Carlos is right on his four and a half month pregnancy and carrying for the first an actual alive alien babies. An Ocotopus like alien called the marebuea.
He is feeling the the unborn infants hands and tentacles moving around softly and touching everything inside the womb. According to his doctors carrying mammal alien baby species takes 1 to 6 months to carry them by some species more than a year.

The next 3 days Eamer got to see to how close his babies are.
"I can't believe it. I've hoped for so long to have a child and now, here they are, so close." Eamer put his hand and tentacle on Carlos entire stomach. When the second daughter got out, Carlos got time to take a breather to continue.
