Summary
In reality, it isn't likely to come across someone you would eventually find to be important to you and know right off the bat that they are special. That is, unless you've met them someplace else prior to your first meeting—the Dream Realm where the loved ones you'll meet in the future will be seen in your dreams. The catch is, you don't know it yet.
Damien is part of the bottom floor of the financial pyramid—an employee who works hard to gain the smallest bit of money to survive. Bitter about the system, he naturally despises the people who live in the nicer parts of town; the corrupt, wealthy people who only laugh down at the ones below them. And so meeting Isaiah in the Dream Realm became part of his living nightmare along with the workplace shenanigans he has to deal with everyday. But the other man isn't as he seems, hidden behind a mask of smiles and formalities lies a side of a person Damien has yet to discover—someone who isn't as selfish as he makes himself out to be.
