Levi’s voice wavered between curiosity and panic as he pointed at the glass jar on the coffee table. You groaned, sinking further into the couch. “Levi, it’s a long story. The kind where the moral is: don’t let Solomon talk you into anything.”
“Hey,” Solomon said, looking mildly offended. “This was a joint decision.”
“Joint? You mean your decision that I got dragged into!”
