Nico expects Will to laugh at this, shrug off his concerns as unfounded and tell him he’s being over-dramatic like usual.
He is wrong.

Viktor is thrown off when he looks up at Jayce and finds none of his previous warmth. He’s eyeing Viktor like he’s a slab of meat, panting like a wild dog, contemplating for a few moments before he folds Viktor in half and grinds into him so forcefully Viktor yelps. Vik feels large, frantic fingers brush against his perineum as he’s checked again, and once again the depth achieved is found lacking.
“It won’t fit, Jayce, you have to stop-“
“I’ll make it fit.”

He leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, eyes narrowed. “Even if—if—you were right, there’s nothing I can do about it.”
“Can’t or won’t?”
“Won’t,” Viktor snapped. “Because I enjoy having a career. And because I’m not stupid.”
Or; Viktor has it BAD for his boss, little does he know that Jayce is having some very non HR approved thoughts himself.
