    Summary

Telemachus had grown accustomed to walking the halls of his home alone. The suitors were a mess, and as the tension in the palace grew, the prince must discover who his friends are and who's his enemies. Penelope was standing strong as ever, so it won't take long for the suitors to start looking Telemachus' way and the young prince must decide if he will fight or run. Or maybe he'll deceive them instead.

Or the one where Telemachus really needs a hug, Antinous wants to be the one to give it to him but hugs are for losers and the suitors are just making everything more complicated.

(There will be non-con in the fic, and I'll add a warning in the notes before the chapter starts)
(I have aged up some of the characters, and I'll write it in every pre-note for each chapter)

“Oh, my gods, that explains why your music sounds divine! Cause it is!” Telemachus looked at him like a man who finally solved the world’s best kept secret. Rather than reverence or awe, the boy just looked, well he looked excited.

“And your whole vibe, of like,-“ at this Tele started gesturing to all of him, repeatedly coming back to his face “other worldly handsomeness makes so much more sense now!” Thank you? Apollo felt like that was a compliment. Tele did call him handsome, but he was also speaking like a man who found clarity after decades of insanity.

    Aka
Me combining Epic and the Dead Boy Detectives because I just finished the show and can not stop thinking about them. Can definitely be read if you haven't watched/listened to Epic or the Dead Boy Detectives.

    Or,
Apollo falling in love with Telemachus and trying to achieve happily ever after, only to remember his love life is cursed. Oh and him recruiting two detectives to help him find someone!

"You literally don't call Telemachus by his name. Have you seriously never noticed?"

“That you’re obsessed with my relationship and ever since you caught the two of us kissing, you started acting like a pervert? Of course I did.”

Ok, whatever, it isn’t his business. Antinous isn’t his friend. Truth to be told, if the other man was drowning Eurymachus would leave him for dead. Cheers to that Poseidon, he thinks.

“Ok first off— not a pervert and you two have no regards for public decency. Second— what? You don’t even say the word relationship. Who even are you?”

    Summary

As she placed the dagger above her heart, a voice from behind decided it was fit to comment.

“There’s a shortage of perfect breasts in the world. It would be a pity if you were to damage yours.” He said, and Penelope gasped at that familiar voice that she dreamt of each night. She turned to the bed quickly, dropping the knife in the process, and saw her dear Odysseus lying there.

or: Penelope hears the suitor’s plans and decides if they want her as a wife they would have to have her dead. Odysseus, who decided to visit his wife first before starting a blood bath, is luckily there to stop her.

    Summary

Antinous survives the Ithaca Saga with intervention from the gods; he wishes he hadn't.

Zeus claims Antinous as his newest cup bearer and a plaything for Ganymede. The man is unwillingly transformed into a minor god over the course of a year on Olympus. He has to adjust to his new station in life and the many complications of Zeus's experimental godly ascension while fending off his and Ganymede's attentions, Hera's wrath, and Athena's cold hatred.

After five years of this torment, he sees a chance for escape, but things are complicated when Ganymede is injured in the process. Even worse, he lands on Ithaca, outside of the royal palace, where he begs the Prince of Ithaca for sanctuary.

The royals have to decide what to do with the two godlings on their doorstep and what kind of justice they will demand from Antinous after his actions as a Suitor. But when Antinous's strange new powers present complicate life and Telemachus finds himself sympathizing with the tortured god's situation, he is torn between old memories and new resolutions for peace with his enemies.

Despite all of this work, Zeus is not one to be slighted.

“You need to work on keeping your emotions in check while speaking in the face of your allies, Little Wolf.” Athena tells him, a small smile on her face as she stares out into the horizon.

His cheeks redden at the comment.

“Okay, it wasn’t like I was the only one who was crying. Menelaus started it!” Telemachus argues.

A twisted grin forms on the suitor’s lips as blood trickles down his face.

Well, this was a bad idea.
