“I am Emmet! I am a Subway Boss. I like Doubles Battles. I like combinations of two Pokemon. And I like winning more than anything else.”
“Thank you for riding the Battle Subway today. I am Subway Boss Ingo. I will choose your next destination based on your talent. Do you understand Pokemon well?”
“And I’m Akari, the Subway Boss Train-ee! Pun intended. Do you think you can beat us today? Or will you have to get off at the next stop?”
The twins posed in their normal style, Akari standing between them. She pointed in opposite directions as the twins pointed over her shoulders directly at their foes. She wore an ear-splitting smile and a gray and brown coat and cap that matched the brother’s, except hers was cropped at the waist. They tossed out their Pokemon, all twirling and holding onto their caps. Elecktross, a Sneasler, and a massive Garchomp emerged in bright flashes of light, all releasing an excited battle cry. The Garchomp looked back at Akari. It roared. Akari nodded. “Yeah, Stella, we got this.” Their opponents sent out their own Pokemon as the subway sped off, the three of them working in sync to see this battle through to the end.
