Obi-Wan does not have a case of the flower disease.
But he does love Anakin far more than appropriate—far more than he ever intended to. It is a mockery of the Jedi Code, of the Order itself, the fervor for which Obi-Wan Kenobi loves Anakin Skywalker.
It is also a secret that he would quite happily take to the grave, should it come to it.
When he wakes in the middle of the night, chest spasming from a coughing fit, and looks down into his lap to find his sheets strewn with flowers and spots of blood, he thinks that perhaps it has.

Summary
While trudging through a jungle, the Team stumbles upon a flower with aphrodisiac pollen. Obi-Wan (in all his Jedi Master wisdom) finds this plant fascinating. This ends very well for everyone.
(“Nonsense. The Ai Xianzai flower only releases spores when it's–,”
A hearty roar cuts through the jungle, shaking the trees and scattering birds. A large fruit drops to the ground next to the flower,
which spews bright red spores all over Obi-Wan's cheek.
“Disturbed,” Obi-Wan finishes faintly. The color slowly drains from his face.)

Anakin groans, stretching out over the desk. His t-shirt rucks up, and Obi-Wan can see a slither of skin. It’s just as tanned as he imagined, a toned stomach and— coughing into his fist, Obi-Wan focuses on Anakin’s head.
“You’re being ridiculous, darling.” Patting Anakin’s shoulder once, Obi-Wan walks over to the lectern and closes his laptop, shutting down the room’s electronics. “We still have grading to do and the plan for next week–”
“Obi-Wan,” Anakin whines, rolling his head to stare balefully at Obi-Wan. “We’ve been here since seven am and I am tired. Can we at least get dinner?”
