Tensions are high between Cole and Stefan— they've done things they shouldn't have, and now they're stuck wondering how to deal with their feelings for each other. Stefan thinks Cole's too good for someone like him, and Cole's held back by his dreadful track record. It doesn't help that all eyes are on them as up-and-coming Homicide detectives, judgement coming from peers, superiors, and citizens alike.
