Summary
It’s funny, Andrew thinks, that this would be seen as a curse in any other situation. Two people, thrown apart by time and circumstances, desperately searching for one another.
But Andrew has never doubted Neil’s return. He’s not running, he’s not worried. It’s perhaps the only waiting game that’s been worth it, that he understands, because this bond with Neil has only ever made sense to him.
In another life, Neil made this much clear: they would always find each other in the end.

Me when my favorite Greek myths are comedy-fied: >:)
No but seriously I LOVE the idea of algebra being linked to dark magic. Apollo is also a fan of One Direction in one of the works before this. It's glorious.

Mary Hatford!!!!! The Foxes being Foxes!!!!
Also this lives rent-free in my brain:
“Not sure how good an idea that is, either,” Aaron says. He points at Neil. “Person Andrew wants to protect.” He points at Mary. “Abusive mother.” -

Summary
Tap. Tap. Tap.
“I’m going to throw this at you,” Aaron threatens, brandishing his textbook at Neil and his offending fingers.
Neil just scoffs. “I’m faster than you,” he says dismissively.
It’s funny, the things that can spark a memory. Neil says I’m faster than you, and it’s true, except for the time it isn’t. Neil says I’m faster than you, and Aaron is leaping forward, swinging. Blood everywhere.
There is no risk-free way to crash a car, and other things Aaron Minyard knows.

Bookmarker's Notes
He and Andrew are still a twisted, thorny thing, so many lost moments and fractured wishes half-buried in the space between them, but the world has taken so much from his brother. Aaron will not permit it to take anything more, not as long as he has anything to say about it.
ALSO. Biochem metaphors omg!!!!!
