A few years into the future. Daron and Serj were happy, but a new surprise would go through Daron when Serj showed him the adoption papers, they had been talking about having a kid.
Daron smiled at Serj, "What's his name?"
"Rumi."
Daron nods, taking the papers and taking in the ten year old boy. He couldn't believe it. "We're going to be terrible parents." He jokes.
Serj only shakes his head.
"We're going to be great parents, together, we can do anything."
He kissed Daron, and the paper is left on the table.
Daron and Serj touched foreheads.
"You're right."
Serj nods, "I try to be."
And so a week later Serj and Daron were waiting for the worker to drop of Rumi, Daron had made sure that the boy's room was perfect. He had gotten stuffed animals, books, and a small guitar. (Much to Serj's approval.)
As Rumi settled in, it was clear the boy liked most of the things most other boys didn't quite enjoy.
He had a unicorn plush that he called Mrs. Sparkles. He enjoyed playing the flute. He loved reading.
But even with all this, his parents loved him.
He was used to having two dads. He was happy that he had two parents, because he had been one who had none.
And with this the story ends.
A happy ending, to a chaotic story.
