His blood rushes to his cheeks, and Jesus, it’s like he saw Maria Duboir’s ankle in second grade all over again.
Gurney skips a few stairs, nearly lands on his ass and actually does land on his hip on the last step. Duke peers at him curiously, but he’s already scrambling upright and on his way to the door. Gurney snatches his coat, shoves his boots on and hightails it out of there, his truck looking like the light at the end of a tunnel.
He throws himself inside and just. Stares at the house. Stares at the driveway. Stares at the sky. Tries to play a game of I Spy by himself in order to distract his head from the fact that Paul Atreides, son of his best friend Leto Atreides, a kid he held a minute after Jessica brought him into the world, was masturbating in Gurney’s house, with Gurney’s name on his lips. Gurney thumps his forehead on the steering wheel and prays for death.

Tubbo doesn't know what's going on with Tommy when the blond says he's saving Dream. It's rather fucking weird if he's honest but Puffy's a good therapist and Tommy's his own person. So two days later he's gathered outside the prison with Shroud and Michael in his arms. Ranboo's tail swishes nervously but Wilbur stands there with a proud grin. Phil and Technoblade stand a bit behind Wilbur and Puffy, she's just staring at the building in interest. They heard Sam explode and the 'Awesamdude was slain by TommyInnit using 'Baby'' which is kind of hilarious and he heard Techno let out a snort.
And it takes awhile, just long enough Tubbo starts getting worried just a little more before Tommy comes out. Dream's curled up in his arms, the once feared and powerful, the almost God among men he was, little more.
Dream deserves it all, peace is only an option with Tommy happy.
AKA, Tommy's healed mentally and feels good for the first time in awhile so he goes for Dream. (Just read I'm dumb.)

If you have read my other works (the chances of which are low) then you'll know that I am particularly fond of tormenting Vader. That said, this one is shorter and darker in a way but also lighter in a way. I suck at giving actual summaries so please read the fic itself. I promise it's decently written.
