You specialized in religious relics and monuments and were now an independent artist. After years of working in museums and on historical sites, you nowadays only took commissions from particulars, which meant mainly dealing with rich fuckers who wanted to preserve their private collections of dubiously acquired artifacts. However, you were suddenly approached by the very secretive Sister Imperator asking you to travel, for a very well-paid job opportunity, to a place she only referred to as “The Ministry”...
This story is a work of fiction. It is only inspired by Ghost's lore and fictional characters but has no real correlation to the people wearing the masks.

“So, how was it?” he whispered in your ear, you could practically hear the smirk in his voice. “Did he fuck you stupid? He’s really good at that.”
“Mhm,” you hummed, lifting your cup to your lips in an attempt to hide your blush. You shivered as you felt his heated fingers ghost over your thigh.
You bit your lip to stifle your gasp at the sensation of a teasing hint of a kiss to your covered neck. You weren’t looking at him, but you can just picture that shit-eating grin, that glint in his eyes. His horns nudged up against the side of your head as his breath trailed up your neck, stopping just at your jaw.
“Yeah? That’s all you can say, babe? Did he fuck you so stupid you still can’t talk?” Dew teased, voice dripping in teasing condescension. Your face felt so hot that it rivaled the heat from his hand now firmly resting on your thigh.

Those eyes always mesmerised you, the color on the border of purple and black. They reminded you of space. You couldn’t help but get lost in them. He was growing his hair out, his dark gray locks just reaching down to the nape of his neck now.
You registered the smirk on his lips once your eyes looked down to them. He’d caught you staring. He shifted his body so that he was facing you, pressing one arm above your head, caging you against the bookshelf.
“Like what you see, sweetheart?” Aether taunted, looking down at you with a smug glint in his eyes. You blushed furiously, both at being caught and the current position you found yourself in.
“Maybe I do,” you smiled coyly, trying to ignore the intense butterflies in your stomach as his gaze turned to one of fondness.

Summary
After years of neglecting the abbey's archives, the pope decides to hire someone to organize the room overflowing with books. However, while you are busy with your job, an incident uncovers the presence of ghouls within the abandoned walls of the abbey. Soon enough, you find yourself witnessing conflicts between the pack and the new ghoul, as well as issues involving the clergy and the previous ones.
(A lot of pack dynamics; Phantom has recently been summoned, and his transformation is still ongoing; the pack is having a hard time trying in managing such a troublesome new member; Sisteer Imperator is a difficult individual to handle (a bitch)).
