“Mandalorian kids?” Quinlan wore a deep frown on his face, knowing how troublesome that was for the Republic.
“They tried to make them fight the Younglings. Some kind of Jedi vs Mandalorian thing. I want to bring them home.”
“To Keldabe? You have lost your mind.”
“The Republic would use them for leverage. It could escalate to war– things have been way too tense for way too long.” Obi-Wan argued.
“Going to Mandalorian Space is suicide.”
“I would rather risk my life than see children used as political pawns or worse, as leverage in war.”
“They are the enemy, Obes. If they get their hands on you they would not be so gracious.”
“There are no enemy children in war. Just children.”
Quinlan knew there was no convincing Obi-Wan at this point. “Fine. But don’t come crying to me when things go wrong.”
They both knew Quinlan would be the first to aid Obi-Wan should things go wrong.

“I’ll take the risk.”

Summary
Din, and his aliit by extension, have been transported almost 60 years into the past. After ghosting this strange group of Mandalorians, doing some good deeds while adopting one Obi-Wan Kenobi from Melidaan, and having Grogu returned to him from the Jedi, Din realizes these Mandalorians want him to join them. He has no idea why, but what the hell. Boba says they're reliable and honourable, and it's not like they have anywhere else to go.
If only their Alor would stop staring at him all the time.
TLDR : A loose continuation of Cloud_Chaser's Oya Manda'lor (Posted w/ permission, doesn't need to be read). Din and family joins the True Mandalorians. Jaster has a big fat crush. Din does not know how to romance.

Summary
Obi-Wan was expecting a lot of different things when he confronted his fallen padawan on the Death Star. He was not naive enough to expect to survive the battle. No, he was prepared to enter into a peaceful rest beyond. So when Obi-Wan woke in the Healing Halls of a home long destroyed, he was rightfully confused. The Force was not done with him yet, it seemed. The Force had granted Obi-Wan the chance to change the horrific future that awaited them all, and Obi-Wan was never one to disobey the Force’s will. Obi-Wan would change the future, even if it meant he needed to leave the Jedi Order to do it. After all, Obi-Wan was on a sacred mission!
Now, if only these Mandalorians would leave him alone so he could continue his journey, that’d be great! Obi-Wan may look like a child, but he certainly wasn’t one! (The strange childish feelings and urges notwithstanding)
Meanwhile, Jaster Mereel was willing to fight everyone to keep this small Jedi ad safe. As far as the Mandalorians were concerned, the Jedi had lost their claim to the youngling the second he ran away. Even if the youngling seemed determined to go on some strange mission, Jaster would make sure that the ad stayed at home where he belonged.

Jaster Mereel survived Korda VI but was sold into slavery. This changes some things. It doesn't change others.
Yan Dooku doesn't really want to follow his former padawan's less than stellar example, but an overheard conversation opens up a chance to avoid a violent resolution on Galidraan

He had expected to see the ocean again, he had expected the heat, he had expected his best friend to send him over ten texts, he had expected the awkwardness between him and his father, he had expected to feel great and he had expected to feel terrible.
What he hadn't expected was to run into a god dressed like a mortal with a golden crown, a whale dressed like a man with honey-like skin, a siren who didn't know how to sing. He hadn't expected to find all the shades of the ocean dancing in the playful eyes of a boy, one who could smile like a shark.
He hadn't expected to fall under the spell of these plushy pink lips, but he did and he fell hard.
Obi-Wan fell so hard, he might have preferred to drown.

It’s simple, really. You get caught by a Mandalorian as a force sensitive strong enough, or having been trained, they take you back to the Empire. Grandmaster Yoda has been taken five different times since the Empire started their integration program, steal them away, adult or baby, it doesn’t matter. They claimed the force sensitives belonged to them and the Manda.
Grandmaster Yoda was the only one that ever got away, it’s why he’s in charge of the temple. He’s the only one that can go all the way to Mandalore’s core, and still find his way out.
Obi-Wan was only fourteen, and the Mandalorian prince Jango seemed determined to bring him that far into their core, back to the Keldabe Palace’s integration program for force sensitives.
Maybe… maybe if Obi-Wan tried hard enough, he could get back out too. It couldn’t be so hard if a Jedi captured five times got out. But. He just couldn’t figure out why the force itself wanted him there. Maybe he’s supposed to take down the whole system… maybe?
Mand’alor Jaster Mereel is just delighted his ad is finally bringing home a bu’ad. It’s about time.

After several years away, Obi-Wan returns to Coruscant on the first day of December. Finally home, he goes to Coruscant's central square to watch the lights on the Christmas tree being ignited, marking the official beginning of Christmas and the celebration of the light. When he helps a small lost boy, he is unknowingly brought back together with the two he missed the most, but also tried to escape from in the first place.
In a sweet and fluffy Christmas calendar, set in a modern setting, we follow Obi-Wan's return to Coruscant after several years away. He reunites with old friends, discovers that love is not so easily denied, and he meets two children who steals his heart immediately.
It's a story filled with love, family, SW characters, Christmas traditions and Obi-Wan refusing to see the obvious.

“You’d like to help Clawmouse Clan make their Life Day crafts?” He asked, just to be sure.
A nod was his only answer, and Kuru grinned. “I would love nothing more, dear one.”
Five minutes later found Obi-Wan bedecked in a matching red smock, smile on his face as he helped a small togruti boy glue glitter on his flying purgiil.
“Once that’s done, place the outer hoop over it.”
Nik squinted at the image, trying to ensure he saw exactly how the sullustan did it, before attempting it himself.
“Hey Ob’ika.” The trooper greeted, hiding his project under his pillow. He’d managed to find the most adorable pattern for a tooka-hat in variegated colors. It was going to be a Life Day present for their adorable commander, and Wooley didn’t want the ad to see it before it was finished. “How can I help you ad’ika?”
In response, the boy simply smiled. Holding up a brightly wrapped package.
Wooley accepted it bemusedly, before glancing back up only to find that Obi-Wan was gone.

Summary
Master Yoda always said “Always in motion, is the future.”
But what people didn’t understand was that the same thing could be said for the past. It is only the perception of events that have changed, and that perception is constantly changing and evolving.
The future may always be in motion, but so is the past.
Or, Obi-Wan gets picked for the Service Corps early on and gets to indulge his nerdy, history loving self and become an conservationist-in-training.
Of course, being Obi, he insists that his first official assignment be on Mandalore.
Jango and Myles had been hopelessly dancing about one another for years, and neither knew what it would take to finally break them of this endless cycle. Neither expected it to be an adorable baby jetii that awakens the deep rooted parental instinct every mandalorian has. Jaster wasn’t really ready to be a ba’buir.
In the background, Yoda quietly despairs and Qui-Gon is oblivious.
