot of things are irreversibly changed after the events of Trespasser. Dorian and Lavellan may be attempting to pretend that their relationship isn’t one of them. (a.k.a.: Attempting a firmer resolution to those loose relationship threads that Trespasser gave us.)

Summary
The most awkward thing about it all is the stupid Get Out smeared across the wall in bioluminescent garbage, along the far wall across from the entryway, prominent in its placement. Handprints are peppered beneath it, dragged down as if through blood. If it wasn’t so overstated, so fucking cliche, maybe it’d make his stomach turn—or maybe it wouldn’t. It’s hard to tell these days, the things that hit his hindbrain versus the things that don’t.
“This,” Nicholas says, gesturing at the wall, “is embarrassing for the both of us.”
The thing haunting the house doesn’t have a name that he knows, and Meryl hasn’t given one if she’s privy to the information. So it’s just the Haunt, and Nicholas, and the desert that’s hiding them both.
The Haunt drags a hand-shaped force through the faintly glowing text, spiteful in its delivery. Underneath it, something else begins to come alive, the letters bigger, the strokes broader, two fingers wide instead of one.
Get. Out. Underlined for emphasis. Circled to make a point. And beside it, a frowning face with angry eyebrows—a child’s threat.

Summary
“You look nervous, Nick,” Vash murmurs. “I’ll take care of you, okay?”
“Don’t need to be taken care of, blondie.”
Vash brushes a thumb over the scruff of Wolfwood’s chin. It slides to Wolfwood’s lip, gently pressing down, and Wolfwood’s breath hitches. “No one needs anything, really,” Vash breathes. “But maybe they want it.”
Or, Wolfwood bottoms for the first time.
