   Summary

   After being captured by humans, Light is forced to live in an artificial habitat for 6 years. He was bored even as he was introduced to Naomi to breed with her, but contrary to what people think, Mers can only choose one mate in their lifetime. After various failed attempts by scientists to produce offspring, they decided to pair Naomi with another Mer named L. L was a captive bred merman and seems to take a liking towards Light instead.
