This is a story about a world line where Charlotte was born a boy.
In the first short story collection, Charlotte says, "If I were a man, I would have pushed my brother aside and done everything I could to get engaged to you," and it really made me tremble, so I started writing with that momentum.
If Charlotte were a boy, Ehrenfest would be safe! I'm writing this with that thought in mind. This is the peaceful route.
