Chapter Text

Rachel yawned and squinted her eyes as the sunlight shone through the recently cleaned window with wide open curtains, making her open her dark brown eyes and sit on the double master bed, with her head leaning against the grey headrest, on a warm, welcoming day.

She smiled at her wife, Quinn Berry-Fabray, who was still sound asleep, with her hands in front of her face, inhaling and exhaling deeply. She was a very deep sleeper.

Rachel pressed a kiss to Quinn’s head, making her smile, and Rachel then got out of bed, and headed for the nursery where their almost-three-year-old daughter, Lucy, currently was. But not before she had put her makeup on.

She walked into the nursery, with a big smile appearing on her face as she walked over to the crib to see Lucy standing up, and using one arm to hold the bars, and the other arm holding her stuffed rabbit, Bunny.

"Mama!" Lucy cheered as she smiled at the sight of her mother walking closer to her.

"Hey, princess," Rachel cooed as she lifted Lucy out of the crib, into the air with a gasp as she did an open-mouthed smile, and into her arms, kissing her daughter's cheek "Sleep okay?"

"Yeah!" Lucy replied as Rachel chuckled at her child's happiness. It was no surprise to Rachel that her daughter had woken up in such a good mood like she normally does almost every day of the week. "Me and Bunny slept like a log!" She added, showed Bunny to Rachel.

"Yay! That's so wonderful!" Rachel smiled even wider. "Now, how about we go surprise Mommy, who's still sleeping, huh?"

"Yeah!" Lucy answered back, placed her hands behind Rachel's neck, clasping them together, making Rachel bounce her back up.

"All right, let's go." Rachel said happily as she exited the nursery whilst holding the Berry-Fabray daughter.

Rachel then entered the master bedroom, to see her wife still sleeping, and not even bothering to move a tiny bit to prove she was still alive, she always slept so soundly. And sometimes, Rachel wished she could sleep on her side of the bed so the sun didn’t have to blind her every morning.

"Okay, here we go." Rachel whispered as she placed Lucy on the bed and rubbed her back. "Come on. Crawl to Mommy."

"Okay, Mama." Lucy replied to her mother. "Take Bunny."

Lucy then obeyed the order, and crawled over to Quinn, as Rachel held her stuffed rabbit.

She then cuddled into her, making Quinn feel her daughter's presence, and making her pull a big smile on her face.

"Wake up, Mommy!" Lucy cried as she gave her mother a direct order.

"I'm awake, I'm awake." Quinn replied before yawning loudly with her eyes closed as she sat up in bed, leaning against the headrest, wiping her eyes once they began to water when she was finished yawning, while holding Lucy in her arms.

"Good morning, sweetie," She crooned as she looked down at her daughter, smiling at her and Rachel's baby. "I was going to come wake you up, but, hmm, seems like Mama beat me to it."

"She did!" Lucy responded, turning to her right to face Rachel. "Mama, give me Bunny. Bunny wants to say good mornin' to Mommy."

Rachel then did what she was told and handed her daughter her stuffed rabbit. "Here you go, honey."

"Bunny, say mornin' to Mommy." Lucy said to her friend, and turned Bunny to Quinn who waved at the blonde with the help of Lucy moving his arm up and down.

"Good morning, Bunny," Quinn said softly in response. "I hope you kept our daughter safe."

"Of course he did, Mommy, don't be silly!" Lucy teased with a grin.

"Okay, I'm just checking." Quinn replied with raised eyebrows while stroking her daughter's blonde hair.

"What do you two want for breakfast?" Rachel then asked the two of them.

"Pancakes!" Lucy cheered, immediately throwing her arms in the air.

"You had pancakes yesterday, Luce." Rachel pointed out, reminding her child what had happened only 24 hours ago, before she folded her arms.

"Bunny wasn't there." Lucy responded, turning to look at her mother again. "And you know he loves them." She added as she and Bunny pressed cheeks.

"Yeah," Quinn agreed. "Lucy wants pancakes. And so does Bunny."

Rachel exhaled through her nose in response. "What am I gonna do with you?" She teased Quinn. "Okay, I'll make pancakes. Again. For you and for Bunny. And also for me and Mommy."

Rachel then exited the master bedroom and headed for the kitchen, leaving Lucy with Quinn.

"Your Mama is silly, isn't she?" Quinn whispered to Lucy as she cuddled into her, nodding in response

"I heard that." Rachel called from the kitchen. "I have ears like a hawk! And you are getting Lucy dressed."

"I got her dressed yesterday."

"Well, you're getting her dressed again. Starting with a clean diaper."

Chapter Text

"Mmf," Santana mumbled when she and Brittany were awoken by distant babbling coming from the baby monitor on Santana's bedside table. "Britt, your child is awake."

"She's your child, babe." Brittany muttered, pulling more of the bed sheets up herself, since they both needed warmth, due to the fact that they were both hungover, after having a lot to drink to celebrate their anniversary.

"I wasn't the one who gave birth to her," Santana adds, making it clear that she wanted Brittany to go and tend to their daughter who was still wide awake, and was just a few doors down. "You were."

"Exactly. So go get her. She doesn't want her Mama; she wants her Mami." Brittany responded quietly before she gently kicked Santana's butt under the duvet, rewarding her with a dramatic yelp from Santana, making it obvious that she had lost since Brittany had made a point that Santana had no choice but to agree with. Brittany's eight-hour-labor was always the perfect excuse for anything.

"Fine. I'll go." Santana then got out of bed slowly. Knowing she was defeated, she decided to give Brittany a light slap on the arm, earning her a dramatic yelp from Brittany as Santana exited the master bedroom in her bra, underwear and black boots. Stripping off their clothes, which brought back memories to both of them since they wore the same outfits when they sang Blame It (On The Alcohol) while they were drunk after Rachel's party during their junior year. For Santana, she wore her glittery black right-arm sleeveless tank top, leather tights and black leather boots, which she had decided to put back on after stripping everything else off, thinking they were her socks. And for Brittany, she wore her glittery black jacket, black tank top, black pants and black boots that just went above her ankles. Unlike Santana, she had successfully stripped everything off and was only wearing her bra and underwear.

Brittany smiled to herself as she was proud to have won this battle. Her shining armour wouldn't go rusty that easily. A few seconds later, the baby monitor lit up again, playing the best soundtrack that Brittany had ever heard as a way to help soothe the pain of her headache.

"Okay, okay, I'm here." Santana announced, entering Bonnie's nursery, and approaches the crib to see her two-year-old daughter, Bonnie, sitting up on the mattress, whilst holding her stuffed pink unicorn. "Good morning, mija. Sleep well?"

"Mami! Say mornin' to Sparkle!" Bonnie exclaimed, happily smiling at the sight of her mother standing by her crib. Gifted to her by Rachel the day she was born; Sparkle had always been her most prized possession.

"Oh, good morning, Sparkle," Santana said in response, using all the fake enthusiasm she could as she picked her child up into her arms. "So nice of you to wake us up at 6:30am. Now, whaddya say Mami changes your diaper, Little Miss Stinky?"

Hearing those words made Brittany smile as she was very glad not to be the one who had to tend to Bonnie when she woke them up like this, which normally happened every few days. But maybe she should have tended to her daughter? Her stomach began to lurch, making her regret being so proud of herself.

She started to take deep breaths to steady the wave of nausea and face palmed herself for being such a terrible mom that day.

"I should have done it." Brittany whispered to herself.

Minutes later, Santana returned to the master bedroom, with Bonnie clinging onto Santana's back, her arms around her neck, piggyback style with her two-year-old hands clasped together. "I have a very special delivery of one Bonnie Lopez-Pierce." Santana then said, randomly knocking on the door, making Brittany hoist onto her elbows to sit herself up.

"That'll be for me then," she replied as she smiled at the sight of Bonnie having fun on Santana's back.

"Mami, throw me!" Bonnie exclaimed, giving Santana an order that she could not refuse. She and Brittany always loved to throw Bonnie onto the bed, since they loved hearing their daughter's giggles.

"Do you want me to?" Santana teased her daughter before she bounced her back up.

"Yeah!" Bonnie replied happily, making Santana roll her eyes in response before she held her daughter in her arms.

"A-one," Santana exclaimed as she swung Bonnie slowly. "A-two. A-three!" She added before she carefully threw Bonnie onto the mattress, with both of the mothers' smiling as their daughter burst out laughing when she landed on the bed sheets.

"Mama!" Bonnie then exclaimed. crawling over to Brittany who held her arms out.

"Hi, BonBon!" Brittany cooed in response as she kissed Bonnie's cheek. "How's my little baby this morning?" she then asked as she moved some of Bonnie's hair away from her eyes, patting her diapered butt.

"I'm not a baby," Bonnie whined in protest. "I'm a big girl!"

"Yes, cariño, you are." Santana replied before she sat back down on the bed, rubbing her face with the palm of her hand since she and Brittany both had headaches. "Stop growing up so fast," she teased.

"Never!" Bonnie replied with a smirk, making Santana do a silent gasp. "iPad! iPad!" she then chanted, making it very clear to both of them that she wanted to doodle a picture on the iPad (probably of her and Sparkle).

"What do we say?" Brittany asked her daughter, with Bonnie immediately forgetting to say the magic word.

"Pleease!"

Santana exhaled in response as she shook her head slowly, looking at her daughter. "I changed your diaper, now I gotta go get the iPad. What am I gonna do with you?" She asks rhetorically. "Okay, I am gonna go get the iPad for you, amorcita. But first, Mami's gotta go to the toilet so she can pee and maybe throw up." Santana says before exiting the master bedroom as Bonnie giggled mischievously.

"Hi, baby." Brittany crooned as she bundled Bonnie in her arms while the two of them heard Santana's black leather boots clip-clopping down the hallway the same way they did just a few minutes ago. "How did you sleep?" she then asked as she wanted to know the answer to the question that Santana asked Bonnie a few minutes ago, but immediately changed the subject.

"I slept good!" Bonnie responded, smiling cheerfully. "Sparkle protected me from all the ghosts. Say 'thank you' to Sparkle, Mama."

Brittany chuckled. "Thank you for keeping my little girl safe, Sparkle." She then stroked Sparkle's horn as Bonnie held her stuffed animal.

"I love you." Brittany cooed, her hand ruffling Bonnie's blonde hair.

"Yay! iPad!" Bonnie cheered loudly a few minutes later when they both saw Santana re-entering the master bedroom with the iPad under her arm, and a glass of water in each hand containing an aspirin that had been dissolved in it.

"Shh, volume, bunny." Brittany whispered, feeling her head throbbing again, immediately taking a sip of her water to prevent it from continuing.

"You feeling better, Britt?" Santana asked her wife after she had sipped her water after getting back into bed, feeling relieved that she was warm again instead of room temperature as she pulled the bed sheets over herself.

"Yeah," Brittany replied, exhaling before tucking her blonde hair behind her ear.

"I feel--"

Let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore

It's going to be a long day. For both of them.

"Good morning, love." Kurt said happily to his husband as he woke up to see Blaine smiling at him, as he sat up on the bed rest.

"Good morning, Kurt." Blaine replied to the love of his life as they kissed each other on the lips. "You looking forward to waiting for Tracy's arrival?"

"Yep." Kurt responded cheerfully as he sat up next to Blaine. "I guarantee she should be here, right... about… naaaaaaaaa," He then added as he held the note for a few seconds as Tracy then appeared, standing by the doorway.

"Ow." Kurt ended as he cleared his throat. "Timed it perfectly."

"Papa! Daddy!" Tracy cheered as she ran towards the master bed, jumping onto the white bed sheets. "Good morning!"

"It really is!" Kurt exclaimed as he pulled his daughter closer, kissing her forehead. "How's my favourite six-year-old?"

"Super!" Tracy exclaimed in response as she threw her arms up in the air, almost punching Kurt in the face.

"Whoa, Trace!" Kurt yelped in surprise as he used one of the many nicknames that he and Blaine used for their daughter. "You almost punched Papa in the face!"

"Good thing she didn't," Blaine pointed out, making Kurt nod his head in agreement.

"Can we please have breakfast?" Tracy then asked excitedly as she placed her hands together.

"Daddy?" Kurt teased Blaine as he turned to him after paying attention to his daughter.

"When did you turn into our son?" Blaine teased back, making the three of them chuckle at the thought of Kurt being the Anderson-Hummel son, instead of being Kurt Hummel himself. "Well, it's 7:00am, our daughter said the magic word, so, yeah. Let’s have breakfast."

"Woo-hoo!" Tracy cheered as she threw her arms up in the air, actually hitting Kurt this time in the face.

"Aw," Kurt exclaimed as he rubbed his face with his hand. "Trace, you just punched Papa in the face!"

Blaine couldn’t help but chuckle at what he had just witnessed. He was finding it hysterical, which was also making Tracy laugh.

"Very funny, you two." Kurt smiled as the three of them got off the bed and headed downstairs to the kitchen. "I'd say we make sausage sandwiches for breakfast."

"Yay!" Tracy cheered as she threw her hands up in the air a third time, this time hitting Blaine in the face.

"Oh," Blaine exclaimed as he rubbed his face with his hand. "Sweetie, you just got Daddy!"

Kurt and Tracy laughed, grinning mischievously. "Now we're even." Kurt said happily to his husband as he leaned on the counter.

Blaine exhaled through his nose in response as he shook his head slowly at his husband and his daughter.

"I love you both, but sometimes, you two are just crazy."

Chapter Text

"And, cut! Okay, everyone, take a break! After lunch, we're gonna do a dress rehearsal!"

"I'm looking forward to it," Rachel replied, happily clapping her hands with excitement. She was wearing the same purple zip front top, polka dot skirt and black boots when she sang Love Song with Quinn and Santana in S04 E12 – Naked.

"I can tell, Mrs. Berry. You certainly look it. Ooh, I think that's your wife and daughter coming up now."

Indeed, the director was right. Rachel spun around to see Quinn walking towards her as she held Lucy's hand.

Quinn was wearing the same pretty red floral dress with a yellow belt, grey tights and her favourite black wedgies when she sang Love Song with Rachel and Santana in S04 E12 – Naked, with Lucy's diaper bag strapped to her back.

"Mama!" Lucy yelled happily once Quinn had let her go, and she ran towards Rachel who immediately lifted her up into her arms slowly with wide eyes an open-mouthed smile while she gasped happily.

"Hi, my sweet little girl!" Rachel cooed as she kissed her daughter’s cheek numerous times. "Did you have a fun morning with Mommy?" she then kissed Quinn on the lips. She had missed both of them for quite some time, despite the fact that she had only been acting at the theatre for a few hours.

"Yeah, Lucy helped me make muffins," Quinn responded to Rachel as she got a muffin out of the plastic tub and handed Rachel a blueberry muffin. "Here. It's blueberry."

"Thanks." Rachel replied with a smile before she took it with one hand, holding Lucy beside her hip with her other hand.

"Mmm! Dish ish ama-shing!" she added with her mouthful, and Quinn has to laugh at that.

"So, why are you guys here?" Rachel then asked Quinn and Lucy, bouncing her daughter back up after finishing the muffin. "I wasn't expecting to see you guys until later this evening."

"We just thought we'd come by and give you a muffin," Quinn replied, smiling at the sight of her wife holding their daughter. "And Lulu really missed you."

"Aww," Rachel crooned as she turned to her daughter who cuddled into her. "You missed Mama, huh?"

Lucy nodded in response.

“I missed you too, sweetheart.” Rachel whispered as she pressed her lips to Lucy's temple.

"Mama, what are you even supposed to be?" Lucy then asked, looking at the script in Rachel's hand that had Rachel's lines highlighted under Rachel Berry-Fabray – WICKED WITCH: "I'll get you, my pretty!"

"I am the Wicked Witch of the West." Rachel said with a smile "I'll get you, my pretty!" she then added in a voice like the witch in The Wizard of Oz, with an evil cackle as she peppered Lucy's face with kisses.

Lucy squealed happily, even though she wanted Rachel to stop torturing her. "Mommy, save me!" she begged Quinn, wanting nothing but her mommy to save her own daughter's life.

"Come on, babe, stop teasing our daughter." Quinn exclaimed, chuckling as she stroked Lucy's blonde hair.

"OK, fine, you have me beaten." Rachel surrendered before she added one last kiss onto Lucy's nose.

"Another reason we're here is because we just thought we'd come surprise you, and maybe, have lunch with you? The director says we can, because he's eavesdropping and is nodding his head. Thank you." Quinn replied then turned to the director as he walked away. "We brought sausage rolls and granola bars."

"Awesome." Rachel replied, smiling gleefully at her two favourite people in the entire world.

****

"Mmm! That was so good." Rachel said a few minutes later, making it clear that she had enjoyed the sausage roll that she had just eaten, and was about to move on to her granola bar.

Quinn and Rachel both chuckled as they saw Lucy rub her belly round in circles in response as she had her mouth full, and knew it wasn't polite to speak with her mouth full.

"You're so funny, babycakes," Rachel coos, pulling her closer before pressing a kiss to her forehead. "Which is why me and Mommy love you so much."

"Well, I'd say it's about time we move onto the granola bars, after this little one finishes her sausage roll." Quinn then said with everyone agreeing and eating their granola bars.

They couldn't help, but enjoy the sweet taste of rolled oats, honey, raisins, and little chocolate chips in their mouths.

They only reason they added chocolate chips in the first place was because Lucy loved them.

****

"Well, that was delicious," Rachel wiped a few crumbs off her polka dot skirt, feeling sad that her wife and daughter had to go. "I really enjoyed seeing you guys here, and I really wish you didn't have to leave."

"We do, too," Quinn agreed as she wiped Lucy’s hands with a wet-wipe that she had fished out of the box in Lucy's diaper bag. "But at least we'll see you later today."

"True." Rachel said in agreement as she picked Lucy up with a wide open mouthed smile, then leaning her closer so she could kiss both of her cheeks.

"Bye, baby. I love you. Be good for Mommy." she crooned, smiling sweetly at her little girl.

"I will, Mama, don't be silly!" Lucy replied with a straight face, making Rachel and Quinn laugh.

"Okay, let's go." Quinn said cheerfully, slinging Lucy's diaper bag over her shoulder before taking the Berry-Fabray daughter from Rachel's arms and headed for the auditorium doors that led to the entrance of the theatre.

“Wait.” Rachel held her hand out, stopping Quinn in her tracks as she was halfway down the steps.

"Aren't you gonna kiss me?"

"Oh, yeah," Quinn then walked back over to her beautiful wife and they both kissed each other on the lips, a loud smack filling the room once they pulled away from each other. "Sorry."

"It's okay," Rachel answered back, waving her hand slightly, making it clear that she accepted Quinn's apology. "Now get out of here, or I'll turn you both into frogs!" she then teased Quinn and Lucy, making Quinn scream sarcastically as Lucy trembled in fear and buried her face in Quinn's neck, as she thought Rachel meant it.

"Oh, no. We don't want that to happen. Let's go, Lulu." Quinn said in response, before she walked down the steps and headed for the doors with Lucy clinging onto her beside her hip, her hands clasped carefully around Quinn's neck.

"Bye, Rachel. Love you."

"Bye, Quinn. Love you too."

"Bye, Mama!"

"Bye, sweetheart. Miss you already."

"Oh, and just one more thing." Quinn then called from the entrance, causing Rachel to turn back around to look at the love of her life.

"Yeah?" Rachel asked her wife as she tucked her hair behind her ear.

"Do you want to drive home in your car, or do you want to fly home on your broomstick?" Quinn then teased as she and Lucy giggled their hearts out.

Rachel was not amused.

"Ha, ha." she responded slowly, folding her arms with a straight face.

"We're kidding," Quinn added as she bounced Lucy back up. "Just don't come home with your army of flying monkeys!"

"I get it. See you later." Rachel said before grinning a tiny bit, finding that joke a tiny bit amusing.

"See you later, Rachel." Quinn answered back to the love of her life. "Love you."

"Love you, too."

Chapter Text

"Okay, thanks," Santana called from the kitchen. "I hope to enjoy my lunch break." she added as she exited the kitchen.

She was just about to leave when she saw Brittany enter the diner with Bonnie strapped to her in an Ergo Baby, facing her out, so she could see the world instead of just looking at her blonde mother.

Brittany was wearing a denim jacket, a t-shirt with a rose on it, blue jeans, and brown leather boots, with her hair going down.

"There she is!" Brittany said happily, immediately seeing her beautiful wife walking over to them with a smile on her face.

"Hey, you guys!" Santana cooed as Brittany began to unstrap the Ergo Baby, allowing Santana to take Bonnie into her arms.

"Mami!" Bonnie cheered as Santana took her child into her arms with wide eyes and a wide open mouthed smile.

"Hey, mija," Santana crooned as she led Brittany and Bonnie to a table. "Why are you guys here?"

"This is a restaurant. It's lunchtime. I would think, as a waitress, you'd be familiar with the paradigm." Brittany replied as Santana placed Bonnie down in the highchair, ruffling her daughter's blonde hair once she settled in her seat.

"True. I would," Santana agreed, nodding her head in response. "In fact, I think I'll join you guys for my lunch break. I just have to ask my boss first."

"Excuse me, miss," Brittany held her hand out, stopping Santana in her tracks. "The two of us would like to order lunch, thank you very much." She then said, making herself and Bonnie giggle, with Santana grinning along.

"Sure," Santana chuckled as she approached their table, her shiny red leather boots clip-clopping back over to them, and got her notepad and pen out, her pen clicking before asking one of her favourite questions to her two favourite people. "What do you two beautiful people want?”

"First of all, I notice that today's special offer is soup and a half sandwich?" Brittany said strangely, her sparkling blue eyes looking at the menu, deciding what to order for herself and for Bonnie.

"Yes." Santana replied, tapping her pen on the notepad, knowing exactly what was about to come next.

"Where exactly does the half sandwich come from? Are you giving me half of someone else's sandwich, or do I have to wait for someone else in the restaurant to order the other half?" Brittany asked randomly, pretending as if she did not know what a small sandwich was.

"No, no, Britt, they just make a half sandwich." Santana answered back to her wife, smiling at her daughter while also enjoying the conversation that she and Brittany were having.

"You can't make a half sandwich. If it's not a half of a whole sandwich, it's just a small sandwich." Brittany pointed out, making her daughter giggle.

"Okay, fine, it's soup and a small sandwich. Is that what you want?" Santana asked her wife as she decided to go with what her wife claimed was a half-sandwich, also finding it very amusing that Brittany was going full Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory, and knew exactly what Brittany was going to say in response to her question.

"Of course not. We'll both have our usual." Bonnie said to her mami, speaking for her mama, making Brittany chuckle and Santana shake her head slightly.

"Great." Santana replied in response as she walked away a few steps.

"Aren't you going to ask us if we want a beverage each?" Brittany teased, followed by herself and Bonnie giggling, making Santana smile and turn back around to them, giggling slightly with a straight face as Brittany continued to do more Sheldon Cooper.

"Don't you normally have soda?"

"Yes."

"Would you like soda?"

"Yes."

"And does my dulce angelito normally have milk?"

"Yeah!"

"Would you like milk, cariño?"

"Yeah!"

"Would you two like anything else?"

"Yes, babe, we'd like you to join us for your lunch break."

Santana giggled. "Of course. I just have to ask my boss."

****

"You enjoying that?" Brittany asked her daughter a few minutes later as she couldn't help, but smile adoringly at the sight of Bonnie drinking her milk like the good little girl she was.

"Mmm-hmm!" Bonnie hummed in response as she put her glass down and nodded at her blonde mother.

Brittany then grinned when she saw Santana walking back over to them, and walking slowly over to Bonnie's highchair.

Santana then wrapped an arm around Bonnie's middle and leaned in, nuzzling the girl's neck playfully, then kissing her cheek repeatedly and Bonnie tries to squirm out of the embrace as she giggles and pushes at Santana's face.

"That tickles!" Bonnie gasps and Santana kisses her cheek a final time before sitting next to her wife.

"So, I'm guessing you're joining us." Brittany chuckled, trying her very best to not laugh at what she had just witnessed.

"Yep, I sure am," Santana replied cheerfully as she and her wife pecked each other on the lips. "My boss was totally fine with it. He loves the fact that you and I are together. I've also placed my order at the counter. My usual; the same thing you're having."

"Tsk," Brittany clicked her tongue, her eyebrows raised. "Nice."

"Mami, Mama, look what I drew!" Bonnie exclaimed as she showed her mothers a drawing she did in crayon of her, Santana, and Brittany.

"Oh, wow!" Santana gasps, covering her mouth with both her hands. "That's beautiful."

"You are such a talented artist, baby." Brittany added, smiling happily at her daughter's art skills. "You could be the next Picasso!"

"Yay!" Bonnie cheered. "I don't know who that is!"

"You'll learn about that when you're older." Santana answered back, leaning forward slightly before she ruffled Bonnie's hair.

"Ahh, here comes our food," Brittany announced the second she saw a waitress, Dani, walking over to them with three plates of food; one in each of her hands and one on her arm.

"Here we go, mac and cheese for the young lady," Dani said with a smile as she placed Bonnie's plate in front of her, feeling very happy that the Lopez-Pierce daughter was in her presence.

"And for the mothers, hamburgers with French fries." She added, smiling gleefully at her favourite couple of all time. She may still feel sad that she and Santana are no longer a couple, every now and then, but every time she saw Santana with Brittany and Bonnie, she always finds it heartwarming.

"Mmm!" Brittany hummed as she went wide eyed at her food.

"Looks good!" Santana agreed.

"Hi, Bonnie," Dani crouched down next to Bonnie's high chair, making Brittany and Santana's child turn to her right-hand side and look directly into Dani's beautiful brown eyes. "How are you doing?"

"Super! Hi, Auntie Dani!" Bonnie replied, smiling at Santana's ex-girlfriend before giggling when Dani started to press kisses to her cheeks.

"That's very sweet of you, Dani, but don't you think it's best if you get back to work?" Santana asked her former lover, adoring the sight of what she and Brittany were seeing with their own two eyes.

"I will," Dani said in response, her hand stroking across Bonnie's cheek. "I just wanted to give kisses to my little niece because she's so cute."

"Of course, I am," Bonnie replied before she pointed at a red bottle, informing the the three adults on what was about to happen next. "Ketchup, please!"

"I'm on it," Dani smiled, picking the ketchup bottle off the table after moving the salt and pepper pots out of the way before squirting squiggly lines all over the mac and cheese, knowing exactly how Bonnie liked it. "And I might even squirt some ketchup... there!" She added, moving the ketchup bottle closer to Bonnie's face, pretending to squeeze it with an evil grin appearing on her face.

"Nooo!" Bonnie squinted her eyes shut, making it clear that she certainly did not want any ketchup on her face or even on her clothes.

"I'm just kidding," Dani puts the ketchup bottle down before pressing a kiss to Bonnie's cheek. "Enjoy."

"We will," Brittany and Santana both replied simultaneously before pointing at each other. "Jinx!"

****

"Well, that was delicious," Santana said happily after she had finished wiping her mouth with her napkin. "And I should know, because I've had it before."

"Did you enjoy that?" Brittany then asked Bonnie, her and Santana chuckling at the sight of their child sitting in her highchair with cheese sauce and tomato ketchup all around her mouth.

"Yeah!" Bonnie exclaimed before her hand landed on her plate, covering it in cheese sauce, making Santana and Brittany chuckle.

"Did you bring the diaper bag?" Santana asked Brittany, smiling when her wife turned to her right to look at her. "Because we are in desperate need of some baby wipes."

"Indeed I did bring the diaper bag," Brittany responded, picking the diaper bag up from under the table before opening it and getting the baby wipes out. "Here. Let's both clean her up."

Brittany and Santana then wiped Bonnie's mouth, and then her hand, making her all nice and clean.

“There we go,” Brittany cooed before she put the baby wipes away. "All clean."

"Well, guess I should get back to work," Santana then said as she got back up on her feet, smiling at the loves of her life. "It was nice having lunch with you two."

"We enjoyed it, too. Didn't we, sweetie?" Brittany asked Bonnie as she picked her up into her arms.

Bonnie nodded her head in response, making her both her moms giggle.

"Bye, bebita." Santana cooed before pressing her lips to Bonnie's forehead. "See you tonight."

"Bye, Mami." Bonnie answered back, slapping her mother's cheek lightly, making Santana and Brittany chuckle.

"Bye, Britt-Britt." Santana added as she and Brittany pecked each other on the lips after Brittany had slung the diaper bag on her back, whilst holding Bonnie in her arms.

"Bye, babe." Brittany answered back, happily smiling at the love of her life.

"Love you."

"Love you, too."

Santana then walked back into the kitchen, already missing them as they went out of sight.

Enjoy the sixth chapter.

I'm sorry it's been almost a month since I've updated this, I've just been mourning the death of Naya Rivera.

I don't think I will ever be able to recover from the fact that she's gone.

But at least she died a hero's death.

I've decided to make the Glee story 'Mami would be proud' in her honour. If you haven't seen it yet, feel free to check it out after this.

Chapter Text

"Mr. Anderson, that was spectacular!" the director exclaimed with a smile. "Your husband and daughter should be very proud of you."

"Indeed, we are." a familiar voice to both of them said as they turned around to see Kurt walking towards them with Tracy beside his hip.

"I shall leave you both to it." the director added to Blaine, before turning around and walking away from the talented actor.

"Daddy!" Tracy cheered happily as Kurt put her down on the ground, making her run towards her father, whom she had missed for the past few hours.

"Hey, little one!" Blaine exclaimed, picking Tracy up, chuckling as he kissed her cheek. "Well, judging by the look on your face, I presume you had fun with Papa while Daddy was hard at work?" He then asked as he couldn't help but notice to see Tracy smiling with happiness.

"Yeah!" Tracy exclaimed in response, making Blaine kiss her forehead, giggling in response. He and Kurt always loved to hear their daughter's voice.

"Awesome!" Blaine replied as he turned to Kurt with a smile. "And how is my ridiculously attractive husband?"

"Doing great." Kurt responded before they pecked each other on the lips.

"That's nice to hear," Blaine smiled, bounced Tracy back up, smiling at the Anderson-Hummel daughter. "So, what brings you two here? I wasn't expecting to see you two gorgeous people until later today."

"Well, me and our sweet little girl made brownies," Kurt explained, before putting his hands together. "And we thought we'd bring some to you, since you love brownies so much, and we learned from the best."

"Aww, Kurt," Blaine responded, putting his free hand to his heart, smiling gleefully. "Thank you so much. That means a lot to me about my brownie-baking skills."

"I was talking about your mom," Kurt replied as he went from a smile to a straight face. "Your mom is the best at baking brownies."

"Oh," Blaine realised, frowning a tiny bit. "I see."

"Gotcha!" Kurt laughed with his daughter as the two of them had tricked Blaine, with the two of them giggling their hearts out.

"We got you, Daddy!" Tracy cheered while clapping her hands with excitement.

Blaine shook his head in response as he chuckled slightly. "Very funny, you two. You got me. And I'm the one who is at the Broadway theatre today."

"This is so adoring." said a voice from behind the three of them, making Kurt, Blaine, and Tracy turn their heads to face the doors that led out of the room, to see a man standing by the doorway, with a smile on his face.

"Hello, Mr. Adams," Blaine said happily to the director. "Might I ask what you are doing?"

"I was just finding this very heartwarming," Mr. Adams explained as he walked closer to them. "Your daughter is very well behaved. She reminds me of my daughter when she was younger. I miss those days."

"Well, thank you for your kind words about our little girl," Kurt smiles before he turns to face his daughter who is in his husband's arms, beside Blaine's hip. "What do you say to Mr. Adams, Trace?"

"Thank you." the Anderson-Hummel daughter replied as she made another smile appear on her face.

"You're very welcome, madam," Mr. Adams answered back, making Kurt and Blaine chuckle. "And, since you are here, Mr. Hummel, I was wondering if you three would want to see the finished set of Pride Rock for the performance on opening night, which as you know, is just a few weeks away?"

"Yes, I'd love to see it," Blaine replied before he bounced his and Kurt's daughter back up. "Do you guys wanna see it, too?" he then asked Kurt and Tracy as he turned to face both of them.

"Of course, we do!" Kurt teased in response, chuckled slightly with a smile. "What kind of question is that?"

Blaine chuckled along with his husband as Mr. Adams escorted the three of them to the auditorium.

****

"We're almost there," Mr. Adams announced as the four of them made a left after walking down the stairs, with Blaine being Tracy's personal taxi by remaining in his arms. "I hope you'll like what the set designers have done with Pride Rock."

"I hope to enjoy it," Kurt replied cheerfully, smiling happily at the sight of his daughter in Blaine's arms. "Although, it would've been nice to be Simba instead of Zazu. I made it into the final two, and guess who got that instead of me?”

"Mr. Hummel, I have told you this before," Mr. Adams stopped by the doors that led to the inside of the auditorium, turning to face Kurt with a straight face. "I was going to choose you as the role of Adult Simba, since you were the best person to audition for that role before your husband auditioned. I decided to choose him, since I thought he made a very secure connection with Adult Simba, since some of the producers think he kind of sounds like Simba when he is with Timon and Pumbaa, all grown up."

"True," Kurt agreed, nodding his head. "But it feels quite embarrassing to lose the role of Adult Simba to my own husband, whom I love very much."

"I can see why you think that," Mr. Adams said in response as he opened the doors to the auditorium, with the four of them walking over to the stage that was showing the completed set of Pride Rock, all ready for the performance on opening night.

"But let me tell you this, Mr. Hummel." Mr. Adams added as he turned around to face Kurt again after they were all standing by the stage. "You were the best person for the role of Zazu, out of everyone else who auditioned for the role of that African red-billed hornbill. Not to mention you connect with the role very well. I also think you look tremendous in the costume and makeup. Your husband also thinks that."

"You do?" Kurt asked Blaine as he turned to him with a raised eyebrow, making Blaine giggle.

"Yes, of course, I do," Blaine replied as he nodded. "You look amazing in that costume, and the white and blue makeup that go with the costume really does suit you. Just like how the costume I'll be wearing for the role of Adult Simba suits me."

"Hmm," Kurt hummed before he smiled at Blaine's face. "It does suit you a lot. And, by the way, Mr. Adams, how's the puppet coming along?"

"It's almost finished," Mr. Adams answered back, rubbing his hands together. "We just need to work on the eyes, then the beak, and it will be complete."

"Awesome." Kurt giggled as he pressed a kiss to Tracy’s cheek.

"Is that really Pride Rock?" Tracy asked her dads and Mr. Adams as they walked onto the stage, with her asking a question that the three of them knew would be quite hard to explain, since she was only six-years-old, but they knew she was very good at understanding things.

"No, Trace, it's not really Pride Rock." Kurt responded to his daughter, the four of them looking at the stairs that had a wall of cardboard going up and straight until it reached the top step, with lines painted in black on the cardboard. "This is what we've made as a way to represent Pride Rock, to make it seem like the movie you love."

"Oh," Tracy exclaimed, nodding her head while she remained in Blaine's arms. "Can I go up on the rock and feel like Nala?" she asked her parents who looked at each other.

"What do we say, sweetheart?" Blaine asked with a grin, looking into their little girl's eyes.

"Please!" Tracy begged, causing Kurt and Blaine to chuckle.

"Yes, you can," Kurt said in response to his daughter as Blaine lowered her down. "But be very careful. We don't want any accidents happening on set, do we? Be very careful. Understand?"

"Yes, Papa." Tracy answered back politely, smiling at her parents before she walked over to the set of Pride Rock and began to walk up the stairs, with her papa's words playing on loop in her head.

"You know, Blaine," Kurt began as he turned around to look at the love of his life. "I think we should tell her at some point."

Blaine groaned in response, making it clear to Kurt that he was frustrated with what was coming his way. "Kurt, we've been over this a million times. Neither of us know when we will tell her."

"Tell her what?" Mr. Adams asked the two lovebirds who turned to him with their faces scrunched up. "Sorry. It's just that you two are discussing something that involves your daughter, and that took me back to some memories I had with my wife and I discussing things that we probably weren’t going to tell her, but we told her eventually. Some she took well, others she did not. But just out of curiosity, what are you two amazing people discussing?"

"We've been discussing when we should tell Tracy who her mom is." Blaine then whispered as he explained what he and Kurt were discussing, making Mr. Adams nod slowly as he understood what the two of them were talking about.

"We've been thinking about this for so long, we don't know when or if we should tell her." Kurt added as Blaine nodded with wide eyes. "Because our daughter's mom is someone who we know very well."

"If you don't mind me saying, I'm just interested, given the fact that you said it's someone you know very well," Mr. Adams whispered back in the same tone. "Who is her mom?"

"Look at me!" Tracy exclaimed as she held her arms out as if she was about to take a bow, making the three of them look at the top of the set of Pride Rock to see Tracy standing on the top step being very careful with what she was doing.

"Rachel Berry," Kurt whispered quickly in response as he turned back to face Mr. Adams. "Her mom is our friend, Rachel Berry." he then back around quickly to face his daughter.

"Looking good, Your Highness." Blaine teased, making Tracy giggle, causing the three adults smile in response. "How does it feel to be Queen of the Pride Lands?"

"Awesome!" Tracy replied with a huge smile appearing on her face, making both her dads and Mr. Adams find it very heartwarming.

"That's great to hear, Tray Tray." Kurt said cheerfully, using one of the many nicknames that he and Blaine called their daughter.

"Is the Elephant Graveyard almost done, Mr. Adams?" Blaine asked as Mr. Adams turned to face him.

"Almost," Mr. Adams replied as he put his elbow on his other arm, with his thumb pressed to his index finger and middle finger. "We just need to add the last few bones to the set, then it will be done."

"Great," Kurt added as he and Blaine smiled at the good news. “Okay, well I think me and the princess, or should I say, queen, are gonna go now. Queen Tracy, come to Prince Papa, we're gonna go now."

"Okay, Papa!" Tracy answered back before turning around and walked back down the stairs, being very careful as she obeyed her dad’s orders.

"Aw, I wish you could stay," Blaine sighed at the words that his husband had just said. "It's sad to see the two people I love, so much, with all my heart, leave me for a temporary amount of time."

"True," Kurt agreed as he nodded once. "I feel the same way when you visit me with Tracy, and you two leave after being here for a while. It almost feels like Take Your Kid to Work Day, doesn't it?"

"It does," Blaine chuckled at Kurt’s funny sentence. "But I'll still miss you two, though."

"We'll miss you, too," Kurt replied before he and Blaine both kissed each other on the lips. "But we'll see you in just a few hours. Enjoy the brownie."

"I shall," Blaine said in response to his husband as he smiled at the sight of Kurt picking Tracy up into his arms. "See you guys later."

Blaine was able to press one last kiss to Tracy's head before Kurt turned around and walked off the stage.

"Bye, Blaine!"

"Bye, Kurt!"

"Bye, Daddy!"

"Bye, sweetie."

"Your daughter is so well behaved," Mr. Adams said to Blaine as he turned to face him. "Mr. Anderson, your daughter is one of the nicest people I've ever met."

"Well, everyone says that," Blaine responded as he put his hands behind his back. "What do you see in her?"

"She's very sweet, calming, and kind," Mr. Adams replied as he named the three words, he thought were best to describe Tracy Anderson-Hummel. "You and your husband should be very proud of yourselves for being amazing dads to such a sweet little girl."

"Thank you, Mr. Adams, that means a lot to me." Blaine smiled, patting Mr. Adams' shoulder. "I really appreciate your kind words about mine and Kurt's daughter."

"Daddy." Tracy yelled in a worried voice as Blaine heard footsteps running towards the doors. "Daddy. Daddy!"

"What?! What?! Tracy, what's wrong?!" Blaine asked in a serious tone as he could tell something was wrong.

"Nothing," Tracy replied with a cheesy grin. "I was acting."

Kurt snickered once he appeared behind her, being unable to stop laughing, with Mr. Adams chuckling along. "We got you again!"

"That's not funny!" Blaine disagreed in a stern tone. "I really thought something happened to you, Kurt."

"I'm sorry, Blaine," Kurt apologized as he shook his head, giggling. "We didn't think you'd fall for it like that."

"And it's not funny." Mr. Adams added once he, Kurt, and Tracy stopped laughing.

"I know." Blaine answered back with a straight face, making it clear that he was not amused.

"It's absolutely hilarious!" Mr. Adams exclaimed, making the three of them burst out laughing once again.

"Oh, ha, ha, ha," Blaine laughed in sarcasm. "I'll see you two later."

Kurt and Tracy waved one last time before they walked away from the auditorium doors, with their footsteps getting quieter as they went out of sight.

Blaine then chuckled randomly, smiling at what had just happened, finally finding it amusing.

"Now you find it funny?" Mr. Adams asked as he chuckled along with him.

"Yes, I do." Blaine responded, shaking his head slightly whilst looking down.

"So, your daughter's mom is Rachel Berry?" Mr. Adams added as Blaine nodded in response.

"Yep." Blaine confirmed as he turned to face him. "That's who Tracy's mom is. And so is our friend, Quinn Fabray."

“I can see why you don't know when to tell her that.” Mr. Adams nodded slowly as he folded his arms.

"Yeah, it's tough," Blaine added as he nodded along with him. "And it's hard to think that Rachel and Quinn's daughter, Lucy Berry-Fabray, is not just cousins with her, they're also biological sisters, with Tracy being four-years-and-four-months older."

"That makes sense," Mr. Adams agreed, his mind only thinking about how hard it must be for Blaine and Kurt to keep that big of a secret from their daughter. "Just one question: what is your daughter's full name? I'm only asking because I know your full name, and I know your husband's full name, but I have yet to know what your daughter's full name is."

"Her full name is Tracy Carole Anderson-Hummel," Blaine explained, telling Mr. Adams the full name of his daughter. "We decided to give her the name, Carole, as he middle name, after Kurt's stepmother, my stepmother-in-law, and Tracy's grandma, Carole Hudson-Hummel."

"That's nice," Mr. Adams smiled at the reason. "I bet she's very proud."

"They both are," Blaine added as he remembered the reaction that Carole made when she found out Tracy's full name. "They both feel very honoured."

"And what is Lucy's full name?" Mr. Adams then asked Blaine, his eyebrows lowering slightly. "I'm only asking since I'm curious to know. I'm a big fan of Rachel Berry and Quinn Fabray."

"Fair enough. Lucy's full name is Lucy Ava Finn Berry-Fabray," Blaine replied, telling Mr. Adams the full name of his and Kurt's niece. "That's what her full name is."

"And what are the reasons?" Mr. Adams then asked, making Blaine smile at the number of questions he was being asked.

"She was given the middle name 'Ava' because that's what they were going to name her, but then they decided to name her, 'Lucy', since they thought 'Ava' would've been better as a middle name, and 'Lucy' as a first name.” Blaine explained, memories coming back to him as he told Mr. Adams the reason why the name 'Ava' was one of Lucy's middle names.

"And why is the name 'Finn' her other middle name? Isn't that meant to be a boy's name?" Mr. Adams then questioned as Blaine exhaled slowly slightly. "Oh. Are you okay, Mr. Anderson? Have I done something wrong? Have I upset you?"

"No, no, don't worry, you haven't upset me, Mr. Adams," Blaine answered back as he inhaled and exhaled slowly, preparing himself for what he was about to say. "The reason is because Rachel and Quinn decided to use the name 'Finn' as her other middle name, even though it's a boy's name, as a way to honour someone everyone loved so much. Our friend, Finn Hudson."

"That's understandable," Mr. Adams agreed, his head nodding slightly. "I must say, that's actually a very sweet reason."

"It sure is," Blaine agreed as he chuckled a tiny bit. "That's what everyone in the family thinks. I miss my stepbrother-in-law so much. We all miss him."

"I understand how it feels," Mr. Adams comforted, placing his hand on Blaine's shoulder. "I'm sure he's very proud of you."

"Thank you, Mr. Adams," Blaine answered back with a smile. "I'm sure he is. Actually, scratch that. I know he is."

"Now, what do you think about practising Can You Feel The Love Tonight? You've got to get that singing voice prepared." Mr. Adams suggested before he raised his hands slightly.

"Sounds like a plan." Blaine answered back with a nod as they began to walk off stage, heading back to the studio.

Blaine then stopped and turned around to face the wall, looking up at the ceiling.

"Thanks, Finn." He said, smiling gleefully before catching up with Mr. Adams.

Chapter Text

"Granny!" Lucy cheered excitedly after noticing her grandmother, Judy Fabray, had entered the Berry-Fabray household with a big smile on her face, making Lucy run towards her, almost crashing into Quinn as she hugged her brown leather boots.

Judy was wearing the same dress she wore when Quinn was trying on her Chasity Ball dress in S01 E10 - Ballad, but with a pair of brown leather boots. She also had the same hairstyle.

"Hi, sweetie!" Judy cooed in response, lifting her granddaughter into her arms and kissing her cheek as she inhaled the smell of Lucy's strawberry scented shampoo. "I've missed you so much since I last saw you."

"I missed you too, Granny." Lucy replied after she cuddled into Judy who was rubbing her granddaughter's back.

"Hey, Mom." Quinn said happily, smiling adoringly at the sight of her mother holding her daughter, finding the scene very heart warming.

"Quinnie! So nice to see you." Judy hugged her daughter with one arm since she was holding her almost-three-year-old granddaughter with her other arm. "Oh my goodness, look at you. You've grown so much since the last time I saw you." Judy then said, tucking her blonde hair behind her ear.

"I presume you're talking to my child and not to me?" Quinn asked, chuckling slightly, already knowing what the answer was.

"Of course, I am," Judy answered back as she bounced Lucy back up. "Look at her. I swear she's getting taller every day."

"Oh, believe me, Mom. She is," Quinn replied before she took her daughter from Judy's arms so Judy could take her yellow winter coat off and pull her black handbag back up her shoulder. "She really is."

"Well, that's wonderful to hear. I'm so proud of you, Lucy," Judy said kindly to her granddaughter while she nuzzled Lucy's neck softly, giving her a kiss on both of her cheeks. "Where's Rachel?"

"She's at the theatre, rehearsing her role as the Wicked Witch of the West," Quinn explained, stroking her hand across Lucy's blonde hair. "She was hoping to be Dorothy but she was fine with being the Wicked Witch."

"I presume she wasn't too pleased with not being Dorothy?" Judy asked Quinn after they sat on the couch, with Lucy bundled in Quinn's arms. "I know how my daughter-in-law can be when things like this happen."

"She wasn't happy at first but she was thrilled to have gotten the role of the Wicked Witch," Quinn remembered, thinking back to a few weeks ago on the day that Rachel auditioned for The Wizard of Oz. "We went to have lunch with her earlier today, didn't we, Lulu?"

"We did, Mommy!" Lucy exclaimed in response, making Quinn and Judy chuckle, shaking their heads slightly. "We had sausage rolls and granola bars!"

"That sounds nice," Judy smiled at the thought of her daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughter eating lunch together. "I'm guessing you baked the granola bars with the recipe I gave you?"

"You guessed correctly." Quinn answered back with a smile, pressing her lips to the crown of Lucy's head. "Did you bring the cake?"

"Cake?!" Lucy snapped her head up at Quinn who looked down at her daughter with a giggle.

"Granny brought a cake, sweetie." Quinn explained to Lucy, running her fingers through her hair. "It's your favourite; chocolate."

"Yay!" Lucy cheered, making Judy and Quinn chuckle again in response. "Mommy?" She then asked Quinn, making her mother look down at her again.

"Hmm?" Quinn hummed as she moved a few strands of hair away from her eyes.

"When is Mama coming back?" Lucy added, wanting to know when Rachel would be coming home since she knew her Mama loved her mother-in-law's chocolate cake. She became a fan of it at her and Quinn's wedding. After that, she had asked for Judy's chocolate cake as her birthday cake ever since she and Quinn got married. And neither Quinn nor Judy had ever forgotten and possibly never will.

"I'm sure she'll be back soon, sweetheart." Quinn replied to the young girl who was sitting on her lap. "I know she'll be back before you have to go to bed."

"Let's just hope she makes it back in time for a slice of my chocolate cake," Judy says to the two of them, making Quinn nod in agreement while she rubbed Lucy's back. "And let's also hope that Rachel returns home in her car and doesn't bring her army of flying monkeys."

Lucy couldn't stop laughing at what her grandmother had just said, completely forgetting that Quinn had said the exact same thing earlier that day while they were visiting Rachel at the Broadway theatre. And she knew her mother wasn't pleased with her when she looked up to see Quinn glaring at her daughter with her eyes open as if she had just woken up through her distant babbling coming from the baby monitor.

"You're in big trouble, Luce," Quinn said to her daughter in a stern voice, even though she was tricking Lucy. "And your punishment is no chocolate cake from Granny."

"I want Granny's chocolate cake!" Lucy complained to Quinn as her blonde mother smirked, meaning she had gotten her revenge.

"I'm just kidding, baby," Quinn kissed Lucy's nose. "Mommy would never do anything like that to you. But Granny would do that to Mommy when she was a naughty little girl."

"Did she?" Lucy asked Quinn, turning her attention away from her mother to face Judy who nodded in response.

"I did," Judy said proudly with a big smile on her face. "You can't imagine how many times I gave your Mommy punishments when she was little. The ones I remember the most are the time when I beat your Mommy with a bible because she refused to eat her Brussels sprouts and the time I didn't read her any bible stories because she didn't wish me a happy birthday."

"Ah, yes, I remember those, too," Quinn blinks, thinking back to the days where she would be given punishments by Judy which would end in her feeling very sorry for herself. "But the birthday one was a mistake. Now, who wants cake?"

"Me!" Lucy exclaimed in response before she picked up Bunny off of the floor and showed it to Quinn and Judy. "Bunny also wants cake!"

"Hello, Bunny," Judy said to her granddaughter's stuffed animal while she stroked his head. "It's nice to see you again. Have you been protecting my granddaughter from all the ghosts?"

Bunny nodded in response with the help of Lucy moving his head up and down, making Judy chuckle slightly.

"Thank you, Bunny." Judy kissed Bunny's nose before kissing the top of his head as the three of them got up and headed to the dining table.

"Now, who wants the first slice?"

"Me!" Lucy exclaimed again before raising her hand after Quinn had placed her down in her highchair, making Quinn and Judy shake their heads in disbelief, even though they saw it coming.

****

"I'm back!" Rachel said happily after she had unlocked the door and stepped inside, putting her black winter coat on the coat rack, next to Judy's yellow one.

"Mama!" Lucy cheered as Quinn lowered her down, then running towards the brunette who was smiling gleefully to have reunited with her daughter after so many hours of being separated from each other.

"Hey, Lulu!" Rachel cooed, crouching down before picking her daughter up into her arms, lifting her into the air with an open-mouthed smile before bringing her down to look into her eyes, immediately peppering kisses to her cheek after she had put her handbag up on the coat rack, completely unaware of the chocolate that was covering Lucy's entire mouth.

"Eurgh! What is--" Rachel then licked her lips, immediately knowing what she had just tasted. "Any left for me?"

"Of course, there is." Quinn replied as Rachel walked over to the table and got a plate and a fork along with a napkin.

"Hey, Judy." Rachel said kindly to her mother-in-law who smiled at her in response.

"Hello, dear," Judy hugged Rachel, inhaling the scent of Rachel's vanilla and mint scented shampoo. "How's my favourite daughter-in-law?"

"Doing great. Thanks for asking." Rachel answered back before shoving a forkful of chocolate cake into her mouth.

"Rachel, you are very lucky to have said to me before you began eating your cake," Judy said before she picked her granddaughter up after noticing that Lucy was holding her arms up.

"But if you had said that while you were eating your cake, and if you were Quinn, I would've beaten you with the Bible for bad table manners."

****

"Mommy, Mama, can I ask you a question?" Lucy asked Quinn and Rachel after the four of them had eaten their cake and after Quinn had cleaned Lucy's mouth with a wet wipe.

"Of course, you can, baby girl." Quinn replied to her daughter, smiling happily.

"What do you want to ask us?" Rachel added, the two of them curious to know what Lucy's question is.

"What was Uncle Finn like?"

The three adults froze at what Lucy had just asked her mothers, making Rachel and Quinn struggle to think about what to respond with, and Judy knowing how the younger adults felt about a subject they didn't really like to talk about.

"You wanna know what Uncle Finn was like?" Quinn asked her daughter who nodded in response. "Okay. Babe, you start." She added, looking at the love of her life.

"Me?" Rachel exclaimed with wide eyes, pointing at herself. "Oh, gosh. Okay, um," Rachel cleared her throat before she started speaking again.

"While Mommy and Mama were in high school, Uncle Finn was there with us. He was the quarterback of the Titans, which was our high school football team and they were really good, mainly because Uncle Finn was part of it. He was also part of the glee club which me and Mommy were also part of, along with Uncle Artie, Auntie Tina, who are your cousins, Tracy and Dalton's godparents. But you already know that. Auntie Mercedes, Uncle Blaine, Uncle Kurt, Uncle Sam, Auntie Britt, Auntie Santana, Uncle Rory and Auntie Sugar were also part of the glee club. As you know, Uncle Rory and Auntie Sugar are your cousin, Bonnie's godparents."

"And he graduated high school with us," Quinn added with Lucy moving her head slightly to face her. "It was a great moment." She added weakly, making Rachel place her hand on her wife's shoulder to comfort her.

"It's okay." Rachel whispered softly before she turned to face Lucy. "After we had graduated, Uncle Finn decided to become a teacher by becoming the assistant director of the New Directions! which was the name of our glee club." she then explained to her daughter who listened closely. "This was with Auntie Kitty, Auntie Marley, Uncle Ryder, Uncle Jake and Auntie Unique. As you know very well, Auntie Kitty and Auntie Marley are your godparents."

"But then..." Quinn stopped so she could take a deep breath and prepare herself for what she was about to say. "He died. I didn't attend his funeral or the week the current members and former glee club members sang songs to remember him, because I was too busy at university. But Mama did."

"And she found it very difficult to not cry." Rachel added before sniffling a tiny bit. "We still miss him but we all know that he is still with us and that he is very proud of us."

"Is that why my full name is Lucy Ava Finn Berry-Fabray?" Lucy asked her two mothers who looked at each other and exhaled.

"Yes." Rachel confirmed. "We gave you Uncle Finn's name as a way to honour him. I'm sure he would be delighted."

"Do you think Uncle Finn would be proud of me?" Lucy asked Rachel and Quinn who widened their eyes a tiny bit, looking at each other with surprised looks on their faces.

"Of course, he would." Quinn crouched down to her daughter's height to meet with her eyes. "Uncle Finn would be so proud of you, sweetie."

"All your aunts and uncles are proud of you, Lucy," Rachel said, making Quinn and Judy nod in agreement. "But Uncle Finn is extremely proud of you."

Everyone turned to Judy after they heard her sniffling with a few tears running down her cheeks.

"That was powerful," She whispered loud enough for them to hear, her hand trying to prevent a few tears from running down her face. "Your Uncle Finn was a good man, sweetheart. He supported both your Mommy and Mama through some difficult times while they were in high school. And I was also devastated when I heard the news that he had died. I just... hugged your Mommy for ages until we both just fell asleep in each other's arms. It felt like Mommy when she was your age, Lucy."

"Mom," Quinn whispered, walking over to Judy with Lucy crawling onto her lap and cuddling into her. "It's okay. Finn's proud of all of us."

"I know," Judy responded, wiping her tears away with a Kleenex she got from out of her pocket. "I just never thought that you two would be able to tell Lucy about him without crying." She added before she tucked her hair behind her ear.

"We may not be crying, but we are sad." Rachel replied, followed by everyone doing a group hug to comfort each other.

****

"Well, I guess I should get going." Judy announced around an hour-and-a-half later, getting up off the couch and headed for the front door. "Don't want there to be too much traffic for the journey home."

"Bye, Mom," Quinn said cheerfully, hugging her mother who inhaled the smell of her daughter's blonde hair. "See you soon."

"I will see you very soon, Quinnie," Judy responded, kissing Quinn on the cheek. "And I'm looking forward to seeing you again, my little sugar puff." Judy added before she crouched down to face Lucy who smiled in response.

"Bye, Granny." Lucy threw her arms around Judy who exclaimed in response with a chuckle, giving Lucy a kiss on the nose.

"Bye, Rachel." Judy then said while hugging Rachel, giving her daughter-in-law a kiss on the temple. "Say hi to your dads for me."

"I will," Rachel answered back with a smile. "They're really looking forward to seeing you again."

"Wonderful," Judy smiled as she opened the door and stepped outside. "Well, I'm looking forward to seeing you three again. Bye."

"Bye, Mom." Quinn said happily, waving at her mother with a big smile on her face.

"Bye, Quinnie."

"Bye, Granny." Lucy exclaimed, waving both her arms at her grandmother, making Judy adore the sight as Quinn placed her hand on Lucy's shoulder.

"Bye, sweetie."

"Bye, Judy." Rachel smiled, waving at her mother-in-law as she placed her hand on Lucy's other shoulder.

"Bye, Rachel." Judy added, her brown leather boots could be heard clip-clopping over to her car after Rachel closed the door behind her.

"It's only been a few seconds and I miss her already." Rachel complained, picking Lucy up into her arms.

"Yeah, I know how you feel," Quinn agreed, putting her hands behind her back. "Because of when you go to rehearse The Wizard of Oz and leave me with this little stinker."

"Mommy!" Lucy whined while Rachel rocked her slightly. "I'm not a little stinker."

"Yeah, you are." Quinn teased, twitching her face repeatedly. "You are such a little stinker."

"Mommy!"

"But there is one thing that will stop you from being a little stinker, Lulu," Rachel said to her daughter who turned to her. "A bath."

"No! I don't want a bath!" Lucy whined, closing her eyes shut, wishing that she couldn't have a bath.

"Well, then you'll just have to stay as Mommy and Mama's little stinker." Quinn replied to Lucy with raised eyebrows.

"No. I want a bath." Lucy announced, immediately changing her mind, making Rachel and Quinn chuckle as Rachel bounced her back up.

"Okay, let's get you washed up." Quinn turned around, heading upstairs to the bathroom with Rachel following from behind, holding their daughter beside her hip.

"Yeah, we're gonna get you smelling all nice and fresh," Rachel explained, rubbing noses with the Berry-Fabray daughter. "That way you'll smell as fresh as a daisy."

"Yay!" Lucy responded cheerfully, causing Rachel to chuckle with a smile on her face.

"Or you could just stay being Mommy and Mama's little stinker." Rachel suggested, smirking with Quinn chuckling before she turned the tap for the hot water in the tub on.

"Mama!"

"I'm just kidding, baby girl."

Chapter Text

"Abuela!" Bonnie cheered happily as she ran into Maribel Lopez after she had rhythmically knocked on the door, alerting her that her granddaughter, daughter and daughter-in-law had arrived at her house.

"Hola mi nieta!" Maribel cooed in response as she peppered her granddaughter’s face with kisses "Oh, my goodness! Look at you!" She added as she looked down at Bonnie’s feet from her head. "You’re getting so much bigger!"

"Hola a ti también, mamá." Santana said with widened eyes, smiling at the sight of her child being picked up by her abuela, not feeling surprised at all as she and Brittany knew exactly what was going to happen first, before they had even arrived at Santana’s mom’s house.

"Hola, querida." Maribel answered back as she hugged her daughter with one arm as she held Bonnie in her other arm "And hola, to you, too, Brittany.”

"Hola, Maribel." Brittany smiled as she wrapped her arms around her mother-in-law, making sure she didn’t squeeze her daughter too much as Maribel kissed her cheek "¿Quieres que te lleve al baño?"

"No, Britt," Santana folded her arms, making an unimpressed face at her wife. "I don’t think my mom wants to take you to the toilet."

"Is that what that means?" Brittany asked Santana and Maribel with widened eyes and a face of embarrassment "Oh, man, I really need to read that dictionary again."

****

"So, how has work been?" Maribel asked the two mothers later that evening as the four of them sat in the living room, curious to know how work had been going for Santana as a waitress at the Spotlight Diner, and Brittany as a dancer at her dance studio.

"It’s been going great," Brittany cheerfully said in response as she took another sip of her wine. "Me and Bonnie had lunch with Santana at the diner today."

"It was tasty!" Bonnie exclaimed, her legs swinging happily as she sat on Maribel’s lap. "Mami and Mama had burger and fwies," She added, pronouncing the 'r' as a 'w'. "I had mac and cheese!"

"Yeah, you did!" Brittany exclaimed back as she nodded her head slightly. "And who was the one who got all messy after eating their mac and cheese, forcing her Mami and Mama to get the diaper bag out and use baby wipes to clean her up?"

"Me!" Bonnie immediately confirmed, raising her hand in the air as the adults chuckled with how proud she was of knowing the answer to her Mama’s question.

"You’re always so energetic." Maribel smiled at her granddaughter as the two-year-old cuddled into her. "Just like your Mami when she was younger. She always had so much energy, and would beg me to always play with her. I remember the days when she was about your age, sweetheart, and she would play all day long. Well, that and eating."

"And drinking, too." Santana added with her eyebrows raised slightly, before taking another sip of her red wine. "I remember I used to drink a lot of milk when I was younger. Just like my corazoncito."

"Gracias, Mami." Bonnie replied with a smile on her face, making everyone proud of her Spanish-learning improving almost every day "¿Puedo tomar un poco de?" She then asked Santana, making Maribel chuckle at the request of having some of her Mami’s red wine, even though she was extremely underage.

"No, mi amor." Santana answered back as she leaned over slightly, putting her hand on her wife’s shoulder. "We have talked about this before. This is Mami juice. And only Mami can drink it. The same with Mama and her Mama juice."

"And she doesn’t mean my milk that you normally have, sweetie." Brittany added as she chuckled slightly. "You may be two-years-old, BonBon, but you're still being breastfed. Like your cousin, Lucy."

"Not funny, babe." Santana replied with a straight face, shaking her head slightly. "But I can see how you find it amusing."

"Well, I’m glad to hear that." Brittany smiled. "I’m also glad that I didn’t make it awkward for everyone." She added with an awkward chuckle.

"Why do I have the feeling that there’s something that you two are hiding from me?" Maribel then said as she leaned in closer to face the two lesbians, knowing that something was up. And she was curious to find out what. "Did you two have a party to celebrate your anniversary without inviting me?"

"No, Mamá." Santana quickly responded, hoping that her mother wouldn’t catch on and learn that she and Brittany got drunk on their anniversary night. "We didn’t have a party to celebrate our anniversary without you. We would never do that, right Britt?"

"R-right." Brittany stammered in agreement, nodding her head as she smiled. "Yes. We would never do that, Maribel. You’re family."

"But you got shot." Bonnie said randomly, making Maribel look down at her granddaughter’s head, then at Santana and Brittany. "Didn’t you, Mami? And Mama, too."

"No, we didn’t, baby." Brittany panicked as she chuckled awkwardly. "We did not get shot. We weren’t taking shots, either."

"You were taking shots to celebrate your anniversary?" Maribel asked the two mothers of her granddaughter. "Why would you do such a thing?"

"We didn’t take shots, Mamá." Santana replied with a worried look on her face as she moved her hands around, leaning over the edge of the couch. "We just had some wine." She then confessed, immediately putting her head in her hands.

"How much?" Maribel asked with a concerned look on her face, wanting to know exactly how much wine the two of them had had to drink the night before. She really didn’t like it when her daughter or daughter-in-law were drunk.

"A lot." Brittany replied innocently, feeling ashamed of herself for telling Maribel how much wine they had had to celebrate their anniversary.

"Exactly how much?"

"About two or three bottles between us." Santana responded with her eyes closed, feeling embarrassed with what was going on.

"Maybe four?"

There was silence for a few seconds. Maribel wasn’t pleased with what she had just found out, and Brittany and Santana both felt ashamed that they had gotten drunk as a way to celebrate their anniversary, when they could have just gone to Breadstix for a nice meal and have Bonnie in the hands of her godparents: Rory Flanagan and Sugar Motta?

"Brittany," Maribel began as she locked eyes with her daughter-in-law "Could you please take Bonnie and leave me and my daughter alone for a few minutes?"

"Si." Brittany confirmed as she got off the couch and picked Bonnie up from her abuela’s arms. "Come on, Bonnie. Let’s go change your diaper, Stinky Girl."

Brittany then picked up the diaper bag and headed out of the living room with Bonnie beside her hip, leaving Santana and Maribel face to face with each other as they sat on the furniture.

"Santana, estoy muy decepcionada contigo," Maribel began as she spoke in Spanish, so Santana could really understand how she felt about herself and Brittany getting drunk to celebrate their anniversary. "¿Emborracharte como una forma de celebrar tu aniversario? ¿Que estabas pensando?"

"Fue un error, Mamá." Santana replied with a sad look on her face, making it clear that she did not want to be having this conversation with her. "We just meant to have one bottle between us. But then we couldn’t help it. And we didn’t even realize how much we’d had until we began to get headaches."

"How bad were they?" Maribel then asked as she leaned a little bit closer, wanting to know how bad Santana and Brittany’s headaches were.

"They weren’t so bad at first," Santana began, trying to remember exactly what had happened the night before. "But when Bonnie woke me and Brittany up with her distant babbling coming from the baby monitor, they hurt so bad."

"Which one of you two went to go get Bonnie?" Maribel then questioned, feeling curious about which one of her granddaughter’s mothers rescued her from her nursery, which she called her 'pwison' most of the time. "I’m just asking because I can tell that neither of you wanted to do it, even though she is your daughter."

"I wanted Brittany to do it, but after she claimed she was my child, I told her that I wasn't the one who gave birth to Bonnie almost three years ago; she was. That was a big mistake."

"What did she do next?"

"She responded to me quietly, saying "Exactly. So, go get her. She doesn’t want her Mama; she wants her Mami."" Santana explained as she remembered exactly what had happened earlier that day. "She then gently kicked my butt, and I rewarded her with a dramatic yelp, since I wasn’t expecting that at all. After that, I knew I was defeated. So, I gave Brittany a light slap on the arm, rewarding me with a dramatic yelp from her. I then headed to Bonnie’s nursery, calmed her down, and greeted her happily with all the fake enthusiasm I could gather as I picked her up from her crib after she told me to say "mornin’" to Sparkle. Oh, how she loves that pink unicorn."

Santana then looked up at the ceiling, remembering all the times where she had seen Bonnie with Sparkle in her arms, when she was wide awake or when she was sleeping in her crib. She and Brittany had crossed their hearts and promised each other that they would never forget those memories when Bonnie got older. And that they would--

"Santana?" Maribel asked with a raised eyebrow, snapping her daughter out of her vision of her and Brittany’s daughter being older in the future.

"Lo siento, Mamá." Santana apologized. "I was just thinking back to the best times that Bonnie and Sparkle have had together."

"That’s understandable," Maribel agreed as she nodded her head slightly. "I even remember on Bonnie’s first birthday, when she put Sparkle’s head into her chocolate birthday cake, and then she put some of the icing on her face, and all over her hair, and then--"

"And then me and Britt had to excuse ourselves, so we could give the birthday girl an early-birthday-bath, which she seemed to love." Santana cut off with the two of them chuckling at the memory of what had happened almost two years ago.

"Right." Maribel smiled, pointing at Santana as she chuckled. "But back to the subject we were talking about, do continue with what you were saying about this morning."

"Right," Santana replied. "I changed Bonnie’s diaper, took her back to the master bedroom, piggyback style."

"Did you say anything that I might find amusing? Because I know what you normally say on the days when you two would greet me in the morning after you’d spend the night here while Brittany is normally helping your friend, Mercedes, by being her backup dancer for her performances."

"Yes," Santana confirmed as she pointed at her mother. "I knocked on the door randomly, and said "I have a very special delivery of one Bonnie Lopez-Pierce", and Brittany was thrilled to see her, even though she also had a headache that was killing her."

"Did you by any chance throw my little gumdrop onto the bed after she had requested that you do so?" Maribel then questioned, making Santana chuckle slightly.

"Yep." Santana confirmed, popping the 'p'. "After that, she begged for the iPad, which I had to go get, even though I had just changed her diaper, and while I was at it, I even filled two glasses with water and put an aspirin in each, making them both dissolve, so me and Brittany could make our headaches go down slightly."

"Don’t you know that you’re not supposed to do that?" Maribel asked her daughter as she scrunched her face slightly. "Don’t you know that you’re supposed to take an aspirin, put it in your hand and swallow it and wash it down with something?"

"We didn’t have the strength to do that." Santana explained. "But I did have some coffee when I got to work, and I remembered to take an aspirin before I began drinking my hot beverage. I think I also received a text from Brittany, saying that she had done the same. And while Britt and Bonnie came to the Spotlight Diner for lunch, me and her put an aspirin in our sodas, so we could make sure that our headaches would go down even further. And now, we’re fine."

"Well, I’m glad to hear that," Maribel announced as Brittany came back into the living room with Bonnie beside her hip "And I’m glad that you’re fine now. But you know how I feel with you and drinking."

"I know you do, Mamá." Santana responded as she frowned slightly. "I’m sorry."

"I understand, mi amor." Maribel nodded her head. "I’m just glad that you and my favourite daughter-in-law are okay now, and that your hangovers are gone."

"I think I am your only daughter-in-law, Maribel." Brittany pointed out as Bonnie sat on her lap.

"Which is why you are my favourite."

"Mmm-hmm." Santana hummed in agreement as she nodded her head along with her mother, smiling at her wife. "And me and Brittany," She added as she gestured to Brittany and herself. "We only drink to celebrate events like our birthdays, our anniversaries, and Christmas."

"I am glad to hear that." Maribel smiled with a nod. "Now, how do you three feel about my special cookies?"

"Cookies!" Bonnie exclaimed as she cheerfully raised her hands in the air, making the three adults chuckle.

"Así es, mi dulce nieta."

****

"Mmmm! So good!" Brittany said after she had swallowed the freshly-baked cookie with her eyes closed, wishing she could’ve been chewing it forever. "Every time I eat your cookies, Maribel, I feel like I am in heaven!"

"Well, now I know how my cookies were eaten so fast at your wedding." Maribel widened her eyes slightly, finally understanding how the cookies she had made her Santana and Brittany’s wedding were all eaten so fast.

"Wait a minute." Santana raised her hand slightly as she turned around to face her mother. "You baked cookies at our wedding?" She then turned around to face her wife. "And you ate all of them? How could you, Britt? You know I love them, too."

"I didn’t eat all of them." Brittany widened her eyes as she tried to remember what happened on the day of their wedding. "I know Rachel and Quinn had some. So, did Rory and Sugar. And so did Kurt and Blaine. They all loved them. And I think Tina also had a few."

"Well, at least I had the best wedding gift ever." Santana smiled as she and Brittany looked at Bonnie out of the corners of their eyes as she sat in her high chair, eating her fourth cookie, but only because of special request that none of the adults could say no to.

"Did you two?" Maribel questioned the two lesbians, making the two of them nod in response, making Maribel take a few deep breaths to recover from what she had just found out. "Well, that explains how you got pregnant so fast, Brittany. I remember you announcing your pregnancy after you had spent just one day in Hawaii, during your honeymoon."

"Yeah, I remember that, too." Brittany smiled. "I remember we were quite drunk after the wedding reception was over. So, me and Santana decided to go back to where we both got married, which was the barn that I was born in. And--"

"That’s where you…" Maribel trailed off, knowing it was best for Bonnie to not hear what she was going to say at such a young age. "There’s where you two did it?" She added as she leaned over to Santana and Brittany, speaking in a soft voice.

"Yep." Santana confirmed with a nod. "That’s where we did it. And, I’m sorry we got drunk that night, Mom."

"Why would I be mad that you two got drunk on the night of your wedding day?" Maribel questioned as she put her hand down on the table, after taking a sip of her tea. "That day was all about you two, and those two lovely men, Kurt and Blaine. They two of them are wonderful fathers to their daughter, Tracy. As are Rachel and Quinn being mothers to their daughter, Lucy."

"Kurt and Blaine also have a son named Dalton." Brittany explained, making Maribel smile at the thought of Kurt and Blaine also being parents to a son, while being parents to a daughter.

"I’m sure he is very happy to have two wonderful fathers.” Maribel said kindly. "Just like how my cute granddaughter is very happy to have two mommies."

"Mmm-hmm." Santana hummed in agreement as she widened her eyes slightly. "The cookie girl loves us, and we love her."

"I love you, Mami and Mama!" Bonnie said happily as she clapped her hands with cookie crumbs all over her mouth.

"We love you, too, baby girl." Santana cooed as she picked Bonnie out of her high chair and into her arms. "But let’s head to the bathroom, so we can get you cleaned up before we head back home. Don’t want your car seat to be all messy, do we?"

“No, Mami.” Bonnie shook her head as Santana picked up the diaper bag before heading over to the bathroom, leaving Brittany and Maribel with each other.

"You know, Brittany." Maribel began as she smiled at her daughter-in-law. "I don’t think Santana has any idea about how lucky she is to have you in her life."

"My mom says the same thing about me to Santana." Brittany smiled in response. "But only when I’m not in the room. Like, when I’m changing Bonnie’s diaper, or taking Bonnie for a walk in the park, or breastfeeding her, even though she's two-years-old, or--"

"I get it." Maribel cuts off, making Brittany decide to stop talking. "The point is, is that you and Santana are just perfect for each other. If you two had never married, I wouldn’t have such a sweet granddaughter, whom I love so much."

"That is true." Brittany agreed with a chuckle. "Everyone in the family loves Bonnie. Especially Rory Flanagan and Sugar Motta, who are Bonnie’s godparents."

"Oh, yes. I remember meeting them." Maribel laughed, smiling at the memory of when she first met Sugar and Rory. "They are both very nice people."

"They are." Brittany nodded slightly. "Which is why we asked them to be the godparents. We both remember them being thrilled when we asked them if they would do the honours."

"And I remember you two kissing each other on your wedding day." Maribel smiled at Brittany. "I couldn’t help, but smile happily and adoringly at the scene."

"It was one of my favourites, too." Brittany agreed with a nod as she sipped her glass of milk. "Hey, look! Got me a milk moustache! Like Bonnie did, but before Santana wiped it off and ruined the moment."

Maribel giggled at what Brittany had just said, remembering what had happened a few minutes ago, when Bonnie showed off her milk moustache and was having fun until Santana wiped it off with a baby wipe, making the fun come to an end.

"I’m so happy to have you as my daughter-in-law, Brittany." Maribel said kindly, while smiling at Brittany.

"Thanks, Maribel." Brittany responded with a big smile on her face. "I’m glad to have you as my mother-in-law, and I’m very glad to have Santana as my wife."

"What about Bonnie as your daughter?"

"Oh, yeah. That too."

Chapter Text

"Hey, you guys!" Burt said cheerfully to his son, son-in-law, and granddaughter, feeling very happy that they were standing in front of him at the front door. "Great to see ya. Come on in."

"Hey, Dad," Kurt replied cheerfully, throwing his arms around Burt. "How has Dalton been?"

"Ah, I see what you're doing there," Burt pulled away, pointing at his son. "You think I don't know what you're planning. I'm your dad, Kurt. I raised you alone after your mom died. And I see right through you with what you are planning to do with your son."

"I meant if Dalton has had a good time these last couple of days." Kurt responded, moving his arms ever so slightly, wanting to know how their five-year-old son had been doing during his time away from his parents and sister. "Has he?"

"Yeah, 'course he has," Burt chuckled. "He's been talking about you guys every morning. He's been missing you, too, you know."

"Of course, we know," Blaine chimed in, shaking his head while grinning as he closed the door behind him. "Dalton's our son. And we've been missing him, too."

"Well, he's had such a good time here.," Burt responded, smiling. "I hate to admit it, but it's kinda sad for me and Carole to see him go."

"Yeah, I can see why," Kurt agreed. "But Tracy's been missing her brother. Haven't you, Trace?"

"I have, Daddy," Tracy confirmed. "It isn't the same at home without Dalton."

"Well, we're glad you’re here for dinner.” Burt added, smiling. "Carole, Dalton, they're here!"

"Papa! Daddy!" the other Anderson-Hummel child exclaimed, happily as he ran towards his two dads, hugging the two of them tightly. "You're here!"

"Yes, we are, buddy!" Kurt replied in the same tone, picking his son up into his arms. "And we have missed you, so, so much, Finnley."

Kurt and Blaine's son’s full name was Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel. After Rachel became Kurt and Blaine surrogate a second time, after giving birth to Tracy Anderson-Hummel, and found out that she was giving birth to a boy, she decided to let Kurt and Blaine name their son, as a way to return the favour, since they let Rachel name their daughter.

She instantly smiled when they finally settled on the name, Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel. Dalton, because of Dalton Academy, where Kurt and Blaine first met, and where they fell in love with each other after Kurt had transferred to Dalton Academy from McKinley. And Finnley, because of the man whom everyone loved; Finn Hudson.

"Kurt! Blaine! Tracy!" Carole said, happily smiling at the sight of her stepson and stepson-in-law. "I'm so happy to see you two. Dalton has been talking about you guys, so much for these last couple of days."

"So, we hear," Blaine smiled. "We've been missing Dalton, too."

"Well, let's talk less, and go wash our hands because I just heard the oven ping!" Burt announced, rubbing his hands together with a big smile appearing on his face.

"Yay!" the Anderson-Hummel kids cheered, raising their hands in the air.

"Grandpa's pizza!" Dalton exclaimed happily.

"By any chance, is it pepperoni?" Blaine asked, raising his eyebrows slightly, hoping that the pizza was pepperoni instead of boring Margherita.

“It is.” Burt confirmed with a nod, pointing at Blaine with a grin.

"Jackpot!"

"Sometimes, I wonder if I married the right guy," Kurt teased, his arms folding as everyone laughed before Kurt and Blaine pecked each other on the lips. "I'm just kidding. Come on, it's pizza time!"

****

"Mmm!" Kurt hummed with his eyes closed, falling in love with the last slice of pizza he swallowed, before licking his lips with a big smile appearing on his face. "I swear, if I didn’t marry this handsome person,” He leaned over slightly, smiling at Blaine, making his husband smile in response. "I would marry my dad's pizza. It is so good!"

"That would such a strange marriage," Blaine pointed out. "Not to mention, you would be sent to prison for the murder of your partner. Look out on the news. Okay? Man Kills His Partner By Eating Every Last Slice Of It. That's a title right there."

"That would be a very interesting title, Blaine," Burt said in response, nodding his head in agreement. "Not to mention, amusing. Yet, also disturbing. They would think he is a cannibal."

"Papa, Daddy, what's a cannibal?" Dalton asked Kurt and Blaine, making both his fathers feel uncomfortable with the question he had been asked, and were struggling to think of an appropriate answer.

"I'll tell you when you’re older, buddy," Kurt replied, leaning over to his son slightly. "Actually, scratch that. You'll find out when you're older, yourself."

"Okay!" Dalton responded before putting the last piece of crust into his mouth, chewing it politely. "What's for dessert?" He added, after swallowing and taking a sip of his glass of water, making everyone chuckle at how much he and Tracy wanted dessert.

"You’ll have to wait and see," Carole replied with a grin. "And, speaking of dessert, I remember one time where Finn was in elementary school. I received a phone call while I was at work, and it was his teacher telling me that she hadn’t laughed so hard in her life. The question on the worksheet said 'Deserts can be hot or cold. Name a hot desert and a cold desert'." She added, chuckling slightly, wishing that she didn’t have to say what was about to come next.

"Finn was still having trouble with his spelling, and would normally get confused with how some words were pronounced, so, he wrote down for hot desert, apple crumble with custard, and for cold desert, jelly with ice cream."

Everyone laughed in response before Blaine scrunched his face slightly. "I don’t know if I want jelly with my ice cream. If you're gonna do desserts, you gotta do it right. I'm talking cake, and cookies, and brownies. Mmm! I'm just glad that I'm cutting down from eating so many desserts."

"I'm not too sure about that, babe," Kurt nudged Blaine in the arm, his eyes looking up at the ceiling. "Besides, brownies aren't your only favourite dessert. I know how much you love donuts. Hmm? Whenever we get donuts, you go full Sprinkle City."

"Okay, okay," Blaine held his hands up with his eyes closed. "You got me. I love desserts. Everyone loves desserts. Well, apart from those who are diabetic and are lactose intolerant."

"True," Burt nodded his head in agreement. "But since you love dessert, Blaine, aren't you gonna guess what the dessert is?"

"By any chance, is it crumble?"

"You guessed correctly."

"With custard?"

"Mmm-hmm."

"Hot damn!" Blaine clapped his hands together. "I love me some custard with me crumble."

"Why have you suddenly gone Irish?" Kurt exclaimed with his eyes widening slightly. "You kind of sound like Rory."

"Top o' the mornin' to ya, laddies!"

****

"Carole, do you think it's time?" Burt asked a few minutes later, after everyone had had their apple crumble with custard.

Carole looked at her husband in response to his question, before nodding her head in agreement. "Yes. I think it's time."

"Kurt? Blaine? Kids?" Burt then asked the others, making the other members of the family look up at Carole and Burt who frowned slightly, making them wonder if everything was okay.

"Hey, are you guys feeling, okay?" Blaine questioned the couple with a concerned look on his face. "You two seem very upset."

"Yeah, we're fine," Burt responded. "We just have something that we wanted to give to Tracy and Dalton." He added, making the Anderson-Hummel kids smile with excitement.

"Huh," Kurt raised his eyebrows. "I wonder what you're gonna give mine and Blaine's two wonderful children?"

"Well, we have a few things that we kept after their Uncle Finn died," Carole started, feeling sad about the fact that she still missed her son, and was also feeling sad about the fact that Tracy and Dalton never got the chance to meet their Uncle Finn. "And we thought that, maybe Tracy and Dalton would want them."

"What are they?" Kurt asked, moving forward slightly, feeling interested and curious to know what Carole and Burt were planning on giving to Dalton and Tracy.

"Well," Burt began, before looking at the object he held in his hands, exhaling through his nose at what he was looking at. "We have something that Auntie Rachel found under Kurt's pillow, before she left New York to go back to Lima, so she could sing in memory of Finn," He then said, showing everyone the framed photograph of Kurt and Finn wearing their graduation robes with smiles on their faces.

"Trace, Finnley, this is the framed photograph of your Papa and Uncle Finn that was taken on the day they graduated high school. It was a great moment," Burt chuckled. "Something that both me and your grandma will never forget. We were gonna give this to you two. But, Kurt and Blaine, we want you to have this."

"Why?" Kurt asked, shaking his head with his eyes widening slightly. "I'm just gonna hide it again. So, that no one will ever find it again."

"No, you're not." Blaine disagreed. "You are not going to do that, Kurt."

"Yes, I am."

"Would Finn approve of it?"

Kurt froze. "Okay, okay," He closed his eyes, feeling terrible about what he had just said, making himself wish he had never said it in the first place. "No," He sighed. "No, Finn wouldn't be okay with it. I am sorry for what I just said. I…" Kurt paused for a few seconds. "I guess I still haven't recovered from the fact that he's gone."

"I understand," Blaine put his hand on Kurt’s shoulder, comforting him as he took some deep breaths. "I've managed to recover from the fact that he's gone. But I will still miss him for as long as I live."

"I will recover at some point in my life," Kurt added, changing his expression to a frown. "It's just that I had a crush on Finn, and I know it was obvious, because I made him feel uncomfortable. But I eventually got over it at the beginning of my junior year at McKinley. And we grew even closer during our senior year, and after we graduated. But if Finn also had feelings for me, and we ended up marrying each other, instead of my dad and Carole marrying each other, this family would be completely different."

"It sure would," Burt agreed with a slight nod. "And if that did happen, then Blaine wouldn't be a part of this family."

"And I definitely wouldn't be as happy as I am to be the son-in-law," Blaine smiled at Burt and Carole "Of you two wonderful people. And Kurt and I, wouldn't be the parents to Tracy and Dalton. And I would've married someone like Sebastian Smythe."

"Thank you for that disturbing image, Blaine." Kurt replied, swallowing with an uncomfortable look on his face. "I don't think I will ever get the thought of you and Sebastian Smythe being a married-- Eurgh! It's horrible!"

"Kurt! Calm down!" Burt held his hand out. "You're overreacting!"

"I am trying to calm down, Dad," Kurt responded in a panicked voice. "I know I'm overreacting, I just don't like the thought of Blaine marrying Sebastian Smythe. I really don't like the thought of Andersmythe. But I'm glad he didn't say Dave Karofsky, or else I would've--"

"Kurt."

"What?!"

Blaine immediately leaned forward slightly and kissed Kurt on the lips, calming his husband down from his quick panic attack, feeling relieved that he had acted fast when he saw that Kurt was in trouble.

"You okay?" Blaine questioned, rubbing Kurt’s back as he took some deep breaths to help calm himself down.

"Yeah," Kurt exhaled before taking another deep breath. "I'm sorry I overreacted. It's just that you're my husband, Blaine. And I never thought I would hear you say anything like that. I love you, and I'm glad that you didn't marry either Sebastian or Karofsky. If you did, then I would feel extremely uncomfortable every time I would see you and either one or or the other, depending on who you married, probably at The Lima Bean."

"That does seem likely," Blaine agreed, chuckling slightly. "But, anyway, sorry about that. Burt, Carole, what were you gonna give to Tracy and Dalton?"

"Well," Carole began as she smiled at his granddaughter "For Tracy, we're gonna give her this drawing that Finn made many years ago." She then handed Tracy a sheet of paper that had drawings of Kurt and Blaine, and a girl standing next to Kurt, and a newborn baby boy in Blaine's arms. Above the drawings, Finn had labelled it 'The Future Anderson-Hummel Family. I Love Klaine!'

"Thank you, Grandma." Tracy said kindly, making a big smile appear on her face.

"You're welcome, honey." Carole smiled back, feeling very happy that she was the grandmother to Tracy Anderson-Hummel and Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel.

"Oh, my gosh," Kurt gasped. "How did he do this?!"

"That's what we're trying to figure out!" Burt exclaimed, raising her hand in the air slightly. "We still don't know how Finn was able to basically predict the future of the Anderson-Hummel family. He drew it before you two even got married on the same day as Brittany Santana. It's still sad that he wasn't at the wedding."

"Don't say that, Dad," Kurt shook his head, disagreeing with what his father had just said. "Of course, he was. Finn was at mine and Blaine's wedding, which was also the wedding of Santana and Brittany, just like you said, and you know it."

Burt smiled. "Yeah," He chuckled slightly. "I do know it."

"And for Dalton," Burt smiled at his grandson "We are…" He paused as he took something out that made Kurt gasp silently. "Giving him the ball that Finn kept from the first game that he and Kurt won at."

"Oh, I remember that game." Kurt looked up, thinking back to some of his earliest memories of when he was in high school, and vaguely remembered the game where he, Finn, and the other guys on the football team did the Single Ladies dance as a way to confuse and distract the opposing team. "After dancing, I kicked and we scored the winning touchdown," He added, smiling, feeling proud that one of his happiest memories from when he was at McKinley had come back to him. "That was also the day I came out to my dad."

"But I had known since you were three, Kurt." Burt smiled at his son, making Kurt smile back at his father.

"Yes, Dad," Kurt replied, his arms folding as he grinned. "I remember that, too."

"But I still love you the same way."

"I remember that, too."

"Now, back to where we were," Blaine put his hands together before turning to his son. "Dalton, what do you say to Grandpa?"

"Thank you, Grandpa."

"You're welcome, buddy."

****

"Well, I think it's best if we head off, now," Kurt announced a few hours later as he looked at the time on his phone, noticing that it was almost Tracy and Dalton's bedtime. "You two need to get some sleep. Remember, a big day is coming in a few days."

"I want that day to come right now!" Dalton exclaimed happily, jumping up and down. "I want to see Auntie Tina and Uncle Artie, so badly!"

"I know you do, buddy," Blaine chuckled. "You really want to see your godparents, just like your sister. You were saying that yesterday, the day before that, and the day before that. And I’m just gonna be honest," Blaine held his hands up in the air, as if he were surrendering to the cops "The last few days without you were not the same, Finnley. But it was nice for me and Papa to spend some father-daughter time with Tracy. Just like how we enjoy spending father-son time with you."

"I don't know about you two," Burt started, looking at Kurt and Blaine before looking back at his grandson. "But I know that Dalton is gonna grow up to be a football player, just like Uncle Finn, or a mechanic, just like Grandpa."

"Who knows?" Kurt asked with his eyes widening slightly. "Maybe he won't grow up to be either of those. He might want a successful career like Papa and Daddy."

"Well, that's for him to decide." Carole responded before crouching down to her grandson’s height, pulling him closer. "I've really enjoyed spending these last few days with you, sweetie. So has Grandpa."

"Really?" asked Dalton with a surprised look on his face, making everyone chuckle in response. "He has?"

"'Course, I have, buddy," Burt giggled, folding his arms with a grin appearing on his face. "You've been very helpful, assisting me down at the shop where I fix cars. I'm proud of you."

"Well, you two should also be proud of your granddaughter, since she is Queen of the Pride Lands," Blaine announced, picking Tracy up into his arms. "Earlier today, Kurt and Tracy visited me at the theatre where we're doing The Lion King, and they brought brownies, then we went with the director to see the set of Pride Rock, and we let Tracy go up there so she could see what it was like to be Nala."

"That must've been fun," Carole said kindly, smiling adoringly at the thought of Tracy Anderson-Hummel standing on top of the set of Pride Rock, looking down at ground as if she were Nala at the end of the movie that she knew her granddaughter loved with all her heart. "Well, I hope you have a safe journey home."

"I hope we do, too." Blaine agreed, turning around to unlock the front door.

"Wait," Dalton held his hand out, stopping Blaine in his tracks as everyone looked at him. "Papa, Daddy, can I ask you a question?"

"Of course, you can, buddy." Blaine smiled before he crouched down to look at his son. "What do you want to ask us?"

"Did you two name me after Uncle Finn?"

"Well, yeah, we did," Blaine confirmed with a chuckle. "We named you Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel, after Dalton Academy, where me and Daddy first met, which was where we fell in love with each other, and even had our first kiss, a few months after he had joined after transferring from McKinley. We were gonna name you Warbler, after the Dalton Academy glee club, the Warblers. But we knew that it would've been nicer to name you after the school, rather than name you after the school's singing group."

"And we gave the name, Finnley, as your middle name, as a way to remember Uncle Finn," Kurt smiled. "Which is why we sometimes call you Finnley, as a sort of nickname. We named you Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel, as a way to remember the two things that were really special to me and Daddy."

"Kind of like how Lucy's full name is Lucy Ava Finn Berry-Fabray?" Dalton then asked, wanting to know if his cousin, Lucy, had been given the name, Finn, as her other middle name as a way to remember their Uncle Finn.

"That is correct," Kurt confirmed, nodding his head slightly. "Auntie Rachel and Auntie Quinn gave their daughter the name, Finn, even though it's a boy's name, as a way to honor Uncle Finn."

"Do you think Uncle Finn is proud of me?" Dalton then asked his dads with a concerned look on his face, making Kurt and Blaine widen their eyes slightly.

"Of course, Uncle Finn is proud of you," Blaine took Dalton’s hands into his own. "Dalton, don't ever think that he isn't. As we just said, we named you after him. And Dalton Academy, but both of them mean a lot to me and Papa."

"Yeah," Burt agreed. "if Uncle Finn were standing with us right now, he would be telling you how much he loves being your uncle, and that you and Tracy are so lucky to have such wonderful dads."

"And I'm pretty sure he would say the same about Lucy having such wonderful mothers," Kurt then said, making a point that everyone agreed with. "Because Rachel and Quinn love Lucy, so, so much. I'm not sure about him saying the same about Santana and Brittany, but he might."

"Anyway, we've really gotta go," Blaine began, unlocking the front door and stepping out of the house and onto the front steps, with Kurt, Tracy and Dalton following from behind. "Thank you, guys, so much for having such a good time with Dalton for the last few days, and thank you so much for the gifts to remind us of Finn. We really appreciate it."

"We're just glad that he's still with us," Burt said happily as he put his hand on Carole's shoulder, smiling at the sight of Dalton and Tracy getting buckled into their car seats after Kurt had put Dalton's things in the trunk of the car. "He may not be standing next to us. But he is with us in our hearts. And that's where he will stay for as long as we live."

"True," Carole agreed, smiling at the sight of Kurt and Blaine getting into the front seats of their car. "Bye, you guys. See you soon."

"Bye!" Tracy and Dalton responded cheerfully, waving at their grandparents with smiles on their faces as the car drove away into the night, heading back to the Anderson-Hummel household.

"It’s getting cold," Burt said to his wife, shaking slightly. "You want some hot chocolate?"

"Ooh, yes, please," Carole chuckled before she and Burt kissed each other on the lips. "Make sure to add whipped cream and marshmallows."

"Got it. I'll also add a flake." Burt then stepped inside the house, but before Carole went back inside, she looked up at the night sky, smiling to herself at what she was seeing clearly through her eyes.

Only it wasn't what she was seeing. It was who she was seeing.

"I love you, honey," She said sweetly to Finn, knowing that he was smiling at her kind words, while watching her from where he was now, chuckling slightly as Carole closed the front door behind her. "And the memories of you will never be forgotten."

Chapter Text

"The big day has finally come! You ready to go, Luce?" Quinn asked her daughter, with a big smile appearing on her face, already knowing the answer to her question as she stood by the living room door, adoring the sight of Rachel sitting on the couch with Lucy in her arms.

Quinn was wearing the same sequinned dress, navy cardigan and brown boots when she sang Come See About Me with Santana and Brittany in S04 E08 – Thanksgiving and Rachel was wearing the same black V-neck sweater, black and white shorts, and black knee-high boots when she sang A Change Would Do You Good with Brody Weston in S04 E03 – Makeover.

"Yeah!" Lucy replied cheerfully in her white t-shirt with a flower on it and black pants, making her two mothers smile in response. "Bunny's excited, too!"

"That's nice," Rachel kissed Bunny's head. "You looking forward to seeing your aunts and uncles, too?"

"Yeah!" Lucy repeated, making a smile appear on everybody's faces again. "Bunny's excited to see them, too!"

"Well, then let's get you two into the car, and then we can head over to the high school where Mommy and Mama fell in love, and started dating."

"Yay!" Lucy cheered, using slightly different wording, making Quinn and Rachel giggle at their daughter's happiness as Rachel picked Lucy up into her arms, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"You always make us laugh, Lucy." Rachel rubbed noses with the Berry-Fabray daughter. "Which is one of the many reasons why me and Mommy love you so," Rachel kissed Lucy's nose. "So much."

"I love you too, Mama." Lucy smiled at Rachel, making Quinn smile adoringly at her daughter's kind words aimed at her wife as she packed Lucy's diaper bag.

"Oops," Quinn said to herself. "Almost forgot Lucy's pacifier." She then picked up Lucy's pink pacifier and put it in the diaper bag. "Babe, why don't you buckle her up? I'll join you two in just a few minutes."

"Sure," Rachel replied, looking at the love of her life over her shoulder. "Okay, Juicy Lucy, let's get you and Bunny buckled into your car seat."

"Yay!" Lucy cheered again as Rachel stepped out of the six-bedroom mansion that they owned, walking over to the Toyota Prius that they owned. But only because Rachel didn't stop begging and finally got it as a birthday present the year that Lucy was born. After she and Quinn had taken it for a test drive, it officially became Rachel's third best day of her life. She was still deciding which should be second and which should be first; either the birth of Lucy Ava Finn Berry-Fabray or the wedding of Quinchel Faberry.

"And of course, I won't forget you, Lucy's favourite flapjacks." Quinn said, looking at the homemade flapjacks that Lucy absolutely loved, with a grin as she packed the last item on the list into the diaper bag, before slinging it over her shoulder, grabbing her handbag, checking her keys were in it, (which they obviously were) and closed the front door behind her, walking over to the driveway of the six-bedroom mansion that she and Rachel had bought just a few days before Lucy was born.

The two of them remembered it very well, including the look on Judy's face when she realised it was so they could rival with the house that Quinn grew up in. As she walked over to the car, Quinn instantly smiling adoringly at the sight of Rachel pulling funny faces at Lucy after she had buckled her into her car seat.

"Who's my baby? You're my baby!" Rachel cooed, peppering Lucy's face with kisses. "Yes, you are! Yes, you are!"

"She's not a baby, Rachel," Quinn spoke from behind, causing Rachel to turn around and lift her sunglasses up to her forehead so she could look at Quinn's beautiful face with her own eyes. "Even though she is still in diapers."

"Yeah," Rachel looked at Lucy, pressing one last kiss to her daughter's cheek before she walked over to the driver's side door. "Thanks for changing her this morning, babe."

"I changed her today, because you managed to wriggle out of doing it," Quinn reminded her wife, while also giving Lucy a few kisses on both her cheeks. "And I also got her dressed. Again."

"I'm sorry, babe." Rachel apologised, closing the driver's side door. "The next time she needs changing, I promise I'll do it."

"That's what you said last time."

"And I still did it, remember?"

"No, I'm referring to all the times you said you would do it, and I ended up changing our daughter," Quinn added, before pressing one last kiss to Lucy's forehead, stroking her child's blonde hair. "You're such a little stinker, Lulu."

"Mommy!"

"I'm kidding, baby girl." Quinn laughed as she closed Lucy's door with a smile on her face, chuckling at her reflection in the car window.

"Or are you?" Rachel widened her eyes for a few seconds, leaning over to Quinn's side before she cleared her throat and started the engine, backing out of the driveway of the Faberry household, before turning left for a few seconds and driving down the street, heading towards William McKinley High School.

"Hey, Britt-Britt, looking good," Santana smiled at the sight of Brittany entering the kitchen, putting her hands on her hips with a slight grin. "What do you think of my outfit?" She then asked, gesturing down her blue and white patterned dress. "Do I look sexy or what?"

"I'm definitely gonna go with sexy," Brittany replied, swallowing her last piece of bread with chocolate spread before getting out of her chair, pulling Santana closer for a kiss on the lips. "Do you think I look sexy as well?" She questioned her wife, pointing both her hands at her cat tee, light blue pants and blue fluffy jacket.

"Of course, you do, Britt," Santana placed her hand on the back of Brittany's neck, carefully twirling her blonde hair in her fingers. "You always look sexy, no matter what you're wearing."

"Even when I'm not wearing anything?"

"That might be a bit too far in front of our niñita," Santana and Brittany widened their eyes for a few seconds, feeling relieved when they saw that Bonnie wasn't even listening to them, and was just focusing on eating her cheerios, grinning evilly, making both Brittany and Santana wonder if she was hiding more chocolate cake under her crib, using Sparkle as her security guard. Before Brittany could ask Bonnie if she was enjoying her breakfast, Santana pulled Brittany closer until they were touching bodies, with Santana putting her other hand on Brittany's back, just under her rear.

"But you so do." Santana added, chuckling slightly before she licked Brittany’s cheek a few times.

"Mami, why are you licking Mama?" The two of them turned to their right to see Bonnie looking at them with a confused look on her face, sitting at the table, wearing her favourite white shirt with a cupcake on it, followed by dark blue pants and pink shoes. "She's not a lollipop."

Brittany and Santana had to laugh at that. There was absolutely no way that they couldn't laugh at Bonnie's hilarious jokes, even though they knew she was being serious and still had a lot to learn.

"No," Santana shook her head at her daughter, smiling as she turned her head to look at Brittany, causing a few giggles to come out. "Mama is not a lollipop."

"But I do taste good every time we kiss," Brittany pointed out, kissing Santana on the lips again as a demonstration. "And so does your Mami."

"Eww!" Bonnie scrunched her face up in response. "Kissing is gross!"

"Oh, really?" Brittany and Santana looked at each other for a few seconds, already coming up with their own evil plan. "Well, then let's see how you like it." She added, walking over to where Bonnie was sitting at the table with Santana following from behind. "3, 2, 1…"

"Go!" Santana and Brittany began to pepper Bonnie's face with kisses, but only after she had finished her cheerios and had asked her mothers nicely if she could drink from the bowl, which they obviously had to accept. Even though they knew it wasn't pleasant, they just knew it was something Bonnie liked doing when she didn't want to put her milk in the sink.

As the peppering was continuing to happen, Bonnie shrieked and yelped while pushing her hands into her mami and mama's faces, hoping that they would stop. But they didn't. They were easily able to overpower her, grinning at each other for being the winners of this battle. They both knew that Bonnie was enjoying the kisses she was receiving, but they also knew that she was eventually going to beg for them stop.

"Please, Mami and Mama, stop!" Bonnie begged, squeezing her eyes shut, wishing that she was just having a bad dream. But she was kind of glad that she wasn't having a bad dream, because if she was, she would've cried for her mami and mama, who would've calmed her down immediately and given her the offer to sleep with them for comfort, instead of remaining in her crib, which she would've accepted. "Please! I don't want you two kissing me anymore!"

"Okay, sweetheart, we'll stop." Brittany chuckled for a few seconds, obeying the order along with Santana. "But only because you were begging, and because we love you so much."

"Mama's right," Santana crouched down to Bonnie's height, putting both her hands on her daughter's cheeks. "We love you, dulce niña. More than you could ever imagine." She added, moving her thumbs slowly around in circles, instantly making Bonnie smile. "There's that smile. Yay!"

"This is beautiful and all," Brittany smiled at the sight of her wife and daughter having fun. "But we'd better get a move on if we want to make it to McKinley in time for the glee club reunion. Come on," She added, clapping her hands. "While Mami brushes your teeth, BonBon, I'll pack your diaper bag, then we'll be in the car and on our way. Sound like a plan?"

"Yeah!" Bonnie replied happily, holding her arms up for Santana to pick her up. "I love you, Mami." She then pressed a kiss to Santana's cheek, making both her parents find her kindness to be very heartwarming.

"I love you, too, amorcita." Santana cooed, bouncing Bonnie back up before they walked out of the kitchen and upstairs to the bathroom.

Brittany smiled to herself, folding her arms while chuckling slightly. "I married a genius."

****

"Teeth all brushed and clean?" Brittany asked at the sight of Santana coming down the stairs with Bonnie beside her hip, and Sparkle under her child's arm. "Come on, let me see. Smile." She said to Bonnie, before leaning closer with a smile on her face, pointing at her mouth, showing her white teeth, demonstrating what she wanted Bonnie to do.

"Okay, Mama." Bonnie replied, doing exactly what Brittany had just done, smiling at her Mama, giving her a good view of her shiny, white teeth.

"Awesome," Brittany kissed Bonnie's cheek before she turned back around to pack the last few things in Bonnie's diaper bag. "Almost done with packing the diaper bag."

"Diapers?" Santana asked, causing Brittany to smile at what she was about to say next.

"Yes."

"Wet wipes?"

"Yes."

"Bonnie's favourite snacks?"

"Yes."

"Our favourite snacks?"

"Yes."

"Bonnie's pacifier?"

"Yes."

"Double checked?"

"Yes."

"Triple checked?"

"Yes."

"You're good."

"I know I am," Brittany smiled at Santana as she zipped the diaper bag up before slinging it over her shoulders. "You watch The Big Bang Theory way too much."

"So do you," Santana raised an eyebrow at Brittany. "Remember a few days ago when you two came to the Spotlight Diner for lunch, and I joined my two favourite girls?"

"I do," Brittany pointed at her wife, nodding her head slightly. "I went full Sheldon Cooper about the half sandwich."

"Well, it's a good thing you didn't order the soup and a half sandwich," Santana widened her eyes for a few seconds. "Instead, you ordered your usual. Just like Sheldon did after he rejected the soup and a half sandwich."

"Come on! Let's go!" Bonnie begged, pointing at the front door. "I want to go!"

"We're going, BonBon," Santana replied, bouncing the impatient Lopez-Pierce daughter back up. "Just let Mama get her boots on, then we'll be out of here, in the car, and we'll be on our way to the glee club reunion." She added, noticing that Brittany hadn't put her boots on yet, and was still wearing her white socks.

"Right." Brittany looked down at her feet, thinking that she was wearing her boots, but clearly wasn't. "Just give me a sec." Brittany then picked up her calf high black leather boots off the shoe rack, sat down on the hardwood floor and put them on, making Santana smile at the sight of her wife getting ready to go.

"All done?" Santana questioned after Brittany had pulled the zip up on her right boot after pulling the zip up on her left boot.

"All done," Brittany confirmed, getting up off the floor, smiling adoringly at the sight of her wife holding their child. "Are you two ready to go?"

"Yep." Bonnie and Santana replied simultaneously, giving each other a kiss on the cheek.

"Well, then let's get to the high school where Mami and Mama fell in love with each other." Brittany added, unlocking the front door and stepping out of the four-bedroom house that they bought just a few weeks after Brittany found out she was pregnant, reflecting her about the time she felt the pain when Santana had to say goodbye to her childhood home the day she moved out.

But she knew that her wife was strong. Brittany stopped for a few seconds to make sure she had everything in her bag and in Bonnie's diaper bag before she continued walking, eventually getting onto the driveway before squinting her eyes slightly at the powerful brightness the sun was giving her. "Geez, it's bright. Good thing I have my sunglasses."

"So do I," Carrying Bonnie out of the house, Santana stopped for a few seconds to put her sunglasses on, making herself and Brittany smile at each other. "Okay, amorcita, let's get you buckled in."

Santana then walked over to the silver Prius that she and Brittany had purchased a few days after their honeymoon, opened the car door and buckled Bonnie into her Disney princess car seat, before handing her Sparkle, burying Bonnie's friend into the crook of her daughter's neck.

"Why don't you take a nap?" Santana asked her child. "There might be a lot of traffic, and you definitely deserve some rest."

"Okay, Mami," Bonnie said immediately, trying to get herself to fall asleep to no avail. "Mami, Mama, help me."

"Sure thing, baby," Brittany said softly, unbuckling Bonnie from her car seat, and holding her against her hip, with her head leaning on her mother’s shoulder. "Shh, shh, shh." She repeated in a soft, hushed tone, rocking slowly while also swaying side to side, trying to get her and Santana's child to sleep.

"Go to sleep, cariño," Santana whispered, gently stroking her hand along Bonnie's cheek, trying her best to help out. "You deserve a nice, long nap until we get to the high school where mami and mama fell in love with each other."

Bonnie mumbled some words in response before finally nodding off, taking Brittany and Santana back to the days when Bonnie was just a baby and would cry during the night, begging for her mothers to be by her side, calming her down. They weren't sure if they were glad those days were over, or if they missed them and wanted to repeat the days of Bonnie as a baby.

"Let's get you back in your car seat," Brittany whispered after had finished rocking and swaying side to side, enjoying the show that only lasted for a few minutes which was just listening to the sounds of Bonnie sleeping peacefully. "There we go," Brittany added once she had buckled Bonnie in. "All nice and cosy."

"Here's Sparkle." Santana handed Sparkle to her child again, this time making Bonnie cuddle Sparkle into her, while she inhaled and exhaled slowly, giving the impression that she was in a deep sleep.

"Well, that went well." Brittany chuckled slightly as Santana closed the passenger side door, looking at her wife in response.

"It sure did, Britt," Santana agreed. "Now, are you gonna drive us there, or shall I?"

"I think I'll do the honours, since I was the one who signed the paperwork first." Brittany pointed at herself, remembering very well that she was, indeed, the first person who signed the paperwork for the silver Prius that was in the driveway.

"I thought you might say that." Santana smiled as she opened the passenger side door, getting into the car before closing it. Brittany joined her a few seconds later after she had put Bonnie's diaper bag on the passenger seat next to where her daughter was sleeping.

"You ready to go to the glee club reunion?" Brittany questioned the love of her life as she turned the engine on, putting her hands on the wheel.

"You ready to start moving the car?" Santana raised an eyebrow, giving Brittany a clear view of her widened eyes through her sunglasses.

"Yes," Brittany then pulled out of the driveway of the Brittana household, turning left before they drove away from their house, driving over to McKinley, ready for the excitement that awaited them. "Let's go see our friends and family members."

****

"Trace, Finnley, Papa," Blaine chuckled at the sight of his husband and two kids sitting on the couch, watching an episode from the first season of Ben 10: Omniverse, a TV show that surprisingly both the Anderson-Hummel children liked, as well as Kurt and Blaine. Dalton liked it because it had new aliens that he had never seen before, and Tracy liked it because it had the Nemetrix, which contained predator DNA for some of Ben 10's aliens. She loved the Nemetrix predators so much, she didn't know which one was her favourite. "It's almost time to go. Good thing you're all ready to head out to the car once this episode finishes." He added, pulling both his shirt sleeves up.

"When did you turn into the third Anderson-Hummel child?" Kurt teased, wearing his khaki oversized houndstooth sweater and jeans while looking at his husband from behind the couch, his hands on the back of his head with his eyebrows raised slightly, while admiring the white shirt with thin black stripes on it, along with jeans. "I'll have you know that two is enough."

"I agree with you there," Blaine replied before smiling at their son and daughter. "Two definitely is enough. I'm just glad that we're a big, happy family, who all love Ben 10."

"Do you two have a favourite Ben 10 alien and a favourite Nemetrix predator?" Kurt asked the two kids whom Blaine, himself, and Rachel and the rest of the family loved so much with all their hearts.

"I don't know my favourite alien but I do know my favourite Nemetrix predator," Dalton announced happily, getting the attention of his dads and his sister. "Tyrannopede, the natural predator of a Vaxasaurian, which is Humungousaur's species. Its design is so cool!"

"True," Blaine nodded his head slightly, smiling at what his son just said before looking at his daughter. "Tracy, what about you?"

"I don't know my favourite Nemetrix predator, but I do know my favourite alien that Ben 10 has in his Omnitrix," Tracy announced, doing the complete opposite of what her younger brother had just done. "Heatblast, because it shoots fire out of it's hands!"

"Good choice." Blaine said in response, pressing a kiss to Tracy's head, rubbing his hands down her arms.

"Papa, Daddy, what about you two?" Dalton asked his parents, looking at both of them, hoping to learn what they're favourite Ben 10 aliens and Nemetrix predators.

"They're for us to know and you two to find out." Kurt replied before he and Blaine looked at each other with wide eyes, both of them already knowing what their husband's favourite Ben 10 alien and Nemetrix predator was.

"So," Blaine clapped his hands, rubbing them together for a few seconds. "Now that that's out of the way, and that the episode is over," He added, noticing the end credits were playing on the 70-inch flat screen TV they owned. "Shall we get into the car and head over to McKinley for the glee club reunion? We have the surprise ready."

"Sure," Dalton and Tracy both said happily, getting off the couch with Kurt following from behind a few seconds later once he turned the TV off. "It's gonna be awesome!" Dalton added alone, causing the other three to chuckle at his excitement.

"Yeah. It is gonna be awesome," Blaine answered back, smiling at his son. "Hey, Dalton, did you try it on yet to see if it fit?"

"Yep," Dalton confirmed, nodding his head in response. "It does fit. I look amazing in it."

"Good." Kurt nudged Dalton's arm slightly, feeling proud that what he had tried on last night, fit him perfectly. "I remember looking amazing when I wore mine."

"And I remember wearing mine." Blaine looked up slightly, remembering some of his earliest memories when he was just a teenager. "Okay, let's get to the car."

Kurt inhaled and exhaled quickly before he opened the front door of the six-bedroom mansion that Kurt and Blaine purchased a few days before Tracy was born, reflecting the two men on the time they moved out of the apartment that Kurt had moved into after David Karofsky had moved out, making Kurt become Blaine's new roommate and husband once they got married.

Sure, they bought a house that was like Rachel and Quinn's, because the four of them had very successful careers, but there was never any competition because both houses were just as perfect as each other. Every time a visit was at either house, there was never any arguments between the Berry-Fabray daughter or the Anderson-Hummel children about who's house was better, making the adults feel relieved and happy that they were all part of the same family.

"You know, kids," Kurt stopped walking and turned around to look at the huge house that they lived in. "Someday, me and Daddy are gonna tell you about the day we bought this house."

"Are you also gonna tell me who my mom is?" Tracy asked before getting into the red Tesla Model S. that they owned, buckling herself in like the good little Anderson-Hummel girl she was.

Kurt and Blaine may own a six-bedroom mansion exactly like Rachel and Quinn's, but there is definitely some competition as to who has the best car. Even though the car was technically Rachel's before she gave it to Blaine and Kurt as a true sign of friendship. One of the main reasons she gave it to them was because she couldn't really see herself having paparazzi immediately take photos of her while she was getting out of the Tesla Model S. with a big smile on her face, but she could see that happening to Kurt and Blaine. So, after ages of thinking, she gave the car to them.

And after a few days of hailing cabs in order to get to their destinations, which was mainly the Broadway theatre, Quinn and Rachel purchased a Toyota Prius at half price, but just because the manager was a huge fan of their work and insisted. It suited them so much, it was absolutely perfect for them, and it has been their car ever since.

"And who my mom is?" Dalton added, agreeing with his sister in hopes of learning who his mother was. Even though it was someone who Kurt and Blaine knew very well, they still couldn’t decide when or if they were even going to tell their own kids that they both had the same mom, who was one of their favourite aunts; auntie Rachel.

Blaine and Kurt were both thrilled when Rachel offered to be their surrogate when she was pregnant with Tracy, knowing that both Kurt and Blaine wanted to be parents so badly. And they were over the moon when Rachel offered to be their surrogate a second time when she was pregnant with Dalton. Since Kurt and Blaine had let Rachel name their daughter, she had decided to let them name their son as a way to make things fair. She put both her hands to her heart once the two of them had decided on Dalton Finnley Anderson Hummel.

As a way to remember Dalton Academy and Finn Hudson. Like how Rachel and Quinn's daughter's full name is Lucy Ava Finn Berry-Fabray.

"We might do at some point," Blaine finally had the courage to speak after a few minutes of silence, trying to think of either yes or no as the answer to the question that had been asked by both kids. "We just don't know when."

"We'll tell you when the time is right." Kurt added, getting into the passenger side of the car, clearing his throat as he closed the door behind him. "And Daddy's right. We just don't know when."

"But hopefully, we will tell you soon," Blaine said after getting into the driver's seat, closing the door once he got settled into his seat. "We're just worried on how you two are gonna react if we do tell you who it is." He added, before starting the engine, revving it a few times after he put his sunglasses on.

"What are you doing?" Kurt looked at his husband with his arms folded, wanting to know why Blaine was acting all weird.

"The name's Anderson." Blaine answered back, moving his sunglasses down, revealing his eyes. "Blaine Anderson."

"No," Kurt looked straight ahead, seeing his reflection in the windscreen as the sun shone brightly down on it. "That's good James Bond, but just, no."

"I saw it coming." Blaine added before backing out of the driveway, turning right slightly, giving the four of them a good view of the house, before they drove away from the six-bedroom Anderson-Hummel mansion, and drove over to McKinley to meet up with everybody and reunite with the glee club.

****

"Hey, Artie and Tina!" Sam cheered, raising his fists in the air at the sight of his two best friends entering the choir room, causing the other former glee club members who had already arrived, to clap and cheer for their friends. "Woo-hoo!"

"Aw, man, it feels so great to be back," Artie exhaled as he wheeled into the choir room, wearing his red polo shirt and white pants, with Tina following from behind, wearing her red tank top, light pink skirt with black around the waist and right side of it, and black boots. Mike was still standing the halls of McKinley, waiting for his best friend to arrive. "The memories are coming back to me, yet again." He added, smiling whilst looking around the room.

"We have photo albums that have lots of glee club memories," Tina reminded, pointing at her husband. "They go all the way back to when it was just Rachel, Kurt, Mercedes, Finn, me and you."

"Yeah. They do," Artie nodded his head in agreement. "But they don't really feel the same. This on the other hand, does." He widened his eyes for a few seconds, raising both of his hands, gesturing them around the room.

"True dat!" Mercedes smiled at one of the many couples she shipped. "It feels so good to be back in our second home."

"It sure does, babe," Sam said to his wife, before putting a white jockstrap over his mouth, talking in a very low voice. "And so does this. I'm one of the greatest villains of all time! I even broke Batman's back! And now I am here to see former glee club members perform." He added, doing his impression of Bane.

"It was Bane who broke Batman's back?" Ryder asked his former enemy, turning to his left to look at Jake Puckerman with a confused look on his face. "I thought it was the Riddler who did it by whacking him with his cane."

"Fair enough," Jake raised his eyebrows, understanding what Ryder meant by that, giving both of them clear visions of the Riddler breaking Batman's back, doing Bane's job for him. "I can see that happening. It's not pretty though."

"Let the games begin!" Sam added, raising his arms in the air, before taking the jockstrap off his face, smiling gleefully. "I am awesome at impressions!" He added in his normal voice.

"You sure are," Kitty replied, walking into the choir room with a smiling Marley in tow. "Even though they are extremely annoying." She added after stopping to pull the zips up on her brown leather boots and wiping her hands down her denim jeans before wiping them down her green t-shirt.

"Babe," Marley puts her hand on her wife's shoulder, trying to remind her what they had talked about on the way to McKinley from their house on the beach. "Remember what we said on the way here?" She then asked, moving her hair away from the top of her maroon coloured sweater, wiping her hands slightly down her jeans and black leather boots.

"I know," Kitty answered back. "I just never really had the chance to say it. Until now."

"I'm okay with it." Sam held his hand out, smiling slightly. "It's not the worst thing that's been said to me about my impressions."

"Believe him," Mercedes pointed both her forefingers at Sam. "You have no idea what the worst thing that anybody has ever said to him about his impressions is."

"And what I did to them wasn't pretty." Sam folded his arms, making a straight face while shaking his head. "At all. But I'm proud that I did what had to be done."

"Yeah, you really didn't have to do that." Mercedes put her hands on her hips, looking at the love of her life. "You're lucky I explained that you are my husband to the security guards. Otherwise, you wouldn't even be here."

"True. And true." Sam agreed, now making a face of embarrassment, feeling guilty with what he done to some random person who said the worst thing to him about his impressions, but was relieved that he didn't get taken away by security for his actions.

"Did somebody call for a leprechaun?" asked a very familiar voice, causing everybody to turn around and see Rory Flanagan entering the choir room, wearing his red polo t-shirt with jeans and a small chain sticking out of his pocket, with a big smile on his face. "Because I can grant you three wishes if you ask nicely."

"Sweet 'n' Spicy, here," Sugar announced, following a few steps from behind, wearing her leopard spotted shirt, white fluffy vest, black leggings and black boots, reflecting on the time she was part of The Secret Society of Superheroes Club while she was at McKinley. "My superpower is money."

"Nice," Mike smiled, walking into the choir room with a few dance moves. "Maybe I can use you as my ATM."

"I would let you do that," Sugar replied, facing Mike. "But your dance moves aren't that great. So, I'm sorry, but it's a no can do," She added, before she turned back around to look at everybody else. "Sorry. Asperger's. In case you've forgotten, I can say pretty much whatever I want."

"We’ve heard that before." Mike added, reminding everybody about the time when Sugar said she had Asperger's, and could pretty much say whatever she wanted, before she auditioned for the New Directions! singing Big Spender and was absolutely awful.

"Uncle Artie!" Dalton yelled happily, running into the choir room, hopping into Artie's lap with a big smile on his face.

"Hi, buddy," Artie smiled at the Anderson-Hummel son, feeling happy that one of his godchildren was in his presents. "Where's your sister?"

"Auntie Tina!" Tracy yelled happily, running into the choir room from the other side, immediately hugging Tina's black boots.

"There she is." Artie added, raising his eyebrows for a few seconds.

"Hi, Tray-Tray!" Tina replied, smiling as she picked the Anderson-Hummel daughter up and placing her beside her hip. "How's mine and Uncle Artie's goddaughter doing?"

"Super!" Tracy answered back, making all the adults smile in response at her happiness.

"And how is mine and Auntie Tina's godson doing?" Artie asked Dalton, smiling at the sight of Dalton sitting on his lap, already knowing that he was going to ask for a ride around the school.

"Also super!" Dalton responded, causing everybody to chuckle when he raised his fists into the air. "Like Superman! My favourite superhero ever!"

"What happened to Nightbird, the nocturnal avenger?" Blaine questioned his son, walking into the choir room with a smiling Kurt in tow, while Blaine had a confused look on his face. "I thought he was your favourite superhero, Dalton?"

"That's just a rip-off of Nightwing," Dalton replied, grinning. "Superman is so much better!"

"I thought Nightbird and Nightwing sounded like each other," Sam almost closed his eyes, thinking back to the time when Blaine first introduced his superhero name in The Secret Society of Superheroes club, during their senior year. "How did it take me this long to figure it out?"

"Probably because you were too busy being Blonde Chameleon, going around the streets of New York, doing your impersonations of famous people and movie characters, which really aren't that good." Sugar suggested, making everybody nod their heads in agreement before disagreeing with the last few words of her sentence. "Sorry. Asperger's."

"Hey, everybody," Brittany smiled at everyone as she and Santana entered the choir room from everybody's right-hand side, with Santana by her side, and Bonnie with her hands clinging onto Brittany's neck like a monkey. "We have a very special delivery of one Bonnie Lopez-Pierce."

"That'll be for us, then." Rory replied, raising his hand in the air as Santana and Brittany walked over to them.

"Auntie Sugar! Uncle Rory!" Bonnie said happily, immediately holding her hands out for Sugar to take her into her own arms.

"Hi, bunny!" Sugar cooed at the Lopez-Pierce daughter, taking her and Rory's godchild into her arms, giving her multiple kisses on her cheeks. "Have you been a good little girl for your mami and mama?"

"Of course, she has," Brittany confirmed, smiling as she folded her arms. "She always is a good little girl."

"Even though she told her abuela that Mama and I had a lot to drink to celebrate our anniversary." Santana raised her eyebrows while she grinned at her child.

"Uh-oh," Sugar looked at her and Rory's goddaughter. "Someone's been naughty."

"Even though it was an accident," Santana added, knowing very well that Bonnie didn't mean to do it. "And even though it was less than 24 hours ago, it's in the past and it's behind us."

"And the highlight of visiting Maribel was definitely when Bonnie ate a lot of her abuela's cookies," Brittany smiled at Bonnie, chuckling at the memory of her child enjoying the chocolate chip cookies the most. "She looked adorable while eating them."

"I always look adorable, Mama," Bonnie replied, pointing at herself. "Look at me. I'm adorable right now."

"Yes, you are." Brittany answered back, kissing her daughter's cheek.

"Auntie Tina, Daddy, Papa, am I adorable?" Tracy asked her dads and godmother while remaining in Tina's arms, making the three of look at each other, already knowing the answer to her question.

"Of course, you are," Blaine put his hand on his daughter's shoulder. "Tray-Tray, you are the most adorable Anderson-Hummel child in the family."

"So is your brother," Kurt added, remembering to not leave Dalton out. "The two of you are the most adorable Anderson-Hummel kids ever."

"Just like how Bonnie is the most adorable Lopez-Pierce daughter ever." Santana put her hand on Bonnie's warm cheek, rubbing it softly before pressing a kiss to it. "I love you, bebita."

"Gracias, Mami." Bonnie said, smiling as Sugar bounced her back up.

"Oh, I really ship Brittana." Rory smiled gleefully at the sight of Santana and Brittany standing next to each other while holding their hands. "Just as much as I ship Klaine, Samcedes, Artina, Karley, Faberry, who have yet to arrive. But the one I ship the most is definitely Sugory." He added, before he and Sugar pecked each other on the lips.

"Well, it's nice to know that you ship all the glee club couples. I remember the times when all the couples were dating," Sam replied, thinking back to the days when his best friends were dating, always having a good time. "And the weddings were just awesome. I remember crying tears of joy at every single one of them."

"Including our wedding," Mercedes reminded her husband, remembering Sam crying tears of joy when he was halfway through with his vows. "I'm still surprised that you were able to finish saying your vows while you were crying tears of happiness."

"Yeah, I thought I was gonna get down on the floor and be unable to control myself," Sam chuckled, making Mercedes smile in response. "I love you."

"I love you, too." Mercedes pulled Sam closer, the two of them kissing him on the lips, both feeling very happy that Sam proposed to Mercedes in the first place.

"Auntie Kitty! Auntie Marley!" Lucy said cheerfully, running into the choir room, immediately rushing over to the chairs in the middle where Marley and Kitty were standing. "I'm here!"

"Yes, you are!" Marley crooned, picking the Berry-Fabray daughter up, lifting her into the air with an open-mouthed smile before bringing her down so she was level with her face and could give her kisses on her nose. "How are you, Lucy?"

"Super!" Lucy held up Bunny, showing her stuffed rabbit to Marley. "Look! It's Bunny!"

"Hi, Bunny," Marley kissed the top of Bunny's head. "Have you been a good friend to the Faberry daughter?"

"Of course, he has," Rachel replied, walking into the choir room with Quinn following a few steps behind, Lucy's diaper bag strapped to her back. "Bunny is always a good friend to mine and Quinn's daughter and you know it."

"I sure do," Marley nodded her head once. "Now I feel stupid for asking a question that I already knew the answer to."

"Hey," Kitty said slowly, putting her hand on her wife's shoulder, shaking her head for a few seconds. "Don't say that. You're not stupid. You are my wife and I love you so much."

"And I love you so much." Marley smiled sweetly before they kissed each other.

"Hi, Auntie Kitty!" Lucy held her hands out while wriggling, making it clear that she wanted to be in Kitty's arms after spending enough time in Marley's arms.

"Hi, sweet girl," Kitty cooed, taking Rachel and Quinn's daughter from her wife's arms, holding her close to her chest, Lucy's head leaning on her shoulder as Kitty swayed slightly. "Is our little goddaughter excited for the happiness that awaits her?" She then asked, turning Lucy around so she could make eye contact with her.

"Yeah!" Lucy replied, feeling nothing but enthusiastic. "I really wanna see Mommy perform with Auntie Tana and Auntie Britt."

"Well, you're in luck, sweetheart." Quinn smiled adoringly at the sight of Kitty, who idolised her, holding her goddaughter who was playing with her blonde hair. "Because we might be doing a performance at some point during our time here."

"Yay!" Lucy cheered, raising her free hand in the air, almost hitting Marley in the face.

Luckily, she dodged just in time, feeling absolutely relieved.

"Whew!" Marley widened her eyes, moving her brown hair away from her eyes. "Luce, you almost just hit me in the face."

"Good thing she didn't." Kitty ran her finger along Lucy's cheek before kissing it. "Otherwise, you may be having a nosebleed."

"Yeah." Marley rubbed her nose with the palm of her hand, scrunching her face slightly as she sniffled. "And I might also be rushing to the bathroom to get toilet paper, or I might just be sitting down in this chair, tilting my head back while pinching the bridge of my nose."

"Aww, this is adorable," Rory said kindly, immediately realising his mistake once everybody turned around to look at him. "Oh, no," He held his hands out. "I wasn't talking about what Marley just said. I was talking about the fact that all the godmothers are holding their godchildren. And Artie has Dalton in his lap."

Dalton and Artie happily waved at the other former members of the glee club with smiles on their faces.

"Oh, yeah. We are," Kitty looked at Tina and Sugar before she bounced Lucy back up. "Well, we are the godparents and we do love our godchildren."

"True," Rory agreed, nodding his head slightly. "And I remember the times when each of the parents here told everybody about how the godparents reacted when they were asked if they wanted to be godmother and godfather, or godmother and godmother in Lucy's case," He added, gesturing over to Kitty and Marley. "If you ask me, I'd say all the parents made a very good decision about who they wanted to be the godparents to their child."

"Mmm-hmm." Quinn hummed in agreement, folding her arms. "And we all remember them well."

Chapter Text

Flashback

As soon as the lights as came back on after the auditorium dedication performance of I Lived was finished, and after everybody was finished clapping and cheering, no one realized that Kurt had snuck offstage until he returned a few minutes later, announcing he had returned with a special little person all bundled in his arms, being held close to his chest.

"There they are," Blaine pointed at Kurt, smiling at his two favourite people in the entire world, chuckling at the two loves of his life. "Everybody, we have someone we would like you all to meet. And for Rachel to reunite with."

The auditorium was immediately filled with excited chatter and 'awwws' at the sight of Kurt walking towards Blaine with the newest edition of the Anderson-Hummel family.

"Oh, my God," Mercedes gasped, immediately touching her heart. "Is that Tracy? Because if it is, then, oh, my God, she's beautiful."

"Thank you, Mercedes," Blaine chuckled at the singer's kind words. "And just to confirm, yes, it is Tracy."

"This is our daughter, whom you have all been dying to meet," Kurt smiled at everybody, already knowing exactly what was about to happen. "For those of you who don't know, even though Blaine and Mercedes just said it, her name is Tracy Anderson-Hummel."

"And what's her full name?" Artie asked, absolutely adoring the sight of his new niece in Blaine's arms. "We've been dying to know that, too.”

"That's for me and Blaine to know, and you guys to find out," Kurt grinned before looking down at the baby. "But what we all know is that she loved the song."

"That's our grandbaby," Carole said, walking over to Blaine, Kurt and baby Tracy, with Burt following from a few steps behind. "I can take her if you want me to."

"Oh, Carole, you don't have to," Kurt replied, smiling at his stepmother with Blaine standing by his side. "She's perfectly fine in her Papa's arms."

"Please?" Carole begged, putting her hands together. "You two will get to spend every day with her. At least let her grandparents hold her before we all go home."

"Okay," Kurt exhaled slightly before he and Blaine turned around to look at Tracy's aunts and uncles. "But at least allow her aunts and uncles to hold her first."

"Sure." Carole replied before looking at up Burt, smiling sweetly at her husband.

Mercedes was obviously the first one to hold her little niece. She walked over to Kurt and Blaine with a big smile on her face while holding her hands out, so she could take the baby into her arms.

"She's all yours, Mercedes," Kurt carefully handed Tracy over to her auntie Mercedes, smiling adoringly at the sight of the singer holding his and Blaine's daughter. "Just make sure to support her head."

"Got it," Mercedes said, gently stroking her finger along the Anderson-Hummel daughter's cheek. "Hi, Tray-Tray," She cooed, looking down at the newborn. "It's your auntie Mercedes here. I've only been holding you for a few seconds and I already love you so, so much."

"That's exactly what I said," Rachel announced, raising her hand in the air with a smile on her face. "Only I didn't call her Tray-Tray. I just called her Tracy."

"And I called her sweet girl." Blaine raised his hand in the air, just above the top of his head, absolutely adoring the sight of Mercedes holding his and Kurt's daughter.

"I just called her Trace, but it made all four of us smile." Kurt chuckled for a few seconds before putting his hands on his hips after fixing his red tie.

"I think I'm just gonna call her Porcelain Jr.," Sue said randomly, putting her hands on her knees, adoring the sight of Blaine and Kurt's baby. "Because I think that name suits her the most."

"Please don't," Kurt and Blaine both shake their heads. "One Porcelain is enough. And please don't ruin this moment, Sue."

"I wasn't planning to," Sue added, looking up at her favourite couple of all time. "I'm just so happy for the two of you becoming parents."

"Thanks, Sue." Blaine smiles with Kurt. "That's so nice. And we really appreciate your kind words."

"You're welcome, Other gay."

"Saw that one coming."

"Wait a minute. There were four of you in the hospital room?" Artie asked the new fathers, getting slightly confused while trying to figure out who the fourth person in Rachel's hospital room was.

"I was also there," Quinn responded before she put her hands behind her back. "I'm also her mom."

"So, she has two moms and two dads," Sam grinned before chuckling slightly. "That's fun to think about. Wow. That's a sentence I never thought I'd say. Babe, when do I get to hold her?"

"Never. Are you serious? I'm not letting go of this baby. Or else, I will fight you," Mercedes raised her eyebrows at Sam before carefully turning around to look at everybody else. "If anybody even thinks about taking the Anderson-Hummel daughter from me, I will fight you. Even though she isn't my daughter, I am going to try my best to become her favourite aunt."

"Um… Mercedes?" Tina raised her arms by her sides, closing her eyes slightly while standing by Artie's side.

"Right," Mercedes closed her eyes in response, immediately realizing her mistake. "Sorry. I've just been waiting to meet her for so long. I just didn't think it would be today."

"Well, we did say we would be bringing her to the auditorium dedication," Blaine put his hands on his hips, reminding everybody about what they announced on the group chat a few days prior. "And here she is. You're welcome."

"Wait a minute," Mercedes stopped talking for a few seconds. "You announced it on the group chat?"

"Yeah." Kurt replied, nodding his head slightly. "Why?"

"You, my ridiculously attractive husband," Mercedes looked directly at Sam, pretending to be mad. "Are in serious trouble. Do you hear me? And your punishment is no dessert after dinner. Do you hear me?"

"Yes, ma'am," Sam frowned slightly, wishing he hadn't tricked Mercedes into thinking that Kurt and Blaine weren't bringing Tracy to the reunion. "I'm sorry."

"I'm just kidding," Mercedes chuckled, trying her best not to startle her niece. "I would never do that to you. But you are still in serious trouble."

"I understand." Sam added, unable to change the expression on his face.

"She looks so adorable." Quinn cooed at the sight of the Anderson-Hummel daughter, who was also her and Rachel's daughter since the two of them were also her moms instead of just Tracy's aunts.

"Of course, she looks adorable, Quinn," Rachel responded to the love of her life. "She's Kurt and Blaine's daughter. And she's also our biological daughter since I was the one who gave birth to her, while being the surrogate to these two handsome gentlemen who are being excellent fathers and aren't even doing anything apart from adore the sight of their baby's auntie Mercedes hold her niece close to her chest. And you are also my girlfriend."

"I sure am," Quinn smiled before placing her hand around Rachel's backside, putting it on her rear before she pulled her closer, the two of them pressing noses. "And I love you so much." She whispered before the two of them kissed each other on the lips.

"This is very sweet and all, but don't draw the attention away from Tracy and make it all about you two," Burt said to one of his favourite glee club couples; one that every single person in the auditorium shipped. "Don't get me wrong, we all love Faberry. And we're thrilled that Rachel became Kurt and Blaine's surrogate, but this is our granddaughter's moment.” He added, gesturing to himself and Carole.

"Do you understand?" Carole asked, speaking for her husband.

"Yes." Rachel and Quinn replied simultaneously, Quinn removing her hand from Rachel's rear before giving it a light slap, causing her girlfriend to chuckle.

"We all saw that," Sam said, randomly smiling with a slight chuckle. "And I'm pretty sure it made everybody here smile, because as Burt just said, we all love Faberry."

"Sam, don't be creepy, you're ruining the moment," Mercedes shook her head slightly. "It's not about us. It's about the Anderson-Hummel daughter."

"Yes, babe."

"Sam may be ruining the moment, but Tracy is just making it better," Quinn said to everybody, standing beside the singer while feeling her eyes watering slightly. "Oh, my God. I'm getting emotional, and I wasn't even the one who gave birth to her." She added, her hands waving in front of her eyes to prevent tears from rolling down her cheeks.

"Quit exaggerating," Mercedes responded, passing the baby over to her biological mother. "I know you and Rachel are her moms and everything, but she's just a baby. Even though she is literally taking over the entire auditorium with her cuteness."

"Yeah," Quinn looked down at the baby she was now cradling in her arms. "She sure is," She added, smiling gleefully. "Hi, little one. You are the most adorable baby ever. I can already tell your dads are gonna be great parents." She cooed, slowly stroking her finger along Tracy's cheek.

"Thanks, Quinn," Blaine smiled sweetly at the girlfriend of the Broadway star. "Kurt and I both think that you and Rachel would be amazing moms if either of you got pregnant again."

"Unless you decide you want Tracy to have a sibling and want me to be your surrogate again." Rachel said randomly, immediately realising what everybody was thinking. "Don't worry. I'm not pregnant. I just had a baby."

"Why would we worry?" Sam asked after chuckling for a few seconds. "If you announced you were pregnant after literally giving birth just a few days before, we would've taken the spotlight away from Tracy."

"Actually, I don't think there's going to be anything that will take the spotlight away from this gorgeous baby," Quinn replied, swaying side to side, still holding Tracy close to her chest. "Not even Rachel telling everybody here that I proposed to her and she said yes."

"You proposed?" Sam clarifies. "That's awesome!"

"Let's see the ring." Mercedes says, speaking for husband, not wanting to miss a single second of Rachel showing off her ring.

Rachel grins, gently raising her left hand to show off the little thin ring with a little glittering, square shaped diamond on it.

"Oh, my God!" Tina squeals happily, putting her hands on her heart. "Congrats, you guys! When's the wedding?"

"Soon." Rachel responded, her hand on Quinn's shoulder as the two of them looked down at their biological daughter. "And remember, don't take the spotlight away from Tracy."

"She is so beautiful," Will pats Kurt and Blaine's shoulders, wishing them the best of luck for the future. "I'm so proud of you guys."

"I am, too," Holly says before she puts her hands on her knees, smiling in awe at the Anderson-Hummel child. "Hi, Tracy. You look adorable."

"How dare you insult our child," Kurt says sarcastically, trying his best to cover up the sarcasm, instantly failing when a sudden smile appears. "She looks adorable? How could you say that?"

"Because I haven't looked at her cute little face, yet," Holly explains before getting a good look at the baby's face. "Now I can confirm that she's adorable."

"Thank you." Blaine and Kurt smile at Holly, feeling happy that Will's wife had confirmed that Tracy Anderson-Hummel was indeed adorable.

"Just one quick question for Rachel and Quinn: what kind of cake are you gonna have at your wedding?" Will asks one of his favourite couples, rubbing his hands together.

"We don't know yet," Rachel replied, her and Quinn smiling at each other. "But what we do know is that it will be a wedding that no one here will ever forget. Because you are all invited."

"Yay, more weddings!" Sugar cheers, clapping her hands with excitement while jumping up and down. "I'm so excited."

"Easy, babe, calm down," Rory encourages his fiancé to calm down by putting his hand on her shoulder. "We still have our wedding to get through before the wedding of Quinchel. I can already tell it's gonna be amazing."

"Our wedding is gonna be so much better than the Faberry wedding," Sugar responds, smiling gleefully at her soon-to-be husband, receiving a lot of attention for a very bad reason. "Sorry. Asperger's."

"We've heard that before." Quinn looked at Sugar from the corners of her eyes before looking at Rachel, the two of them kissing each other on the lips while Quinn continued to hold the Anderson-Hummel daughter close to her chest. "I love you, Rach." She whispers into her fiancé's ear, turning Rachel on.

"I love you, too, baby." Rachel whispers into Quinn’s ear, forcing herself to tell her body to control itself and not overreact in front of their friends.

"Uh-ahem!" Burt clutched his fist, clearing his throat in a volume that wouldn't wake Tracy up.

"Sorry, Burt," Quinn apologises, turning to look at Kurt's father and Blaine's father-in-law. "We know what you said, "don't take the spotlight away from Tracy", which seems impossible."

"It's not that," Burt responds, looking down at the Anderson-Hummel baby. "I wanna hold my granddaughter."

"Fair enough," Quinn adds, allowing Rachel to stroke the baby's cheek softly with her finger right before she was passed onto her grandfather. "There you go." She smiles in awe at the sight of Tracy being held in Burt's arms.

"Thanks, Quinn," Burt smiles. "You and Rachel would be excellent moms."

"Really?" Rachel asks before she and Quinn look at each other before turning back to look at Burt Hummel. "You think?"

"Of course," Carole responds, speaking for her husband. "You two are already amazing aunts, and I'm pretty sure everybody here thinks that Faberry would be amazing parents."

"Just like Klaine." Kurt and Blaine smiled at their daughter's biological mothers, along with everyone else.

"Aww. Thanks, you guys." Rachel smiles at everybody while holding Quinn's hand.

While everyone continued smiling, Blaine took his left hand out of his pocket of his red pants and looked at time on his watch. "Ooh, would you look at that? It's time for this little one's feeding. I can take her, Burt." He adds, walking over to father-in-law to take Tracy from Burt, who politely shakes his head in response.

"No, it's okay, I got her," Burt answered back, smiling down at his and Carole's granddaughter. "But since you're her father, I'll let you."

"Thanks. And I wasn't finished, Burt." Blaine added before looking at his and Kurt's child, whom he was cradling in his arms. "Kurt and I want Tracy's godmother to feed her."

Both Kurt and Blaine turn around slowly to look at the left-hand side of the auditorium where Tina is standing, with Artie sitting in his wheelchair by her side. It didn't take long for everybody to realise who Blaine and Kurt had decided to be the godparents to their daughter.

"Oh, my…" Tina gasped with happiness, both her hands covering her mouth while Artie breathed slowly with a big smile appearing on his face. "We're the godparents to Tracy?"

"Well, we are looking at you two," Blaine and Kurt smile at two of their closest friends, already knowing that they had made the right decision. "Tina, would you do the honours of feeding your goddaughter?"

"Blainey Days, of course, I will!" Tina squeals happily in a volume that wouldn't wake Tracy up, getting more and more excited when Kurt and Blaine walked over to the married couple, followed by Blaine carefully passing his and Kurt's daughter over to Tina.

"Hi, Tracy," she coos down at her and Artie’s godchild. "Are you ready to be fed?" She asks before looking up at Tracy's dads. "Is her bottle already prepared?"

"Yep." Kurt confirms, nodding his head. "It's in her diaper bag."

"Got it." Tina smiles at Kurt and Blaine before walking over to the auditorium seats where everybody had left their belongings. "Alright, sweetheart, are you hungry? Yes, you are. Yes, you are." The others hear Tina coo before they turn their attention to Kurt and Blaine, making sure that Tracy's spotlight wasn't taken off of her for too long.

"Can you guys believe your dads now?" Artie asked one of his other favourite glee club couples, before turning around, smiling adoringly at the sight of Tina feeding Tracy her bottle.

"Honestly," Blaine starts before he and Kurt look at each other. "We're still surprised and it hasn't even been that long since Rachel gave birth."

"But it does make us happy," Kurt adds, his eyebrows raising while looking at husband. "Before Tracy was born, the two of us had always wanted to start a family. And now we have."

"I have a question," Rachel raises her hand in the air, smiling gleefully when Quinn leans into her side, her blonde hair pressing down on her neck. "Just out of curiosity, what is Tracy's full name?"

"Shall we tell them?" Kurt asks Blaine, the two dads looking at each other with their eyebrows raised and their hands on their hips.

"I think we should." Blaine says before he and Kurt turn back around to look at their friends and family members. "Her full name is Tracy Carole Anderson-Hummel."

Everyone turned around slowly at the sound of Carole gasping with happiness, causing the others to smile happily at Tracy's grandmother, knowing that that was the perfect name for Kurt and Blaine's daughter.

"Oh, my gosh," Carole puts both her hands over her mouth. "I'm so happy."

"We're glad to hear that, Carole," Blaine smiles at his stepmother-in-law. "Because you totally should be."

"We were gonna name her Tracy Elizabeth Anderson-Hummel, but we thought that Carole would be a better middle name," Kurt explains, feeling very happy that he and Blaine had agreed on which name sounded better. "We know that my mom would be happy, but we know that she's already happy for also being a grandmother to our sweet little daughter, whom Tina is currently feeding her bottle to."

Everybody turned around to look at the auditorium seats, smiling adoringly at the sight of Tina pacing standing next to Tracy's diaper bag, slowly swaying side to side, holding the baby close to her chest while giving her goddaughter her bottle.

"Aww, that's absolutely adorable," Kitty smiles at what she is looking at, along with everyone else. "I would say that's nice, but I have a very low tolerance for nice."

"I remember the last time you said that," Marley grins at Kitty, wrapping her arm around her girlfriend’s neck, placing her hand on the blonde woman's shoulder and rubbing it down the front of her white cutout dress. "I love you, baby."

"I love you, too." Kitty responds, pulling Marley closer for a quick kiss on the lips.

"You definitely made the right decision of choosing me and Tina to be the godparents," Artie smiled at Kurt and Blaine, wanting to do nothing but cry tears of joy. "Honestly, I'm so happy right now."

"Well, congratulations, you guys," Will smiles at Artie before smiling at Tina from a distance, feeling very happy that two of the original glee club members had been given an offer that they couldn't refuse. "I'm so proud for the people that you, and everybody in this auditorium have become. You really changed a lot while you were at McKinley."

"And if you two need any help," Holly says to Blaine and Kurt, wrapping her arm around Will's neck, putting her hand on her husband's shoulder. "Just remember that you have a number of babysitters at your service."

"Got it," Blaine nods his head in response before looking down at Artie. "And after Tracy's godmother is finished with her bottle, and after she's been burped and changed, of course," He adds, chuckling slightly along with everybody else. "Me and Kurt would like her godfather to give her a tour of McKinley."

"This day just got a whole lot better," Artie smiles gleefully, already seeing him giving Tracy a tour of the McKinley halls in his head. "I would love to."

"Well, we're very happy for you both of you, Artie," Rachel says, followed by Quinn wrapping her arms around her front, slowly moving her hands down her white short sleeve shift dress. "And since Kurt and Blaine have made their announcement, I have an announcement of my own I would like to make."

"It's not related to your Tony award, is it?" Santana asks, her arms folded while standing next to Brittany, who was twirling her blonde hair with her finger. "Because even though we are all happy about that, we all watched it on live television, and we know about your other Tony awards, too."

"It's even better." Rachel hunches her shoulders, her eyebrows raised before they immediately lower back down when she felt Quinn's hands rubbing along the top of her white short sleeve shift dress, before going smoothly along her chest, where she had been keeping something secret in her bra.

"Hey, Rachel?" Quinn asks her fiancé, feeling something small in Rachel's bra before fishing a small stick out. "What's this?"

"No!" Rachel snatches the small stick away from Quinn before taking a deep breath and relaxing herself. "I want to tell them myself," She adds, turning around to look at her friends with a big smile on her face, showing them what was on the small stick, which showed two straight lines on it. "I'm pregnant."

"Again?" Blaine exclaims, gasping happily with joy.

"Already?" Kurt adds, speaking for his husband while feeling the same way. "You've just given birth to our daughter!"

"Well, now she gets a sibling," Rachel says, smiling at Tracy's dads, giving everybody a hint on what she's about to say next. "And before you ask, yes, I am being Kurt and Blaine's surrogate again. That is if you guys want me to."

"Rach, we would be thrilled." Blaine takes a few steps closer and immediately hugs the actress, along with Kurt doing the same thing a few seconds later.

"Tracy's gonna be so happy." Kurt puts his hands together before he smiles happily at the thought of him and Blaine raising two kids in the near future.

"Do you know what you're gonna name the baby?" Quinn asks, feeling excited that Rachel is going to give Kurt and Blaine another child very soon.

"Not really, no," Kurt adds, causing the others to abrupt with laughter in a volume that wouldn’t wake Tracy up. "But if it's a girl, then we might name her Elizabeth after her other grandmother."

"If it's a boy, then we don't know yet," Blaine then says, thinking for a few seconds. "Possibly Cooper? I kind of like the thought of Cooper Anderson-Hummel. But we still have lots of time to decide."

"I'm back," Tina announces, walking back onto the auditorium stage, still holding Tracy in her arms. "Catch me up, what did I miss?"

"Well, Rachel's pregnant again," Quinn explains, speaking for her wife and the two fathers of Rachel's second baby. "And she's offered to be their surrogate again, which they have accepted."

"Again? Already? But you've just given birth to their daughter!" Tina replies, repeating exactly what Kurt and Blaine had just said, without her even knowing. "How is that even possible?"

"I have no idea," Rachel giggles. "But what I do know is that Kurt and Blaine's kids are gonna be nine months apart. That's like Joey Tribbiani and his seven sisters!"

"Hey, don't give away spoilers!" Quinn gently slaps Rachel’s arm, feeling frustrated with what had just come out of her fiancé's mouth. "I'm still watching Friends and I just made it to season 9, starting with The One Where No One Proposes."

"I wasn't talking about Friends," Rachel adds, looking into Quinn's beautiful dark brown eyes. "I was talking about the Friends spin-off, Joey."

"There's a Friends spin-off?" Kurt asks, him and Blaine looking at each other with confused looks on their faces. "Is it any good?"

"Sort of," Rachel says in response. "It got cancelled after two seasons due to poor ratings after it was overshadowed in ratings by American Idol. But the Joey episodes are funny. Even though I prefer Friends by a long shot."

"Fair enough," Kurt replies, nodding his head slightly. "Anyway, back to our daughter."

"Right," Tina smiles at the little bundle of joy whom she is still cradling close to her chest. "I just came to let you know that I'm about to burp her, and that I can change her if you want me to."

"Sure," Blaine responds, smiling at Tracy's godmother. "But I'll help you, of course."

Tina then drapes a burp cloth that Kurt handed to her over her shoulder and gently places Tracy Anderson-Hummel on her shoulder so she could burp her and Artie's little goddaughter.

Everyone chuckled at the sound of Tracy burping after every few seconds of her auntie Tina patting her back, making her bring up wind. But the highlight, in everybody's opinion, apart from Tina's, was when Tracy turned her little head to look at her godmother, only to burp right into her godmother's face, causing everybody to laugh in a volume that wouldn't startle the baby.

"Charming," Tina says sarcastically, kissing the top of Tracy's head after the burping had been brought to an end. "But now, let's change your diaper, sweet girl."

"I don't know about sweet girl because she stinks." Rachel says quietly to Quinn, causing the two of them to giggle slightly.

"Miss you already," Kurt teases his husband and friend, his eyes following Blaine and Tina as they exit the auditorium with Tracy in Tina's arms and Tracy's diaper bag slung onto Blaine's back. "I still can't believe that me and Blaine are dads! I never thought this day would come where our daughter got to meet all her aunts and uncles and godparents." He adds, talking to everyone before looking directly at Artie.

Artie smiles back. "I'm so happy right now." He says, repeating the same words again while still smiling gleefully, along with everyone else. "I'm just gonna be honest, this is the happiest day of my life. I'm sure Tina thinks the same."

"I'm sure she does, too," Kurt agrees before looking at Sam and Mercedes. "And Sam and Mercedes, I'm sorry that we didn't ask you two to be the godparents to Tracy. However, you two were second choice."

"Doesn't matter that you didn't ask us," Sam says in response, putting his hands behind his back. "What matters is that we all got to meet the new member of the family. And nine months after this, we'll get to meet Tracy's little brother or sister."

"And I'll have to go through the pain of childbirth again," Rachel reminds everybody, shuddering slightly at the memory of her giving birth to the Klaine baby, even though she was very happy for what was going to happen after the painful part. "But this time I'll know what will be coming my way."

"And me, Blaine and Quinn will be there to help you through it, Rachel," Kurt takes a few steps forward and puts his hand on Rachel’s shoulder. "Or should I say, auntie Rachel?"

"You already said that to me when I was in that hospital bed, holding Tracy close to my chest."

"I know, I just felt the need to repeat it because of how much me and Blaine love it."

"You two are definitely gonna be amazing role models," Quinn says kindly, smiling at Tracy's papa, while inhaling Rachel's scent into her nostrils. "Just like how Tracy is gonna be an amazing older sister when your second baby is born."

"Thanks, Quinn," Kurt smiles at Tracy's mom, feeling very happy that Rachel and Quinn were members of the family. "There are so many reasons why everybody here loves Faberry so much."

"Just like how there are so many reasons why everybody here loves Klaine so much."

"I'm just so happy that you guys are part of the family."

"I'm sure you are, Kurt," Rachel and Quinn smile gleefully at Kurt before smiling gleefully at each other, along with everybody else. "You and Blaine should be very proud of yourselves for being amazing dads to such an adorable little girl."

****

"Oh, the memories." Kurt chuckles slightly with his eyes closed, the memory playing vividly in his head.

"I remember so much of that." Blaine smiles at his daughter, who is still in Tina's arms, still wondering when he and Kurt should tell their eldest child who her mom is.

"Me and Marley may have missed the performance, but we're both glad that we could make it back in time to meet Tracy." Rory and Marley smiled at each other, both feeling very happy that they were able to meet Tracy on the day when everybody in the choir room and past members of the New Directions! from throughout its history all joined together and did one last big song at the auditorium dedication, before going their separate ways, but still keeping in touch with one another in the best ways possible.

"And we both feel like we were actually there, thanks to Kitty and Sugar's describing skills," Marley adds, speaking for the man whom Brittany and Bonnie still think is a leprechaun. "And that was also the day we first met. Which we both remember well."

"Daddy, Papa, did my mommy get to meet me when I met all my aunts and uncles?" Tracy asks her dads, wanting to know if her mother was at there when the other members of the family got to meet her.

Both Kurt and Blaine looked at each other, feeling relieved on the outside, but couldn't think of what to say next. After a few seconds of thinking, they both felt that now was the right moment.

"Yes, she did." Blaine confirms before folding his arms, preparing himself for what he and Kurt are about to tell their daughter.

"And…she's here in this room." Kurt adds, taking a few deep breaths, him and Blaine wondering how Tracy will take the news.

"Really?" Tracy looks at both of her dads, her eyebrows lowering slightly. "Who is it?"

"It's me," Rachel says to the Anderson-Hummel daughter, causing Tracy to turn to her left and look directly at her auntie Rachel and auntie Quinn. "I'm your mommy."

"And so am I." Quinn adds, her hand raised in the air slightly, standing next to her beautiful wife. "We're both your mommies."

There was silence for a few seconds, all the adults in the choir room waiting for Tracy's reaction to the fact that Rachel Berry and Quinn Fabray weren't just her aunts, but were also her moms.

"Yay!" Tracy cheers, rushing to hug Quinn and Rachel to their surprise. "My mommies are Auntie Rachel and Auntie Quinn!"

"And that also means that you and Lucy are sisters as well as cousins." Blaine then says, giving Tracy a little bit more information about her and her family.

"Yay, my sister!" Tracy adds, leaning over slightly to hug Lucy while the Berry-Fabray daughter remained in her auntie Kitty's arms.

"I've always wanted a sister!" Lucy says in response, feeling just as happy as Tracy is.

"Really? Why?" Dalton teases, giggling for a few seconds, wondering what it would be like if him and Tracy weren't very close siblings.

"I love you too, Dalton." Tracy replies, smiling at her younger brother.

"Really, why?" Dalton asks, repeating what he had just said, causing everyone to giggle slightly in response.

"Hola, clase." says a familiar voice to everyone, making them turn their attention to their right-hand side to see Holly and Will entering the choir room with big smiles on their faces.

"Yay! Mr. Schue and Holly Holliday!" Mercedes cheers, clapping her hands.

"We're so glad that so many of you could make it back for this little glee club reunion," Will says to the former glee club members, feeling very happy to see some of his favourite faces while he was a teacher at McKinley. "It means a lot to us. Sorry we're late, there was a lot of traffic, which sucks because we were hoping to be the first ones here."

"Well, you're here now," Sam responds, gesturing at the two oldest people in the choir room. "And that's what really matters."

"Anyway, catch us up," Holly adds, wanting to know what everyone had been talking about while they were stuck in traffic. "What did we miss? We want all the details."

"We just thought back to the day that almost everybody in this room met Tracy, after we were finished with our big final song of I Lived." Blaine explains, remembering when everyone had such a good time while performing on the auditorium stage.

"Oh, I remember that!" Holly closes her eyes and crouches down for a few seconds before getting back up to look into her slightly-taller husband's eyes. "It was so good! But meeting Tracy was even better." She adds, smiling at the Anderson-Hummel daughter.

"Well, now that all the adults remember, and that the kids know about the day their aunts and uncles met Tracy," Blaine looks at his daughter before he and Kurt move their eyes to look at their son. "How about we tell them about the time their aunts and uncles first met Dalton at the hospital?"

"Yay!" the four kids cheered, making it clear to everyone else that they really wanted to hear the story about their favourite aunts and uncles meeting Dalton for the first time. "Please tell us!"

"Okay, then," Kurt claps his hands, rubbing them together, preparing himself and everyone else for more memories to come back to them. "Here's what happened."

Chapter Text

Flashback

Rachel inhaled and exhaled slowly, cradling Kurt and Blaine's newborn son close to her chest, sitting upright in her hospital bed, with two of her closest friends and family members by her side. As well as her wife, of course. There was no way that Quinn would miss the birth of her biological son after seeing the birth of her and Rachel's biological daughter.

Not today, thank you.

"He's beautiful," Blaine smiles at his and Kurt's son, while also smiling at their nine-month-old Tracy in her auntie Quinn's arms. "I think I speak for all of us here when I say that Kurt and I are just so happy that Tracy finally has a sibling; a brother who can look up to her."

"I'm so happy right now," Kurt says, smiling gleefully at his husband and newborn son. "I know that this handsome guy feels the same way."

"Are you talking to me or our son?" Blaine asks the love of his life, wanting to know who Kurt was speaking to.

"I'm talking to both of you."

"Fair enough. We are both handsome."

"Are you talking to me or our son?"

"Don't steal my line," Blaine adds. "Finders keepers."

"But seriously, are you talking to your husband or your son?" Quinn asks, bouncing Tracy slightly beside her hip.

"I think you all know that I am talking to both my husband and my son." Kurt responds, smiling at Blaine who was standing by his side, and at the Klaine son who was being cradled in Rachel's arms, his tiny fist in his mother's hand.

"Look, Tracy. This is your new baby brother," Quinn coos at her and Rachel's biological daughter. "You have a brother! Yay!"

Tracy just cooed in response, causing her dads and biological mothers to giggle while smiling gleefully.

"You're so funny, Tray-Tray," Quinn coos, kissing Tracy's cheek. "Yes, you are! Yes, you are!"

Everyone giggled at the sight of Tracy pushing her hand in Quinn's face in response to what she had just said. It made them wonder if the nine-month-old baby knew exactly what her biological mom was talking about.

"I just can't believe he's finally here," Rachel coos, gently stroking her finger across her son's small hand. "Welcome to the family, Dalton." She adds, pronouncing the name of Kurt and Blaine's son.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" Quinn asks her favourite brunette, her hand under Tracy's rear, her eyes looking to the left, making Rachel look at Blaine and Kurt before realising her mistake.

"Right," Rachel responds before looking back down at the baby. "Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel."

"That's better," Blaine replies, speaking for Quinn, smiling at the sight of his favourite Broadway star, tied first place with himself and Kurt, cradling their son close to her chest. "He looks so peaceful. I can't wait for everyone to meet him."

"Do we know who's coming here first?" Rachel questions her friends and family members, wanting to cry tears of happiness when she felt Dalton hold her pinkie in his tiny hand.

"I think it's Sam and Mercedes, first," Kurt says, trying to remember if he was correct or not. "After that, I don't know. But we all know that surprises are fun."

"That is true, my friend," Mercedes smiles at the team with Sam following from behind a few seconds later. "Surprises are fun."

"Especially surprises like meeting the newest member of the family," Sam adds, also smiling at the team before he and Mercedes smile adoringly at the sight of the baby in Rachel's arms. "We have been waiting so long for this day. And now it has finally come."

"That's exactly what I said," Rachel smiles at Sam and Mercedes before smiling down at her son. "And I am so happy to be holding mine and Quinn's son in our arms."

"He's also mine and Blaine's son." Kurt points out, his eyebrows raised with his arms folded.

"True," Rachel adds, her finger stroking gently along Dalton's cheek. "Like Tracy, he has two moms and two dads."

"Are we gonna get to hold him?" Mercedes asks, looking at Sam before turning her attention to Dalton and Rachel. "We haven't just come here to gaze upon you holding yours and Quinn's biological son."

"I know," Rachel responds before carefully transferring Dalton into Mercedes' arms. "Here you go," She adds, smiling at the sight of the singer holding her little nephew in her arms. "Remember, use one arm to support his head and the other to support his bottom."

"I know, I know," Mercedes chuckles slightly when she sees Dalton moving his little fist in the air, letting Mercedes hold it with her free hand while she holds him close to her chest with one arm. "Hi, Dalton. I'm your Auntie Mercedes. It's so nice to finally meet you. And this is your Uncle Sam." She adds, showing her husband their new nephew's face.

"Hi, little guy," Sam smiles, chuckling slightly at the fact that he had just rhymed without meaning to. "Like your Auntie Mercedes just said, it is so nice to finally meet you. And we can already tell that your dads are gonna raise you perfectly, and that your sister, Tracy, is gonna love you so much."

Everyone smiles sweetly after they all hear Dalton coo in response, as if he knew exactly what his Uncle Sam and Auntie Mercedes were talking about.

"He is so smart," Rachel smiles. "Just like Tracy."

"Yeah," Quinn agrees with her wife before smiling at their biological daughter. "Just like Tracy." She adds, pressing a kiss to the baby girl's cheek.

Rachel, Blaine, Kurt, Sam and Mercedes all immediately laugh at the response she is given, which is Tracy hitting Quinn's face with her little fist, much to everyone's amusement, even though Quinn was the only one who found it amusing and was also the one who had just had a little fist hit against her cheek.

"Yes, yes, very funny," Quinn says sarcastically before turning her attention to her daughter. "If you were older than just nine months, Tray-Tray, either your dads or me would probably give you a time-out, or we would take your toys away."

"Yeah, like that's ever gonna happen." Mercedes responds, completely disagreeing with what was just said.

"True," Rachel agrees, her head nodding slightly in agreement. "On the days that me and Quinn have taken care of her while Blaine and Kurt are at the Broadway theatre, she's just been on her best behaviour."

"Whether one of us is playing with her, feeding her, bathing her, or even changing her, she just doesn't make a fuss," Quinn looks directly at Tracy's face, smiling adoringly when the baby looked at her biological mother in response. "I'm guessing that's what happens when she's with you two?"

"It is." Kurt confirms, smiling sweetly at the sight that he and Blaine are adoring with all their hearts.

"And we hope that her brother will be the same," Blaine adds, speaking for his favourite man in the entire world. "Actually, scratch that. We know he'll be the same."

"Can I hold him now, Mercedes?" Sam asks, hoping to hold his nephew in his arms after watching his wife do what he had been picturing in his head since Rachel, Quinn, Blaine and Kurt announced that the second baby that Rachel was carrying was going to be a boy.

"Okay, sure," Mercedes frowns slightly once she carefully helps placing Dalton into Sam's arms. "And remember to be careful."

"You got it," Sam smiles. "Hi, buddy," He coos, his smile getting even bigger after looking down to get a much clearer view of his nephew's little face. "Your dads are two of the nicest people in the entire world. And so are your moms. We are all gonna support you, no matter what."

"Do you guys wanna know what his full name is?" Blaine asks his two friends, looking at them with a big smile on his face.

"What kind of question is that?" Mercedes asks, her eyebrows lowering slightly. "Of course, we want to know what our little nephew's full name is."

"Are you ready?" Kurt asks, receiving slight nods from both Sam and Mercedes at the same time. "His name is Dalton. Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel."

"Oh, my God," Mercedes smiles, feeling as if she might cry tears of happiness while looking down at her nephew whom Sam is still holding close to his chest. "That's perfect."

"Any reasons why?" Sam joked, giggling at the chuckles he received from everyone in response.

"There are," Blaine confirms with another slight giggle. "We named him Dalton after Dalton Academy as a way to remember it, since that's where Kurt and I first met and fell in love with each other a few months after he transferred there from McKinley."

"And Finnley, so we can remember and honour Finn in the best way possible," Kurt adds, speaking for the man whom he loves with all his heart. "If Finn was still here with us, I'm sure he would be honoured either way."

"He certainly would." Rachel agrees, smiling at the vision of Finn being with them in the hospital room they are currently in, standing by Kurt's side while crying a few tears of happiness. "If me or Quinn ever get pregnant, we will definitely give our child, whether it's a boy or girl, the name Finn as one of his or her names."

"Yeah, that makes sense," Kurt nods his head slightly, understanding why Rachel and Quinn would do something like that. "He did date both of you while we were in high school, but at different times, of course. And he was also the one person in glee club who never stopped talking about how much he loved Faberry."

"I don't think we ever made it through a rehearsal without hearing him say how Rachel and I were just perfect for each other," Quinn responds, reflecting back on the days when Finn would always say how much he loved seeing Rachel and Quinn together and demanded them to never break up and end the relationship he loved so much. "Which is true, especially since we're married now. And I love you so much."

"And I love you so much." Rachel smiles at her wife before Quinn bends down slightly to press her lips to Rachel’s forehead, before Rachel pressed her lips to the back of Tracy's head.

"And we love Faberry so much. Just as much as Klaine." Mercedes and Sam smile at both of the couples they both ship. "But we both like Samcedes the most, of course."

"I'm just gonna take a guess and say that neither Faberry or Klaine are that far off?" Rachel guesses, looking at both Sam and Mercedes with a smile appearing on her face.

"You are correct," Mercedes confirms, looking back at Rachel after smiling at the sight of Sam holding Dalton in his arms, knowing that he didn't want to have him taken away from him for a specific amount of time before he would be allowed to hold him again. "And neither are Karley or Brittana, or any of our other favourite glee club couples that we all love."

"Are there any couples out there whom you wish came to life?" Kurt asks the others, his elbow on his hand with his fist pressed to his chin. "Because I really like the thought of me and Sebastian being together."

"Yeah, I've also liked the thought of Kurtbastian," Rachel agrees, smiling at the thought of Kurt and Sebastian being together. "Didn't you two date each other?"

"We did," Kurt confirms, much to Blaine's surprise since he was oblivious that Kurtbastian, one of his favourite couples whom he also liked the thought of, had actually come to life. "Shortly after I learned that Blaine was with Dave Karofsky, I took Brittany's advice on starting to see someone new. So I decided to try and start using a dating app, which didn't really work. But then, while I was at The Lima Bean, wondering why Blaine and I had even made the decision to break up and even call the wedding off, Sebastian approached me, sat down in front of me after he asked me if I could join him--"

"Not that I'm not enjoying this, because I also ship Kurtbastian, but where is this story going?" Sam cuts off.

"Almost finished," Kurt responds, looking at Sam with a straight face before thinking back to a memory he remembered very well. "I said yes, and we started chatting about our favourite glee club couples, Faberry was first, still is for Sebastian, but for me it's tied first place with Klaine, second place is Karley, third place is Brittana, and--"

"Kurt, you're talking way too fast," Blaine puts his hand on Kurt's shoulder, the second he hears Kurt breathing slowly to get his energy back, which everyone saw coming. "You really need to talk slower, babe."

"I know," Kurt responds, smiling slightly. "And our fourth favourite glee club couple is Kurtbastian. I know that Sebastian wasn't with us in the New Directions!, but he was part of the Warblers, so it does kind of count if you ask me. Anyway, after we said some things that we liked about each other, we decided to go out and have a date at Breadstix."

"Aww, that's so sweet," Quinn smiles gleefully, rocking Tracy slightly in her arms. "Remind us again why you two broke up?"

"Sebastian and I broke up after we both came to our senses and realised that he wanted to be David, and that I wanted to get back together with Blaine. But we both agreed that we still love Kurtbastian. And we do. But not as much as he loves Sebofsky or me loving Klaine."

"Well, that's understandable," Rachel says, smiling at Kurt. "Otherwise, if you and Blaine didn't get married, then these two beautiful babies wouldn't be here as we speak."

"Or they might be," Kurt corrects. "Except their last names would either be Hummel-Smythe if the parents were me and Sebastian, or they would be Anderson-Smythe if the parents were this beautiful man right here," He adds, putting his hands on Blaine's shoulders. "And Sebastian. But luckily, Blaine and I are happily married, and the last names of our two kids are Anderson-Hummel, which is perfect for them."

"I agree," Blaine smiles, putting his hands on Kurt's shoulders. "But I do kind of like the thought of you and Sebastian being parents."

"You do?"

"Yeah," Blaine adds. "I really do like that thought, Kurt. Even more than the thought of me and Sebastian being parents."

"Well, Kurtbastian does have more fans than Seblaine." Sam points out, still holding Dalton close to his chest.

"True. And I do understand why." Blaine looks at his husband, still smiling happily. "Because this man right here is an amazing father."

"As are you." Kurt says before pulling Blaine closer for a quick kiss on the lips.

"Well, I wish we could stay longer, but I'm afraid Sam and I have to go," Mercedes sadly announces a few seconds later, which everyone obviously saw coming the second she and Sam arrived. They all knew that they wouldn't be able to stay for long because of how busy Mercedes is, so they decided to let every second last for as long as it could. "We gotta meet those fans of mine."

"Oh yeah, have fun, you guys," Rachel smiles. "Now give me back mine and Quinn's son."

"That's what I was planning on doing, Rachel," Sam responds, carefully handing Dalton back to his biological brunette mother. "And he's also Kurt and Blaine's son, in case you'd forgotten."

"I didn't," Rachel shakes her head slightly. "And apologies for my rudeness, I think that was the hormones talking, even though I'm no longer pregnant, I do still feel the same way."

"I know how you feel, babe," Quinn says, looking directly at her favourite person, her hand rubbing Tracy's back softly and slowly. "I felt the same way after I'd given birth to Beth, and I wish I'd kept her instead of giving her up for adoption to Shelby. And you also said that after you got angry at me for no reason shortly after you gave birth to this little stinker." She adds, her eyes looking at Tracy.

"I'm just glad that you accepted my apology," Rachel looks at Quinn after looking down at the baby boy she is cradling close to her chest once again. "Or should I say, apologies."

"Of course, I'll accept your apologies, babe," Quinn adds, starting to rock Tracy slightly. "You're my wife Rachel, and I love you so much with all my heart."

"I love you so much with all my heart, too."

"Oh, the Faberriness," Mercedes says, she and Sam smiling happily before they turn around and leave Rachel's hospital room. "Bye, you guys."

"Bye!" Kurt and Blaine call in response, using their inside voices so they didn't wake Dalton up or make Tracy flinch like she normally would before she started crying.

"Have fun." Quinn adds, continuing to rub Tracy's back right before Sam and Mercedes were out of sight and earshot.

"You are so adorable." Rachel coos.

"Aww, thanks babe." Quinn smiles gleefully.

"I was talking to Dalton."

"I know. Just wanted to amuse myself."

"And?" Blaine asks, speaking for his and Kurt's surrogate, their arms folded and eyebrows raised slightly.

"Nothing."

****

"Hey, sorry we're late," Tina apologises, entering the hospital room before holding the door so Artie can wheel himself in. "We would've gotten here sooner, but those hospital stairs are so steep, you literally cannot breathe when you reach the top before having to go up more."

"Which is why I suggested that we both take the elevator," Artie points out, much to Tina's annoyance. "Also, when Tina reached the top, where I had been waiting for the last few minutes, she said she really had to go to the bathroom."

"Yeah, I really had to pee, and I've just gotten my breath back." Tina says before exhaling deeply. "Anyway, where's our little nephew?"

"He's right here.” Rachel responds, her hand holding Dalton's little fist.

"Oh my god, he's adorable!" Tina silently squeals, walking over to the hospital bed, immediately smiling when she sees Dalton's little face.

"We're so proud of you, Rachel," Artie says, smiling at the two Broadway stars. "You too, Klaine." He adds, looking directly at Blaine and Kurt.

"Aww, thanks, you guys," Rachel smiles back at one of her many favourite couples. "I think I speak for everyone here when I say that your kind words mean a lot to us."

"I'm guessing you're also proud of me?" Quinn asks, her free hand gesturing to herself while she bounced Tracy slightly, her head looking at the right cheek of her blonde biological mother. "Because I am the wife of this beautiful Broadway star, which is my job, too. And I am also the biological mother to both these beautiful babies."

"We are, Quinn," Tina confirms, smiling happily at her and Artie's favourite couple. "We really are."

"Well, that's nice to hear," Quinn adds, her hand rubbing up and down Tracy's back. "I'm guessing you both want to hold your godson?"

"Hey, that's my line, Quinn," Kurt teasingly elbows Quinn, hoping he wasn't too hard. "I'm guessing you both want to hold your godson?"

"Yes," Artie responds, speaking for his wife. "We would be honoured to hold our godson."

"Okay," Rachel looks up at Tina, who smiles adoringly at the sight of Kurt and Blaine's newborn baby boy still in the diva's arms. "Here you go." She adds, speaking softer before carefully handing Dalton over to the actress.

"Oh, my goodness," Tina coos, her eyes looking down at the newest addition to the family. "He's so cute! Yes, you are! Yes, you are!" She adds, using one arm to support Dalton's head, and the other to support his bottom. "Hi, Dalton! I'm your Auntie Tina! Yes, I am! Yes, I am! And I'm also your godmother, like I am to your big sister Tracy."

"This is beautiful," Artie smiles happily at his wife. "When can I hold him?"

"Never," Tina responds quickly. "I am never having this baby taken out of my arms."

"Tina." Blaine looks at the other actress in the room, raising his eyebrows at her.

"I know, I know," Tina adds, exhaling slightly. "I just don't want this moment to end. I know I'll remember it, but I am loving this so much."

"We can see that," Kurt chuckles, along with everyone else doing the same. "And we all remember how much you loved holding Tracy when you first met her on the day when we and the other past members of the New Directions performed I Lived at the auditorium dedication."

"I remember that, too," Tina smiles, thinking back to when everyone met Tracy for the very first time. "And I will never forget it."

"And neither will I," Artie says, still smiling at his favourite person in the entire world. "And I think I speak for everyone in this room when I say that none of us will forget that moment."

"Agreed," Kurt responds, his head nodding a few times. "And we also know that Finn was very happy to also be there, because he was with us in our hearts."

"And we were all able to visualise him standing there with us after the song was over," Rachel chimes in, making the conversation even better. "Finn may be gone, but the memories of him will never be forgotten and they will stay with us forever."

"True," Quinn smiles gleefully, still rubbing her hand soothingly along Tracy's back. "And now we have Dalton as a way to remember him, because of his full name. Which is definitely one of the best names I have ever heard."

"Oh yeah," Tina looks at Quinn before looking back down at Dalton, still holding her and Artie's godson close to her chest. "Dalton Finnley Anderson-Hummel. That is the perfect name for you."

"How do you know his full name?" Blaine asks, his eyebrows lowering slightly. "Are you a mind reader, Tina?"

"No," Tina replies, shaking her head. "We ran into Sam and Mercedes when we arrived at the hospital, and they were just leaving when they decided to tell us the name of this sweet little baby."

"And you weren't bothered?" Kurt asks, speaking for his husband. "Because we did say then we were gonna tell you when you arrived at the hospital."

"Not at all," Artie replies, still smiling happily. "We had already arrived and we decided to let Sam and Mercedes tell us because we knew that they'd already met him and we couldn't wait any longer."

"Yeah, and I got so excited about meeting this little guy that I really had to go pee."

"Okay, I think that's enough," Blaine holds his hand out. "Artie, do you wanna hold your godson?"

"I would be honoured," Artie wheels over to where Tina is standing beside Rachel's hospital bed, his body tingles when he feels Dalton being placed in his arms, with the help of Tina lowering down and passing the baby to him. "Oh, my God, this is incredible."

"You're just figuring that out?" Rachel teases, sniffling slightly, her eyes filling up with tears. "I'm sorry, I don't know I'm crying tears. Quinn, help me."

"Oh, baby," Quinn hands Tracy over to Kurt before crouching down beside her wife, looking at the side of Rachel's face before looking into her eyes when her slightly red face turned to look her favourite blonde. "It's okay. It's okay, shh, shh, shh, shh," Quinn presses her lips to Rachel's cheek after wiping her tears away with her thumb. "What's wrong, baby?" She asks between kisses on the brunette's cheeks. "Why are you crying?" She asks, pulling herself back slightly so she could see the Broadway star's face. "Let me get some tissues out."

Rachel sniffles when she sees Quinn pull out some tissues from the packet in her bag that she had placed under the hospital chair that was right next to Rachel's hospital bed.

"Here, let me wipe your tears," Quinn starts to gently wipe the brunette's tears away with the tissue she was holding in her hand. "It's okay. It's okay. It's okay," She adds, repeating the same word over and over again. "Why are you crying?" She asks for the third time, before leaning closer to do something that she knew her wife loved. "Why are you crying?" She asks for the fourth time, only this time she was speaking softly into Rachel's ear, knowing that that would help her favourite person to calm down. "It's okay, my baby, it's okay, baby, shh."

"Why are you babying me?" Rachel asks before sniffling. "I know that you're my wife, and I love you, I know you love me, and I know we call each other 'baby' most of the time, but what's with all this treating me as if I was your daughter?"

"Because I'm about to make your day a whole lot better," Quinn smiles, continuing to wipe the last of Rachel's tears away from her eyes, giving her a quick peck on the lips after she was done.

"And how are you going to do that?" Rachel asks, knowing that Quinn is hiding something very special, thanks to the smile she saw on the blonde's face before Quinn turned around to throw the tissues away.

"By doing something that you did nine months ago," Quinn announces to everyone, fishing a small stick out of her bra, showing it to the others first before turning around so she could show it to Rachel. She giggled on the inside when she saw Rachel's eyes widen at the two lines that she could see on the small stick instead of seeing only one line. "I'm pregnant."

"Quinn..." Rachel gasps happily, her hand covering her mouth. "Are we having a baby?"

"Yes," Quinn confirms with a nod, her smile gets bigger. "Congratulations, Rachel Barbra Berry. You're going to be a parent."

"She already is," Tina says randomly, reminding Quinn that Rachel is indeed already a mother, as is Quinn herself. "Only this time you'll be keeping her. Right?"

"Of course, we are," Rachel and Quinn smile at each other. "Now we're gonna get to experience it full time, like Kurt and Blaine, instead of just babysitting Tracy when the two of them are out on date night."

"Well, now you're gonna be babysitting Dalton, too," Blaine grins at his and Kurt's favourite couple, which obviously was still joint first place with Klaine. "Good luck, you're gonna need it."

"As are you with taking care of Dalton, 24/7," Rachel adds, reminding Blaine and Kurt about their duties as parents. "It's not gonna be easy, is it?"

"It won't be easy at first," Blaine responds, his finger pointing at his and Kurt's surrogate and favourite female Broadway actress, tied with Quinn. "But we'll eventually get used to it, like we did when it came to taking care of our beautiful baby girl. Now, we're gonna be taking care of our beautiful baby boy, and we can't wait for Tracy to help us take care of Dalton when she's older."

"You just took the words right out of my mouth," Kurt leans back slightly, continuing to rub Tracy's back soothingly. "How did you know what I was going to say?"

"I guess I read your mind," Blaine smiles cheerfully at the love of his life. "Huh. Looks like I'm the mind reader in here."

"I doubt that," Kurt disagrees, shaking his head in response. "Remember the last time we went to The Lima Bean while Rachel and Quinn were babysitting our favourite little girl?"

"I told you the last time you brought it up, I didn't mean to get your order wrong," Blaine adds, his eyebrows rising slightly. "You still drank it, didn't you?"

"I did," Kurt confirms, smiling when he sees Tracy look at the side of his face from the corner of his eyes. "It just would've meant more if you'd got it right."

Quinn arches an eyebrow at her friend. "Well, that brings back memories."

Rachel grins mischievously. There is no way she can't not grin at what her favourite blonde had just said, because it was bringing back memories to both of them. "I may have done it on purpose a few times, but you always knew that I was teasing you."

"Not the first time, I didn't," Quinn looks down at the brunette, smiling at her favourite person in the entire world. "But I knew something was up when I saw that cheeky grin on your face when I returned with what I had originally ordered and sat down opposite you, wondering when that cheeky grin of yours would go away."

"I also had that cheeky grin on my face because I just couldn't stop looking into your beautiful eyes, babe," Rachel smiles back. "And I know you always grin every time you look into my eyes."

"And I am just loving that I am looking into this adorable little baby's eyes," Artie announces, looking down at the newest member of the family whom he is still holding in his arms, smiling adoringly at the sight, along with Tina. "I can't wait until he gets older. Then I'll be able to take him on a tour of the hallways of McKinley during the next time we have a high school reunion."

"I'm so excited!" Tina says, excitedly, talking in her inside voice so she wouldn't wake the baby up. "It's gonna be amazing! I can't wait!"

"And neither can we, Tina," Blaine responds, smiling at one of his many best friends. "And I think I speak for everyone in this room when I say that our lives are about to become a whole lot better. And not just because of our new baby boy," He adds, turning around to look at Quinn and Rachel. "But also because of the baby that Quinn is now carrying inside of her as we speak."

"I can't wait until the day comes when she's finally here," Quinn looks down at her belly, her hands cradling her middle. "Because then I'll be lying down in a hospital bed for the first time in years, holding a baby boy or girl close to my chest, with Rachel by my side, instead of it being the other way around."

"I really don't mind whether it's a boy or girl you're carrying inside of you babe," Rachel says, her eyes looking at both the blonde woman's beautiful eyes and belly. "And if our baby is a boy, we should definitely name him Finn."

"Sorry, Rachel," Kurt says randomly, passing Tracy back over to Quinn, who kisses the baby’s head once she's safely secured in her arms, before she and Blaine see Kurt shake his head to continue with denying what had just come out of Rachel’s mouth. "I'm afraid that name has already been taken."

"Aw, come on, Kurt," Rachel moans, hoping she doesn't wake Dalton up. "You know that Quinn and I are gonna name our baby Finn whether it's a boy or a girl."

"I know you are, and I can't wait to hear you two announce what the baby's full name is gonna be," Kurt adds, a mischievous grin appearing on his face. "I can't believe you just fell for that!"

"Yeah, you should've seen the look on your face." Tina chuckles, her finger pointing at the Broadway star.

"It was the best," Artie adds, speaking for his wife, right before everyone awws when the hear the sound of Dalton cooing in response to what his uncle had just said. "Wow, even Dalton agrees."

"I can't believe you couldn't tell that Kurt was being sarcastic," Quinn lowers down to level with her favourite brunette. "You're like the Sheldon Cooper of our family."

Rachel's lip quirks upwards to the left-hand corner of her mouth. "You know, I would be offended, but Sheldon is terrible when it comes to sensing sarcasm, and I'm also terrible, most of the time. So instead of feeling insulted, I shall take it as a compliment."

"I love you Rachel," Quinn smiles, leaning forward slightly to peck Rachel on the lips.

"And I love you," Rachel adds, enjoying the kiss just as much as Quinn is. And as much as everyone else in the hospital room. Mainly because they all ship and love Faberry just as much as each other.

"I know,"

"I'm talking to our future son or daughter whom you are carrying inside you."

"Of course, you are."

****

"Oh, the memories," Blaine says, repeating what Kurt said after they had all thought back to when everyone met Tracy for the first time.

"Hey," Kurt looks at the love of his life. "That's what I said when we were done remembering when we first introduced Tracy to everyone here in this choir room."

"Yeah, well, now I'm saying it for you," Blaine smiles. "You're welcome."

"I remember every second of that," Tina kisses Tracy's cheek, before bouncing her goddaughter back up, readjusting the position she held her. "I don't think I will ever forget it for as long as I live."

"And neither will I," Artie adds, looking down at his godson who is still remaining seated on his lap in his wheelchair. "Because it was definitely a moment to remember."

"Papa, Daddy, is my mommy also Auntie Rachel?" Dalton asks his dads, wanting to know if his sister's biological mother was also his biological mother. He may be a smart kid like his older sister, but even though he had a feeling that he already knew the answer to the question he had asked, he still wanted to know the answer, just so he could know for sure who his biological mother was.

Both Kurt and Blaine looked at each other. They had no idea what to say in response to their son's question at first, but after a few seconds of thinking, they both felt that now was the right moment for him to find out.

"She is." Blaine confirms, before folding his arms, him and Kurt preparing themselves for what they were about to tell him.

"And so is Auntie Quinn," Kurt adds, smiling at his and Blaine's favourite couple, tied first place with themselves. "Meaning that just like your sister..."

"Your cousin Lucy is also your sister," Rachel holds her hand out flat, knowing that Kurt doesn't have the courage to finish his sentence. "You're welcome." She adds, after she sees Kurt mouth "Thank you.".

"Yay, my sister!" Dalton cheers, rushing over to hug Lucy while she is still secured in Kitty’s arms.

"I've always wanted a brother!" Lucy smiles, happily hugging Dalton back.

"Really? Why?" Tracy teases, grinning mischievously.

"I love you too, Tracy," Dalton responds, looking at his older sister.

"Really? Why?" Lucy asks, speaking for her older sister, repeating what she had just said, making everyone giggle slightly in response.

"Aww, that was beautiful," Marley smiles adoringly, her hand touching her heart. "I can't wait to hear the story about Rory and Sugar meeting Bonnie for the first time." She adds, her smile getting bigger when she sees Kitty bounce Lucy back up.

"Glad to hear that," Sugar says, smiling at the brunette of one of her favourite couples. "But it's obviously going to be best one out of all the stories, and the other stories may be sweet and heartwarming, but the story of me and my favourite person meeting our goddaughter for the first time is my favourite, and it always will be." She adds, looking at everyone, a big smile appearing on her face. "Sorry. Asperger's."

"We've all heard that before," Kitty responds, quietly, kindly pressing a kiss to her wife's cheek in order to make Marley smile again. "Now, are we gonna hear the story about these two lovebirds meeting the Lopez-Pierce daughter for the first time, or not?"

"I'm guessing you're just saying that so you can hear Rachel and Quinn tell everyone the story about when you two met Lucy for the first time?" Santana asks, already knowing the answer to her question since she'd also been waiting to tell everyone about one of Brittany's favourite memories. It was also one of her favourite memories, but it was very low on the list. But only because it was so obvious as to what her all-time favourite memories were.

"Yes." Kitty confirms, talking with a straight face.

"I thought so." Santana adds, turning her attention to her favourite blonde woman.

"Well, now that some of the adults remember, and that most of the adults know, and that the kids know about the day when Uncle Sam, Auntie Mercedes, Uncle Artie and Auntie Tina first met Dalton," Brittany starts, saying exactly what Blaine Warbler had said before thinking back, only adding a few more words into her sentence. "How about my gorgeous wife and I tell you all about the time when Rory and Sugar met BonBon for the first time?"

"Yeah!" the four kids cheer, happily, making it obvious to everyone that they definitely did want to hear the story about one of their many favourite aunts and uncles meeting another member of the family for the very first time. But they were also wondering why Mr. Schue had also cheered along with them, making all the adults do the same.

"Sorry," Will apologises, holding his hand up. "It's just that...I'm really happy for all of you here because of how much you've achieved over the years."

"Thank you, Mr. Schue," Santana says, smiling at the former teacher of the New Directions! Before turning her attention to her wife. "Britt?"

"Okay, then," Brittany claps her hands, rubbing them together, doing and saying exactly what the husband of Blaine Warbler had done before they told everyone about the time when some of the members of the team first met the Anderson-Hummel son, preparing herself, Santana, Rory and Sugar for the memories to come back to them, and for new memories to come to the others which they could just about imagine in their heads. "Get comfy, everybody. We're gonna be here a while."

Notes:

Again, I am so sorry that it's been ages since I last updated this. I have just been very busy with my other Glee stories and this took a lot longer to complete than I thought it would. But at least it's not one of those stories where the author says they will update it very soon and they never do because they've decided to abandon the fic. That's not something that I would do with my Glee stories! The thirteenth chapter will be coming out soon! Hopefully it won't take almost seven months to complete!

Notes:

I really hope you enjoyed this! Comments and kudos are always cherished but never demanded. I would love to know what you guys thought of this!
