Summary
The Zoldyck's are a highly respected family of demon hunters who have been protecting the local city of Padokea around Kukuro mountain for generations. The Zoldyck’s eldest son, Illumi has been tasked to venture out to slay a demon who has been supposedly killing local townsfolk. Following a bloody trail, he finds the demon inside of a cave, gnawing on a severed leg.
"So… You must be a member of the Zoldyck family, yes?” the demon cooes.
"Don't talk to me with those honeyed words of yours. I've been sent on a mission to kill you.”

Buried below the fold on the fourth page was a crime report of a possible haunting or kelpie incursion down near the docks. The Arts & Society section was advertising the debut of what sounded like a cursed opal making its way to the Gem Collection Hall at the Gotham Museum of Natural History. He would need to take care of those both soon.

Dirk and Dave Strider had their lives uprooted suddenly when their little family unit with their older brother was targeted by the patriarch of the Harley demon hunters. Though both had hidden and run, they always felt that overlying shadow of the hunters tracking them down. It forced Dirk to take on the role of guardian to Dave, getting them a new home, putting Dave in a human like he wanted. And though they managed to carve out their own little life, Dirk can't feel safe while Harley senior is still alive, probably teaching his grandchildren and whoever else about the two demons they still needed to send to hell. That is, until Dirk meets a demon hunter reject of theirs that just might be his in.
