On the seas, Bumi had heard a great deal about the Avatar's disappearance; since everything was running 'on schedule' and the older generation wasn't running around like Ozai had come back from the dead and started burning down villages, he concocted a few theories of his own and was ready to talk to his mother... “Oh?” Padme was dead, what further 'complications' could there possibly be?
The medical droid just stood there holding something, and Obi-Wan looked down. “Oh,” He paused, “Alright, then.”
Bail huffed in grief-tinged bemusement. “Of course those lunatics would end up having triplets. They've never done anything by half."
“There is a fourth child being cleaned,” the droid revealed, and Obi-Wan had no idea how to feel about that.

Sokka rubbed his comical goatee, “A meteorite?”
Korra shook her head, still giggling. “You’re both wrong, look!” She slowly opened her hands.
“... is that a tiny glacier-snake?” Sokka asked, “A hatchling? But the colors are wrong…”
“She’s my friend!” Korra said happily, “Look how pretty she is! And she can swim too, just like me!”
Katara smiled indulgently, “That’s wonderful, dear.”
______________________________________Korra meets Naga, except not really, and Sokka and Katara are responsible adults.

This started as a dash of fun for a Miles to Go character request. Upon discovering the unacceptable shortage of Barrakin in this world, it got promoted to its own work.

“Marinette Dupain-Cheng,” she said, adding as much dripping contempt to her tone as she could muster. But honestly, she was still angry, and it just didn’t come off right. Anger wasn’t contempt, it was — anger.
Marinette shrank. She didn’t try to duck under Chloé’s arms, and she didn’t try to kick or push. Like always, she just stood there like a little wet kitten. “... Are you… are you going to stuff me into a locker again?”

Chloé is upset that Lila is stealing her thunder when it comes to bullying Marinette. Desperate to claw back control over the baker girl, she hatches a plan with Marinette to lie straight back at Lila - because the truth obviously isn't working. When Marinette accepts, Chloé is delighted - but her delight turns to ash in her mouth as she realises that hanging out with Marinette on equal terms is actually more fun than trying to ruin the girl's life.
A Chloé redemption/Lila exposed fic that doesn't salt on anyone.

It’s something that you pick up when learning how to fight, it sinks into your skin, into your bones, and stays with you. Even if you learn conflicting styles, the way you move, the way you blink, hell, especially the way you breathe, it weaves a tale of who you are, where you come from, and if someone is very good at reading these tapestries, what you might do next.
